The only hotel in a small town with a pool and hot tub and they were broken and didn't kniw until we went to use them. House keeping knocked on our door the next morning loudly and we were still sleeping and had not checked out. Staff and service were minimal.

Pool and spa were not working. This was disappointing since the I stay here for the pool and spa. Staff are very nice, friendly and efficient. Room, very clean

We enjoyed our stay here--great value for the price. Everything was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was pretty decent and staff were very friendly. Humboldt is a nice town.

I had a very enjoyable experience staying here, staff are extremely friendly and made my pet dog feel at home couldn’t of asked for more courteous, staff, cleaner, facilities, or a wonderful breakfast. Will be back soon.

Right off highway 169. Very nice check in, lobby is clean and orderl and done well. Lots os space, parking lot is adequate. Pool is good, room we had was very clean. Breakfast was decent, biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal, fruit etc. It's a hotel breakfast so not bad.

The front desk staff was very friendly. Check in and out super easy. Very helpful and sweet. Breakfast could have been a little better, not very hot and biscuits were hard. But over all not bad. Hotel is in walking distance to an awesome pizza pub restaurant.

We were very frustrated to be charged $40 for a pet fee at a “pet friendly “ hotel. There is no reference to this on either ********** or on their own website. I would like to know that ahead of time so I can make a choice to stay there or find somewhere else. They also charge a refundable $250 fee to your credit card in case of damages. When you walk into your “pet friendly “ room there is a laminated sign about cleaning up after your pet on one side and the very rigid pet policy contract that you just signed during check in on the other. This hotel clearly does not want your fur baby in their hotel but are required by their brand. Beyond that, when we came in the pool was open, when we went down to use it there was a sign saying it was closed for maintenance, before pool hours would have it close. The next morning, sign gone. To top it all off, ice cold showers! No hot water whatsoever! The hotel was clean and the front desk attendant who checked us out tried to be apologetic for our experience but this is definitely not a hotel we would ever stay at again.
