The location of this hotel is around 4km, 10mins drive from the main Genting Sky Avenue.
It doesn't have many eateries, so we only go to the Hard Rock Cafe on the 50th floor.
Pros:
All the staffs, including the security guard makes us feel welcomed upon reaching the premises.
Parking is free, just need to validate before going out.
I've requested a high floor room, with a mountain view and a simple deco and all they arranged for me 😉
Cleanliness is superb, no weird smell as other commented
Super nice mountain view, sunrise view and genting view.
I definitely will come back again and best recommended."

"I had an absolutely amazing experience while staying at this hotel. The room was small and basic, but it was reasonably clean. The location was fantastic, right within a stone's throw of Bentong City. Most of the great attractions and eateries were within walking distance. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of."

"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . Overall, great hotel and hospitality."

"It was a pleasant stay for families with budget. Kids can enjoy swimming pool and parents can enjoy hot water pool. Breakfast was good even with limited variety. Lunch & dinner need to go to Bentong town as ala carte choice very limited. Staffs very helpful and friendly especially at the kitchen. Lift broken on our second day of stay and we’re at the third floor 😅"

"Wenn einem das Zimmer und die Zustände der Flure, Aufzüge und Frühstücksaal nicht wichtig ist und man nur die Flaniermeile und Bespaßung der Kinder nutzen möchte - ist es ausreichend. Allerdings ist unser Zimmer (Maissonetten-Familien-Suite) in einem schlechten und ungemütlichen Zustand gewesen. schmutzig, schimmelig und nicht so, dass man sich wohlfühlen kann. Insgesamt ist der Indoorbereich sehr runtergekommen. Beim Frühstück ist die Hygiene mangelhaft. Das Geschirr war nicht richtig sauber, die Kaffeemaschine schmuddelig verschmiert. Ansonsten viele Ecken, Kanten und Möbel gerostet, geschimmelt oder abgeblättert. Das Personal leider nicht sehr zuvorkommend, keine Freude oder Lächeln zu bemerken. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir aus einer anderen Kultur kommen(Europa) ? Die Flaniermeile ist total nett und besonders, die Kinder fanden es toll. Insgesamt passt sehr gut: Außen hui, innen pfui."

AAlly YongFrom start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

OOlivia Jeng YeeGreat value for the room rate and facilities provided. There's also sufficient amenities in the room and grounds to explore, walk, enjoy views and rest. Rooms are spacious as they were meant for studio apartment setup. Hotel is shared with homestay and airbnbs. The plus side is you get service and housekeeping. But shared facilities with other non hotel guests.
Tip; ask for mountain view as some rooms face the highway and you can hear the cars and motorbikes racing late night and early morning.
Some downsides that may be improved and important to some guests:
Pillows are very soft but they are generous to provide two per person. Showers are only rain showers with no hose. This is difficult if you have young children.
Breakfast has good variety but quality is so so. Not everything is tasty. Weak coffee and condiments.If you come late, they do not replenish many of the mains. Fair, so be early if you want to enjoy more options.

CCHONG CHINGWe booked Scape Hotel via Trip.com for 2 rooms 2 nights and each room costing Rm130/room/night with no breakfast.
We checked into Room 812 and 814 from 16 to 18 July 2025.
We like both rooms with firm and comfy beds; shower hot water and with strong pump pressure massage massage my neck and back.
On top of that there was one unit of water machine SK magic UV sterilized along 8 floor corridor. So we need not drink bottle water.
A leather chair in our room 814 of which my daughter told me very nice and comfortable to sit on.
Breakfast of Rm38/person inclusive of Asian western and local food. Worth the price.

AAnonymer BenutzerA few suggestions for future guests: the bed is surrounded by mirrors, which might feel a bit unsettling at night, so it’s good to be mentally prepared. I’d recommend wearing slippers indoors, as walking barefoot isn’t very comfortable. The dining table had some leftover cleaning residue, so it’s worth wiping down again before use. The toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Also, while I didn’t use the air conditioner, the room felt a bit stuffy — adding a fan would help improve ventilation.
After all it’s a comfortable and spacious place. With a few minor improvements, it could be an excellent stay.

GGastnutzerInsgesamt nicht empfohlen für eine impatiente Person, die Überprüfung im Prozess war miserabel (sie verzögerten uns für eine Stunde, dann müssen wir unsere Zimmerschlüssel von ihnen Haushalter von uns selbst?????(KUNST ALL)), Der Aufzug in der Windmühle auf dem Hügel war auch während der Auscheck-Stunden krank.
Zugangskaart für Aufzug kann nicht verwendet werden und Kundenservice forderte uns auf, mit dem Hotelsicherheitsschutz zu arbeiten (HELLO WIR KANN WE WE WE WE WE CAN WE WE WE WE WE WE WE WE GO GO TO GO AND MEET THE GUARD), danke Gott einige gute Leute haben uns bei der Auffahrt geholfen.
Nur das Zimmer war komfortabel, aber bei 1.30am riechen wir Zigaretten aus einem anderen Zimmer.

GGastnutzerThis was the first time I stayed at this hotel . It's surprisingly good. Though I had to check in at the car park , it was a breeze.
I'm very pleased with the room, it's clean, the view was spectacular. There's a shuttle bus service to the genting highlands first world hotel, though you have to pay 7 ringgit for 1 trip, and make sure you make your booking in advance.
I'll recommend it to anyone who wishes to enjoy the fresh air and avoid the crowd of the first world hotel.

Aber nach langer Zeit kam ich zurück, um hier zu übernachten, und war ziemlich überrascht, so viele Veränderungen vorzufinden, insbesondere die Lobby im 3. Stock. Eigentlich ist es ziemlich kompliziert, aber ich bin immer noch zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe.
Eine kleine Warnung an die Sicherheitskräfte dort, damit sie nicht unhöflich sind und unser Auto wegfahren, das auf Anweisung der Hotelleitung eine Weile am Straßenrand stand. Wir akzeptieren das unhöfliche Verhalten nicht, an unser Autofenster zu klopfen. Wir haben Anweisungen vom Hotel gehört, das unser eigener Chef ist. Nur weil wir Einheimische sind, werden wir anders behandelt. Zum Glück sind wir keine Familie, die gerne viral geht. Unsere Würde bleibt weiterhin gewahrt.

YYuan ChongIt has being more than 10years going up. Overall it is within expectation hearing from frequent traveler. Just note to less frequent traveler to this hotel. Bring your own toothbrush, comb and wifi as the room dont have. Only lobby and it i very bad. Mening the room will not fridge. There is hot and cold water at common floor. Location just a walk to alot of facilities for those coming to enjoy the necessary.
