When we arrived at the Hotel Ibis, we were not given the rooms which we h ad reserved. Both of us couples were given different rooms for which we each paid. When we arrived home I realized that we had paid twice for out rooms. I contacted trips.com and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that I would receive a refund for the $236.60 for the rooms which I had reserved. I have still not received that refund. I booked this hotel for my honeymoon 2 weeks in advance thinking I had made the right choice; clearly I was wrong. I will start with the good stuff: the room was clean. Now the bad: Our room had the shower door broken, so water would flood the bathroom. We booked a sea view room, which was more expensive, but the window was dirty from the inside and outside. The A/C was busted and I complained the moment I got in, but no one came to fix it or apologized. The bar had no decent drinks aside from standard Stoli and a standard Beefeater. No tonic water, which is a no-no. I asked them to go and buy and they said they had ”procedures to follow” and couldn't. Overall the hotel was very dirty in places that could have clearly been well cleaned with ease (like the elevator which had sticky glue and dust). I went to the front desk and expressed all this, and I still got no one to fix the A/C, buy tonic water or give me any kind of apology or compensation, not even a late checkout on Sunday because our flight was at 7 PM and it was our honeymoon and I bought the whole trip as a package at a travel agent (Viajes Falabella). Stay away from this place.

Wir verbrachten Ende November/Anfang Dezember 4 Tage in diesem neueren Hotel, welches in unmittelbarer Nähe der beiden Strände Playa Cavancha und Playa Brava liegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4 von 9 Stockwerken und konnten durch die großen Fenster (welche allerdings im gesamten Hotel mal wieder gereinigt werden müssten !) direkt auf den Strand Playa Cavancha schauen. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels befindet sich auf der Peninsula Cavancha ein kleines Ausgehviertel mit unzähligen Restaurants, Bars und Cafes. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Kreisverkehr, in welchen einige viel frequentierte Hauptstraßen münden, es ist also immer ziemlich viel Verkehrsslärm zu hören. auch durch die geschlossenen Fenster. Das Hotel selbst bietet auch eigene Parkmöglichkeiten an (Tiefgarage). Ins Zentrum und zur Freihandelszone ZOFRI gelangt man vom Hotel aus mit den bekannten ”Micros”, welche auf Handzeichen überall angehalten werden. Ebenfalls fußläufig zum Hotel befinden sich 2 großer Supermärkte (JUMBO) und eine Einkaufsmall. Check-in und Check-out verliefen sehr unpersönlich, aber das ist ja bei vielen sogenannten ”Kettenhotels” so. Zum Hotel selbst: Die Standardzimmer sind groß und geräumig, alle Zimmer haben Meerblick mit einem Panoramafenster. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet. Die Zimmer wurden immer vorbildlich und liebevoll gesäubert und jeden Tag wurde reichlich mit Shampoos und Bodylotion aufgefüllt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, deftig & süß, je nach Wunsch und es werden verschiedene Eierspeisen angeboten. jedoch ist es nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, wenn man vorhat länger zu bleiben. Während unseres 4-tägigen Aufenthaltes gab es die ganze Zeit dasselbe Angebot. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr aufmerksam und ständig wird nachgelegt. Im obersten Stockwerk befindet sich zudem noch eine Bar mit einem herrlichen Rundumblick. Ebenfalls auf diesem Stockwerk befindet sich das Fitnessstudio sowie der Indoorpool, welcher allerdings leider auf Grund der COVID-19 Bestimmungen nicht genutzt werden durfte. Im Großen und Ganzen können wir das Hotel trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte weiterempfehlen, wobei es mir allerdings im Vergleich zu anderen, ähnlichen Hotels in Chile sehr überteuert vorkam.

Realizamos un viaje de 4 días y 3 noches, nos hospedamos en la suite del piso 20, es realmente una maravilla la vista que se tiene de toda la playa cavancha. Lo recomiendo 100%. La habitación amplia, cómoda, limpia, al ser apartment y hotel cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada (lo que nos sirvió mucho ya que al viajar con un bebé hay que calentar su comida, leche, etc), tiene un comedor, 1 sofá y tv en la sala de estar. Muy cómodo la verdad. También tiene un jacuzzi con hidromasaje que no dan ganas de dejar el Hotel. El servicio a la habitación del bar piso 21, buena comida, los precios acorde al lugar y todo el personal del hotel son muy amables desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Volvería a este hotel. Pd: mi bebé de 1 año disfruto mucho de la vista despertaba feliz admirando todo por la ventana.

Die Speisegebühr kann in meinen Mitgliederkartenpunkten einbezogen werden (Natürlich nicht Trip.com-Karte). Es ist sehr bequem zu praktizieren, nachdem ich Bier gegessen habe, muss ich nicht unterschreiben, um zu gehen, das Vertrauen zwischen ihnen ist voller Mühe! Sufrí en mi habitación el ingreso de una persona ajena mientras estaba preparándome para dormir. Fue un momento de pánico. La persona que estaba a cargo en la noche en e lobby, cometió un error y le dió una tarjeta habilitada para mi pieza a otro pasajero que venía ingresando. Menos mal estaba en el baño y pude encerrarme cuando ví que alguien ingresó. Nadie se me acercó después del hecho a corroborar si yo estaba bien. estuve encerrada en el baño gritando pidiendo ayuda, nadie vino. Incluso cuando el pasajero que hizo ingreso habiéndose devuelto al lobby para contar lo que le ocurrió (sin yo saber nada aun porque estaba encerrada pensando que había un delincuente en mi pieza), la persona encargada solo llamo por citófono a la habitación y yo no pude responder ya que estaba encerrada con pánico en el baño, nadie fue a mi pieza a corroborar nada ni a decirme que fue un error. NADA. Fue espantoso, cero protocolo de seguridad.

Was ich liebe ist die Lage. Sie hat weit entfernt das beste Aussicht auf die Schnecke zu einem fairen Preis. Außerdem sind die Zimmer groß, bieten Freizügigkeit innerhalb der Zimmer, ohne mit den Wänden zu kämpfen wie in anderen Hotels (z. B. ibis budget). Unvermeidlich die Reinigung des Zimmers. Was mir nicht gefallen war, dass die Dusche in meinem Zimmer eine Dusche**** hatte, so dass das Wasser in die Etage fließt. Ich musste mehrere Handtücher verwenden, um dieses Detail teilweise zu heilen. Das Frühstückspflege Mädchen ging oft mit dem Barbier unten. Am ersten Tag verstand ich und ließ es passieren, weil es uns alle passieren kann, aber am zweiten, dritten und vierten Tag verstand ich es nicht. Ich habe ihm einmal gesagt, dass der Barbier geplatzt wird. Es ist nötig, ob es dir leidet oder nicht, ob es warm ist oder nicht, dieses kleine Element zu verwenden, um dich zu kümmern und um deine Passagiere zu kümmern.
