"For the price it's amazing. We went for the ski slopes and got to try them all in 5 days. Breakfast included was adequate. 15 minutes from Wanda and 30 minutes from luneng. If you're going to share a room and ski at Wanda every day, it would be worth staying at the slopes, otherwise stay here."

Umgebung: Sehr viel Platz und das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß. Aber sehr sauber. Das Bad ist komfortabel.
Dienst: Alles ist gut, ob es sich um einen Rezeptor oder um eine saubere Tante handelt oder um einen Großbruder, der das Frühstück unter dem Stock macht.

"Good budget hotel in Wanda Changbaishan. The rooms are a little bit old and could use a renovation. But in general the rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is well located at the station of the chairlift. The other amenities like hotspring, supermarket, waterpark and town center are about 2km far away. The breakfast offers a good choice and is delicious.
The set including hotel, skiing, hot spring and water park is very recommendable."

Es gibt einen internen Shuttlebus, der jede Stunde zu den Skipisten kommt, die nur 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Wenn in einer Hurry - Taxi ist nur 10Yuan irgendwo im Resort. Bezahlen durch WeChat bezahlen.
Das Zimmer ist groß, aber die Zeiteinstellung ist zu heiß. 25C für den Winter ist ziemlich hoch und als es zentralisiert ist, schaltet ich es aus und dankbar die Fenster können geöffnet werden. Dann ist das Zimmer wirklich angenehm. Weitere Lichter in der Badezimmer Dusche und Korridor benötigen. Ich verstehe, Momolands Marken ist ein Geheimnis, aber Badezimmer könnte heller sein :) Sonst keine Beschwerden. Viele gute Lebensmitteloptionen rund um Hotel und Skidorf. Ski kann ziemlich besetzt werden, aber die Warteschlange bewegt sich schnell - Gesichtserkennung ist cool. Piste gut konzipiert und sicher nach Gerichtsrangen wie Gentleman, Grand Marshall und General (intermediate, advanced) Keine Fragen für Englisch Sprecher - nur umfragen. Wird zurück :)"

"Overall, our stay was excellent. We experienced a minor issue at the beginning due to a language barrier. The package stated that free ski access was included daily, but we were initially informed it was only valid once. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we received exactly what was published: free ski access throughout our 3-night stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and one rafting experience which was fantastic value.
What truly stood out was the level of assistance from the staff (Emily, Sunny and Ada). As someone who relies heavily on Google Translate to communicate in Mandarin, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and supportive they were throughout our stay. They assisted us every step of the way.
Highly recommended."

Stepping into our room, we were delighted to find it lovely, spacious, and wonderfully warm—a cozy and immaculate retreat after a day of adventure. Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly.
However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel.
Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

Das Zimmerpaket ist so wertvoll, weil es Frühstück, Skifahren, Schneeaktivitäten, Deerpark und heiße Frühlinge im Club Med umfasst. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und komfortabel. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hier. Hoch empfohlen besonders Familie mit jungen Kindern.

AAnonymer BenutzerI highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer.
I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.

GGastnutzerWährend meiner Reise zum Changbai-Gebirge hat mich das Swissôtel Luneng tief beeindruckt, und ich kann dieses wunderbare Erlebnis nur wärmstens teilen. Managerin Coco war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich und beantwortete jede Frage. Auch Xu Yue, die den Check-in übernahm, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Einziger Nachteil, wie bereits erwähnt, ist, dass der Toilettensitz durch einen beheizbaren und windelfreundlichen Sitz ersetzt werden könnte; der Sitz war zu kalt. Auch der Föhn muss nicht durch einen Dyson ersetzt werden; ein Leven wäre ausreichend. Ich kann den Heißluftföhn nicht ausstehen. Alternativ könnte man auf einen Leven-sicheren umsteigen. [grins][grins]
1. Umgebung und Lage
Das Hotel ist wie ein verlorenes Juwel aus Eis und Schnee, umgeben von Bergen. Die schneebedeckten Changbai-Berge sind so nah, dass man das Gefühl hat, ihre unberührten Schneekappen berühren zu können. Sobald man das Hotelgelände betritt, fühlt man sich in ein verträumtes nordisches Märchen versetzt. Weite, unberührte, schneebedeckte Wälder erzeugen ein angenehmes, knirschendes Geräusch, als würde man über weiche Wolken treten. Die Nähe des Hotels zum Flughafen Changbaishan sorgt zudem für einen äußerst bequemen Transport und garantiert sowohl müden Reisenden, die gerade vom Flug zurückkommen, als auch jenen, die mit Erinnerungen zurückkehren, einen entspannten Start und Ausklang.
II. Hotelausstattung

Die geräumigen und hellen Zimmer sind im Schweizer Stil eingerichtet. Holzmöbel und warme Farbtöne schaffen eine gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre. Die weichen, bequemen Betten fühlen sich an, als wären sie sanft von Wolken umhüllt und lindern sofort die Müdigkeit eines erlebnisreichen Tages. Der Balkon im Zimmer ist ein echtes Highlight. Ziehen Sie morgens die Vorhänge zurück und beobachten Sie, wie das Sonnenlicht über den Schnee schimmert und ein schillerndes Lichtspiel erzeugt. Bewundern Sie abends den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang, der die schneebedeckten Berge in ein leuchtendes Orangerot taucht. Die Zimmerheizung ist äußerst effektiv und sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen, selbst bei eisigen Temperaturen.

Die Hotellobby besticht durch ihr einzigartiges Design mit hohen Holzdecken und großen, raumhohen Fenstern. Dadurch fällt viel Sonnenlicht herein und schafft eine helle und einladende Atmosphäre. Ein charmanter Kamin mit prasselnden Flammen vertreibt die Kälte und sorgt für Romantik und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über einen Fitnessraum und einen Swimmingpool mit kristallklarem Wasser, damit Sie auch unterwegs aktiv bleiben und Sport treiben können.
3. Gastronomie
Das Hotelrestaurant ist ein wahres kulinarisches Paradies. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet eine große Auswahl an Gerichten, von chinesischem Congee, gedämpften Brötchen und frittierten Teigstangen bis hin zu westlichen Optionen wie Brot, Schinken und Spiegeleiern sowie frischem Obst und Joghurt. Jedes köstliche Frühstücksgericht wird exquisit zubereitet und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas und ausreichend Energie für einen erlebnisreichen Tag. Das hat mich am Swissôtel Luneng am meisten beeindruckt. Vom freundlichen Lächeln und den geduldigen Erklärungen des Rezeptionspersonals beim Check-in bis hin zum aufmerksamen und zuvorkommenden Housekeeping während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war alles einwandfrei. Ich erinnere mich noch, wie ich einmal spät von einem Ausflug zurückkam und einen Mitternachtssnack bestellen wollte. Ich dachte, es wäre umständlich, aber nachdem wir den Zimmerservice angerufen hatten, bekamen wir sofort ein heißes Essen und ein warmes Getränk serviert. Trotz unseres hungrigen und kalten Magens waren wir tief berührt. Das Hotelpersonal berät Sie gerne mit Reiseempfehlungen, darunter Tipps zu den schönsten Schneelandschaften und den besten Skigebieten für Anfänger. Es ist wie ein Freund und berät Sie gerne zu Ihrer Reise.

There was a slight unhappiness during check-in with one particular staff, but the manage, Kevin Liu stepped in promptly, handled the situation professionally, and ensured proper service recovery. As a thoughtful gesture, high tea was sent to our room, which we truly appreciated.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What stood out most was the warmth and helpfulness of the staff throughout our stay — everyone we interacted with was friendly and genuinely attentive.
Despite the small hiccup at the start, the way it was handled made a positive impression. We would definitely highly recommend Wanda Yue Resort and would be happy to stay here again.

When we encountered a problem and sought advice, she not only resolved it promptly but also followed up to confirm. This responsible attitude gave us immense peace of mind. Thanks to employees like Ms. Wang Jing, our journey was greatly enhanced, and we truly felt the warmth of being “at home.” Highly recommended!

GGastnutzerWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

AAnonymer BenutzerDer Berg Changbai ist im Winter wirklich schön, besonders wenn es geschneit hat. Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel. Ursprünglich hatte ich für zwei Nächte gebucht. Nachdem ich hier übernachtet hatte, war ich sehr zufrieden und wollte gar nicht mehr weg, also blieb ich noch zwei Nächte. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr aufmerksam, David Er stellte mir und den Kindern sehr geduldig die Einrichtungen des Hotels vor. Ich fahre nicht so gerne Ski und habe sorgfältig ein Zimmer arrangiert, das zu mir passt. Vielen Dank ~ Xu Qi vom Die Concierge-Abteilung hat unser Gepäck für uns genommen, Junge. Es ist wirklich nicht einfach für eine kleine Person mit einem großen Koffer. Am Anfang war ich besorgt, ob ich im Park Hyatt bleiben sollte, nachdem ich die Bewertungen gelesen hatte. Nachdem ich hier gelebt habe, fühle ich mich wirklich gut. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen👍

SSuriInShanghaiWe recently had the pleasure of staying at this capsule hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best lodging experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views of the surrounding snowy mountains and the frozen river. The breathtaking scenery was a perfect backdrop to my stay, making it a serene and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Shanghai .
The capsules themselves were surprisingly spacious, immaculately clean, and very cozy. The modern design combined comfort with privacy, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. Each capsule is equipped with everything you need, which made our stay incredibly convenient. However, I would suggest the hotel to have coffee and tea sachets available in the little kitchenette for guests to make their own in the morning.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect. They helped , recommended and accompanied us to get a ski suit for me and to take us to and from the ski resort. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, which greatly enhanced my stay. The hospitality made me feel right at home.
We loved playing in the snow, making snow angels and making a big snowman.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this Capsule hotel to anyone looking for a unique lodging experience that combines stunning natural beauty with top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!
