Dieser Urlaub hatte wenig mit Entspannung zutun. Bei der Anreise mussten wir bereits eine Stunde vor unserem Zimmer warten, da unsere Keycard nicht funktionierte. Es kamen drei unterschiedliche Mitarbeiter im 20 Minuten Takt um uns unsere Tür aufschließen zu können. Das gleiche Problem hatten wir auch am Vortag unserer Abreise. Das Essen schmeckt nicht kulinarisch - sondern eher nach dem Motto ”Masse statt Klasse” - Wenn es denn mal kulinarische Spezialitäten wie Shawama gab dann sind die Gäste wie eine Horde verhungerter Leute auf diese Mahlzeit geradezu zugestürmt, dass man kaum etwas abbekommen hat. Das Hotel hat verteilt auf der Anlage Pizza-Häuschen stehen. Hier war der Teig noch roh! Bei den Buffets muss man nach Getränken betteln. Die Zapfstationen funktionierten von 11 Tagen die wir dort waren an 9 Tagen NICHT! Was wiederum heißt, dass man während dem Essen auf einen Kellner warten MUSS um etwas trinken zu dürfen! Wenn man dann zum Beispiel eine Pepsi bestellt hat musste man damit rechnen dass diese kaum bis gar keine Kohlensäure mehr hat da die Flaschen wohl stundenlang offen gelagert werden. Das Besteck ist stumpf und die Messer schneiden nicht mehr. Der Zimmerservice ist eine reinste Katastrophe. Zweimal haben wir diesen Service in Anspruch genommen. Bei der ersten Bestellung wurde das Besteck vergessen! Uns wurde versichert, dass dieses Besteck nachgeliefert würde. Der Mitarbeiter ist nicht wieder gekommen!! (Könnte eventuell daran liegen, dass ihm der Laufweg zu lang war, er musste ja schließlich pro Strecke ca. 10 - 15 Minuten laufen) Bei der zweiten Bestellung wurde unser Getränk vergessen. Da kam dann aber tatsächlich nach einer guten Dreiviertelstunde der Mitarbeiter und hat uns unser Getränk gebracht. In anderen Hotels hat man Willkommens-Geschenke wie einen Obstteller oder eine Flasche Wein bekommen - In diesem Hotel bekommt man nichts! Ich warne auch vor der Minibar, denn da gibt es NUR Wasser. Auch auf Nachfrage wurde uns bestätigt, dass es keine Softgetränke gibt. Uns wurde angeboten eine Flasche Pepsi für 5 Dollar zu KAUFEN um diese mit ins Zimmer nehmen zu dürfen - Wenn man aber den Zimmerservice bestellt, ist diese Flasche Pepsi kostenlos. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung - nur schade das wir einen so weiten Laufweg hatten - Die Dusche ist groß und man fühlte sich nicht eingeengt. Auf der Terrasse waren leider nur Stühle und keine Liegen. Der Wasserkocher schaltet sich nicht von alleine ab und der Knopf zum ausschalten erhitzt sich durch den Wasserdampf mit auf. Die Cocktails schmecken nicht lecker. Die Mocktails schmecken immer unterschiedlich - und sehen unterschiedlich aus - obwohl wir immer den gleichen bestellt haben. Der größte Negativpunkt ist für uns das Hotelpersonal. Man wird jeden Tag mehrfach angesprochen ob man nicht irgendwelche Touren buchen möchte. Ein einfaches ”Nein” wird hier selte akzeptiert. Bei den Strandliegen hat man die Möglichkeit eine rote Fahne zu leihen und diese am Schirmständ

Dieses Hotel lebt in. Die Pracht seiner glorreichen Tage war vor ein paar Jahren. Das Hotel ist jetzt für einen Service unter dem Niveau überteuert. 1- Lebensmittelvielfalt, Qualität unter 3 Sternen. 2- Sauberkeit, Organisation ist schlecht in Restaurants, öffentlichen Bereichen. Um diese Wahrheit zu sehen, überprüfen Sie die Restaurantarrangements während der Essenszeiten, überprüfen Sie die behindertengerechten Einrichtungen im Erdgeschoss in der Nähe des Hauptrestaurants. Dies ist die Wahrheit des Hotels. Die Glasfenster wurden seit vielen Tagen nicht mehr gepflegt. 3- Der Aquapark ist nicht mehr so attraktiv, da in Hurghada ein oder andere Hotels mit besseren Aquapark-Arrangements zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis eröffnet wurden. 4- Animationsteam unter dem Standard. 5-Es ist wahr, dass die meisten Mitarbeiter immer noch die gleichen sind, aber es scheint, dass es irgendwo ein Gap-Management gibt. 6-köpfige Mitarbeiter des Strandsportzentrums agieren in keiner kooperativen unhöflichen Art und Weise. Nicht die eines 5-Sterne-Hotels.

Por donde empiezo... El hotel esta en la zona del Sahl Hasheesh es una zona nueva que esta en construcción y tiene pinta que en unos años será una zona de alto standing. Esta muy apartado de la zona de resorts de hurgada ( lo se por que estuve 5 días en un resort y día y medio en este hotel) al Uber le costo un poquito llegar ya que es zona nueva. lo positivo: el hotel esta nuevo a estrenar, las habitaciones enormes, con comedor, el baño super grande, terraza, unas vistas preciosas, cama grande, muy limpio etc.. nos gusto la piscina, la zona de las hamacas, te dan toallas gratis, esta todo muy cuidado. el desayuno no pudimos disfrutarlo así que no puedo opinar. Comimos en el restaurante del hotel y estuvo muy bien, la comida buena y no muy cara (tampoco barata) Este es un hotel muy muy tranquilo, me refiero a que no hay nada que hacer y visitar cerca, NADA. creo que el hotel tenia tours y cosas que ofrecer, desconozco el precio y como son. Tienen servicio de transfer gratis a la playa, nosotros no fuimos pero la playa tenia muy buena pinta. El personal del hotel super amable en todo momento. lo negativo: no hay ascensores es un problema para quien vaya con maletas, ya que tuvimos que subir 4 plantas y es un poco difícil el bajar y subir ya que pasas por muchos pasillos, escaleras etc... el aire acondicionado hacia bastante ruido. Pedimos una habitación para 3 y nos dieron una cama de matrimonio y la otra persona tuvo que dormir en el sofá ( no lo veo lógico cuando en la reserva no lo ponía y no pusieron ni sabanas para la 3 persona) a la hora de hacer el check in nos ofreció por 20€ y luego regateando por 15€ un habitación mejor pero como solo íbamos a estar una noche decidimos que no, luego entendimos por lo del sofá que deberíamos haberla cogido pero igualmente no me pareció bien pagar mas. el hotel esta tan nuevo que hay todavía polvo y suciedad de obra por los pasillos. Información general : ofrecen servicio de taxi al aeropuerto por 15€ ( se paga por coche, si vas 3 personas pagáis 5€ cada uno) teniendo en cuenta que esta super super lejos es un precio bueno y deciros que el uber en hurgada es un timo , nosotros pedimos 4 ubers estando alli y una vez haces la reserva del viaje, te escriben por chat de uber y te piden mas dinero, del aeropuerto a resort de hurgada 15€ por trayecto y del resort a este hotel nos pedían 10 y regateamos y nos lo dejaron por 5€, lo comento para que estéis avisados. No pongo 5 estrellas por que tienen muchas cosas que mejorar aun, pero tiene muchísimo potencial. Volvería aun así.

Großes und spektakuläres Hotel. Große und komplette Zimmer. Saubere und moderne. Sehr freundliche Rezeption und Restaurants. Große Schwimmbads, für Erwachsene und Kinder. Aktivitäten jeden Tag für alle Altersgruppen. Verschiedenes Essen ist jede Nacht eine traditionelle Küche aus einem anderen Land. Ausfahrt zum direkten Strand mit einem Brücke, um zu einem tieferen Teil zu gehen. Sehr gut all inclusive. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Unser Urlaub war sehr entspannend und erholsam. Man hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt bevor wir sie kannten :-) Von A - Anreise bis Z - Zimmer....Es war alles perfekt. Die weitläufige Anlage, das sehr umfangreiche Buffet, das breite und schmackhafte Angebot an ”All in” Restaurants..... und unbedingt die Freundlichkeit und das Zuvorkommen der Mitarbeiter sind unbeschreiblich gut. Hier kann man sich ohne Wenn und Aber vom Alltag erholen. Wir kommen wieder - definitiv!

Für die Familie, wahrscheinlich ok, aber ich allein mag nichts, hinter dem Territorium, liegen wird am Morgen gemessen. Für Abendessen kommen auch Menschen zuvor) für mich ist es nicht eine Ruhe, aber was für einen Kampf für Komfort) Abendanimation für Erwachsene ist nicht verfügbar, das Essen zerstört mich gefallen:) im Allgemeinen wenn Sie mit einem Kind empfehlen, wenn Sie ohne Kinder, Dann haben Sie nichts zu tun. Und nach den Gefühlen war ich dort die einzige ohne die Tour des Betreibers)

We received a warm welcome at the hotel and this continued for the whole two weeks that we were there, all of the staff work so hard and nothing is too much trouble for them. We did not have a refurbished room but it was kept spotlessly clean every day (thank you Hassam) with a nice view of the beach. We requested a room near the main facilities because my husband cannot walk very well and this room (235) was ideal for reaching the restaurants, beach and pool. Each time we entered the buffet we would be greeted by Nada who was always cheerful.The food in the buffet was ok we managed to find something at each meal for us which is rare as we have one plain only food eater and a vegetarian in our family. It would have been helpful if there was a label indicating the suitable for vegetarians options though. When my husband was struggling to carry his plate and walk to our table one of the waiters would rush to help him even Yasser the manager helped him on many occasions and was very friendly and kind which we were grateful for as he was very busy every day checking that everything was perfect in all of the restaurants and bars. Thank you to Gerges too and shkran lak to Mostafa Salah for the Arabic lessons. We visited the Elia restaurant a couple of times the meals were very nice so thank you David for making our visits there so enjoyable. I couldn’t sleep very well because for some strange reason people in the rooms around us insisted on slamming their doors shut at all hours so I used to go to the beach early each day before breakfast,Taha and Muhammad would put up a couple of wind breaks around a pair of sun beds for me and I was able to lye in peace in the shade listening to the waves instead of the bang, bang, bang of the doors. There was never any trouble getting a sun bed at the beach throughout the day but it was January so I’m not sure what it would be like in summer. Similarly around the pool there were usually beds free throughout the day, the pool itself was nice and warm and we enjoyed sitting at one of the tables enjoying the view and having a drink at the pool bar. Unfortunately I managed to get a heat rash even though the temperature was only in the 70s I was chatting to Gomaa who works to keep the grounds looking so lovely and he advised me that the pharmacist across the road from the hotel would be able to help me and thankfully they did. We had three massages each at the spa during our stay the price was very reasonable, we also used the sauna and hot tub which was free. We used the gym which was well equipped and the staff helpful. We also enjoyed playing pool each day on one of the three pool tables at the hotel. A couple of days before we left we used the laundry offer Amear did a fantastic job our clothes were washed, ironed and folded so beautifully that we just put them straight into our cases. It was our first time at the Sunrise but now we know why so many people return here we had a wonderful time despite the door

Hallo Leute, also ich und ein sehr guter Freund waren 10 Tage im Sunrise Aqua Joy und wir waren sehr begeistert! Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Hurghada, das erste Mal in Ägypten, und als erstes ist uns die freundliche Art der Menschen aufgefallen. Das Hotel hat alles dafür gegeben uns eine schöne Zeit zu verschaffen. Angefangen beim Essen, was jeden Tag wechselnd und mehr als ausreichend war, bis hin zur Animation am Abend. (Thanks to Vikki) Hervorzuheben ist aber der Service auf der Terrasse bei Simon, ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie so einen Kellner gesehen!! Alles war sehr sauber, alle waren Hilfsbereit und man hat sich fast zu jederzeit, wohlgefühlt.Einige Händler auf dem Gelände waren Anfangs nervig, nach einem ”nein danke” ließen sie einen meist in Ruhe. Die Rutschen haben sehr viel Spaß gemacht, das Riff war zwar tot, aber man hat als Anfänger trotzdem viel gesehen, natürlich nicht annähernd soviel wie bei einem Ausflug. Wir hatten unser Zimmer zwar auf der Seite wo wir auf eine halbe Baustelle guckten, aber dafür hatten wir unsere Ruhe und seitlichen Meerblick.Die Schränke waren relativ alt, aber völlig ausreichend, das Bett war sehr gemütlich und das Bad sauber.Wer was finden will, findet bestimmt das Haar in der Suppe, wir waren aber sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen, weiterempfehlen!Hervorzuheben ist aber vorallem Simon an der Bar, er sorgte für viel Freude, leckere Getränke und war mehr als aufmerksam. Vikki,ist eine bezaubernde Animateurin, die es täglich schaffte einen zu motivieren bei den Shows dabei zu sein.Sie war sehr aufmerksam und sehr charmant. Sie fragte auch immer nach unserem Befinden. Zizo, Bob und Manchester vom Team der Animateure waren stets sehr freundlich und sorgten immer für gute Laune und colle Shows.Mohamed,vom Team der Lifeguards, war sehr freundlich und hatte immer eine Taucherbrille für einen im Schrank und auch er fragte immer ob alles gut ist und ob wir uns gut fühlen.
