Super 8 by Wyndham Humble / Atascocita / FM 1960 I-69

Great stay. Clean, quiet room. Check-in was was great because the staff is courteous and professional and greet you with a smile.

Upon checking in the front desk guy was friendly and informed me of the policy, gave me the Wifi code as well as the code for the Ice Machine. It was rather quiet for the duration of my stay. Overall experience was good.

Was ok but don’t like talking thru bullet proof glass, gives me a uneasy feeling. Not many guest so was ok.

I checked in relocating after the sale of my home and explained I had service dogs due to a handicap. I was charged a 250 deposit which I paid in cash. When we got to the room, the remote control didn't work, and the lights by the bed doesn't either. I require the assistance of a cane but the woman called me a liar and didn't tell her about the dogs when I did. Then when I had to extend my stay because there wasn't a room available downstairs anywhere she lied to me and said they called about the dogs when I knew she was already violating my HIPPA rights by requiring explanations about my health conditions when you can plainly see l that I have trouble walking. And after a few days another couple came right next door to us with service dogs and she was the same way to them. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper because they refused to clean our room even after 5 days. The air conditioner leaks in every room but instead of leaking on the outside in other rooms it leaked on the inside in ours creating mold that I cleaned up myself because I didn't want her blaming dogs who never once had any accident or soiled their room. If you are a handicapped individual I would suggest you book at an Americas Best. What kind people are here. Never again will I go to a super 8. Unhappy people just have a way of trying to spread their unhappiness on others that have enough to deal with.

Bedbugs in bed like infested when brought up to manager he ignored and tried to say we violated the rules and wanted us to pay more. Then he walked away and went to his car and dove off of the property

Look, it's a Super 8. What can you expect? It's musty, old, and not a place you'd want to walk around with your shoes off. The "flat screen" TV, by the way, is only slightly bigger than my laptop screen. Biggest complaint, though, is that I was there in the middle of another ungodly Texas heat wave and arrived at midnight just wanting to go to sleep - and the AC was off!. Literally took two hours for it to get to a temperature suitable for humans. I understand not wanting to run it in an empty room, but if you know a guest is on their way, put down your sudoku puzzle and get the room ready.

Property was clean , ac worked good. Television was not working, telephones were not working.

I accidently booked the wrong Super 8, while at another Super 8, I contacted ******* that same moment and manager refused to refund for an honest mistake that was informed in a timely manner. It is unfortunate this man conducts himself with greed and zero empathy. I would avoid this place at all costs. I will submit a chargeback with my bank. Terrible experience.....

The staff at the Super 8 were helpful, kind, and understanding when my plans changed and i meeded to revise my booking, and then when they changed again after checking in. They made sure my stay was pleasant, they ensured the rooms were clean, and were friendly.
