The Park and location are very nice. Located next to the beach. The staff is extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent except for the coffee which could have been better. Now to the bad issues. The "suites" are awful, really passed by time. No maintainance. Ugly decorated. The "cabañas" are a bit better, but still they need to be refurbished. There was a leak from the roof, which was fortunately attended to, but I was woken up from the rain dropping on my head. After complaining about the suite, we were given a cabaña for the same price. The whole place was a construction site, and we were not previously informed. We were there for a wedding, which was awesome. Excellent organization, beautifully decorated.

Tivemos uma experiência muito positiva na hospedagem. O Banheiro é muito espaçoso, o quarto estava limpo e organizado, staff muito solícito e educado, cama fofinha também! Café da manhã perfeito com vista pro mar! Foi uma experiência incrível!

A equipe é muito receptiva, o café da manhã é bem completo, tem piscina aquecida, maravilhoso. Sauna úmida e sauna seca, banheiro de hidromassagem. O hotel conta também com quadras esportiva de beach tenis. Sala de jogos. Fica localizado junto a praia.

Pontos positvos do Village - localização privilegiada em relação a praia, a estrutura de praia é simples mas eficiente. Equipe educada e disponíveis para ajudar em tudo que for necessário. O visual geral do hotel é bonito e bem cuidado Pontos de atenção ou negativos - a saída do Bistrô foi muito ruim, pois o provedor que substitui deixa muito a desejar. A comida não tem qualidade, mesmo comparando com opções fora do hotel. Faltam coisas básicas como, por exemplo, uma máquina de café expresso. Os quartos (onde fiquei hospedado) tem uma boa infraestrutura, mas precisam de reformas. Entendi a razão pelo fato do chuveiro ser elétrico, mas poderiam colocar um chuveiro melhor. O piso do banheiro está se desfazendo e acho que isso não condiz com o preço cobrado e a proposta do hotel. Por essa razão dei uma nota 3 e, da próxima vez, vou primeiro querer saber se hotel sofreu alguma mudança/reforma antes de fazer a escolha.

Já nos hospedamos outras vezes e correu tudo muito bem, curtimos demais a infra e tudo mais. Desta vez, sem que tenhamos sido advertidos por ocasião da reserva, descobrimos somente na hora, que o RESTAURANTE instalado na Village, à beira da piscina, estava integralmente FECHADO. Ou seja, não tínhamos a opção de almoço, lanches, petiscos nem de bebidas. Como estávamos em dois casais, com três crianças no total, estávamos contando com o restaurante, e descobrir somente lá que não teríamos esta comodidade foi frustrante. Penso que se se era uma PAUSA programada da OPERAÇÃO do RESTAURANTE, todos que estão reservando para tal período deveriam ser cientificados no momento da reserva, para poder escolher outras datas.

O Village é agradável. Fiquei em uma suíte e achei pequena, tanto o quarto como o banheiro. Faltou no quarto uma mesa para fazer alguma refeição. Poderiam colocar um cabideiro também, auxiliaria muito. O chuveiro do banheiro estava bem entupido, saia pouca agua. Nós mesmos fizemos a limpeza para melhorar a vazão da água. Na estrutura, acredito que a comunicação pode melhorar em relação ao serviço do restaurante. O restaurante Cacá Borges é maravilhoso, acredito que o melhor da Praia do Rosa.

Equipe atenciosa, casa limpa e confortável, alimentação saudável e diversificada no café e infraestrutura de resort. Pousada perfeita para férias em família com as crianças. Certamente retornaremos em breve.
