Everything was great during our 3 days 2 nights at this hotel.Located at a very strategic location,Aeon is just on walking distance,restaurants and bars are just nearby.Only 3.5km away from Lost World of Tambun.Hotel is very clean,elegant and classy.I love the smell of the corrider walk,very refreshing.Staff are warm welcome,checkin and checked out was very fast and smooth.We are welcome with a set of Hi Tea,really appreciate it.I love the breakfast,although it simple but tasty.Buffet breakfast is available at Cawanmu.Cannot demand more for breakfast as you get what you paid.I will recommend this hotel to everyone(if you don't mine not having swimming pool).I will definetely stay here again for my next visit to Ipoh.Thanks to Trip.com for the cheapest rate price and make my booking easy👍

Ich melde mich am Freitag Abend in einer Suite und ging am Samstag. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Sicherheit ist etwas seltsam, in das Zimmer zu gehen, um eine Zimmerkarte im Elektrator zu nehmen. Der Parkplatz verfügt über CCTV. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt viele Restaurants und große Reihen rund um. Auch sehr nah vom Stadtzentrum. Am Samstag Abend habe ich in einer Suite gelebt. Sehr schön und komfortabel. OOD Sicherheitsbesuch ist durch die Zimmerkarte im Elektrator. Im Parkplatz im Zentralfernsehen. Freundliches Personal. Viele Restaurants und große Reihen in der Nähe. Sehr nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Der Nachteil ist, dass meine geschlossene Suite gerade an der Ringkreuzstraße liegt, und neben Courth Mammoth ist der Lärm sehr groß. Nach Mitternacht kann man auch den leichten Eisenschall von Courth Mammoth hören. Die Reinigungspersonal waren nicht sehr rein, ich fand auch etwas Unbehagliches, was früher in dem Zimmer verblieben war.

The hotel is very aesthetic and nice, the staff are very friendly and the lobby has a very relaxing chilling place to hang around while waiting for the room. We are able to go into our room at 130pm. The room is a bit small but it’s affordable and comfortable for its pricing. It’s also nearby Aeon shopping mall and some local restaurants for us to eat out. Definitely will stay again if coming back to Ipoh.

Room is small but ok for it’s price. Book it last min before 1 day I arrive ipoh, thought only for a sleep so no need booking expensive hotel, but this hotel makes me not comfortable because someone wants to open my door at midnight 3am, not sure the ppl going to wrong room or what. I think it’s ok for budget travelers. I’ll book another hotel earlier if travel to ipoh again 😆

Overall it’s a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and plenty of parking. Unfortunately the room was quite dusty when we entered, our feet is full of dust and a small cockroach at the corner. Then again, for this kind of price we truly didn’t expect much. The lobbyist is kind enough to lend us the cleaning supplies to clean the floor again. Toilet is good and everything works well. Bedding is clean as well and there are a lot of electrical ports at both side of the bed for us to charge our phones. There’s only a bar and a high class restaurant nearby, so in order to have meals we must drive out.

Unser Aufenthalt am Goldenen Dach war schrecklich. Von Anfang an dauerte die Eincheckung eine lange Zeit, obwohl niemand andere wartete auf eine Eincheckung. Als wir in unser erstes Zimmer kamen, gab es eine riesige gelbe Farbe auf dem Bett. Nachdem er sich über eine Stunde lang beschwert hatte, bot der Manager uns endlich eine Upgrade an. Leider war die Upgrade eigentlich eine Absenkung. Wandpapier fallen, tote Fehler am Boden, gebrochenes Fenster, Drinageprobleme im Badezimmer, die Haare anderer überall im Boden und im Bett. Ich würde sehr empfehlen, dieses Hotel nicht zu buchen und Ihr Geld hier zu verschwenden. Die Zimmer waren wieder schrecklich, die Couchs im Lobby hatten sogar Schinken, die Hallen schmelzen wie Rauch, obwohl es nicht rauchen war, und die Mitarbeiter waren brutal und nicht bereit, die Probleme zu korrigieren. Sehr enttäuscht und enttäuscht über dieses Institutionen!

The staff are very kind and polite at the reception. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated with movie posters. The shower area was bigger than expected. However, the hot water needed some time to come on. There is a water dispenser at the hallway and a foodcourt is located just next to the hotel, which gives you easy access to food. Overall, it's cozy place to stay in if you are on a budget and just needed a place to stay for the night. Soundproofing for the rooms, however, is very bad. You can literally hear when the room next door is back/out from their room, and when they are taking a shower. Apart from that, even with the windows closed, you can still hear people talking on the streets. How loud was it? I woke up in the middle of the night thinking that I forgot to close the window.
