超出預期，特別滿意。 我是一個人旅行，提前聯繫老闆娘會開車到附近車站來接。最後也會幫忙送到車站。老闆會英語，基本溝通沒有問題。 服務特別熱情，特別是包的晚餐加早餐，簡直是米其林級別，根據你選擇的用餐時間現做，一道一道上，非常經典的日式料理，因為種類多真的吃到撐。味道很好，顏值也高。 老闆給升級了私湯，非常舒服。房間各種空調，地暖的配置也很齊全。專門配有浴衣，連適合木屐的傳統襪子都有~ 民宿在山上，我個人喜歡爬山，沿着盤山公路走了幾公里，能欣賞到原始的日本高山風景，有很多小瀑布。周邊其他吃的玩的倒是沒有，比較安靜。

We took a taxi to this location because it was a little too far by bus, and we had all of our luggage with us. The location is beautiful. If you're only staying for one night like we did, then you should check in at the earliest (3:00 pm) so you can explore the local area. There are some really nice shrines nearby. We were only able to do this after breakfast the next morning. We also had to be out by 10:00 am, which surprised us because it was listed as 11:00 am on Trip.com. You will be served traditional Japanese cuisine for dinner and breakfast. They do an excellent job of presenting all of the dishes, and the service is also incredible. But if you're not used to eating raw fish, or traditional Japanese cuisine in general, you should definitely bring your own snacks to eat in your room! We stayed in the Garden view room with tatami mats. The staff will actually rearrange the room for you during dinner and set up your beds if you select this room. That was a very nice touch, so make sure you don't leave your room a total mess before dinner! I have added a picture of the beds after they were set up. The garden view was well worth the money we spent for it. Very relaxing and beautiful. And surprisingly enough...the tatami beds were super comfortable and warm!

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Whether offering sightseeing suggestions or promptly assisting with any need, they made me feel completely at home. My room showcased an attractive fusion of modern design and traditional Japanese elements. Soft earth tones, tasteful décor, and well-chosen furnishings created an atmosphere that was both chic and peaceful. The spacious bathtub, in particular, stood out as the perfect place to unwind after wandering Kyoto’s centuries-old streets. Although I didn’t have a chance to sample the hotel’s dining options, every other aspect of my stay was faultless. The exquisite decor, the serene environment, and the staff’s unparalleled service exceeded all my expectations. If you’re seeking a sophisticated, relaxing retreat that still allows you to easily explore Kyoto’s rich cultural heritage, Saka Hotel Kyoto is an excellent choice.

Das Zimmer bot einen wunderschönen Ausblick, war gemütlich eingerichtet, verfügte über eine gut gefüllte Minibar und sehr gute Einwegartikel. Es wurden auch sorgfältig ätherische Öle zur Schlafförderung bereitgestellt. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl an Gerichten und ein schönes Ambiente. Die Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam und halfen proaktiv beim Fotografieren. Der Shuttlebus war sehr praktisch. Das Surfbecken in den heißen Quellen war sehr entspannend und half bei Rücken- und Beinermüdung. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Eikan-do-Tempels und ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist für eine Unterkunft in Kyoto sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich war total begeistert von diesem Hotel! Es liegt supergünstig in der Nähe von Gion und hat eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse, von der aus man Kyoto Tag und Nacht bewundern und gleichzeitig die Füße in den heißen Quellen entspannen kann. Bis 18:30 Uhr gibt es ein kostenloses Getränk pro Person, und in der Lobby werden den ganzen Tag über Tee, Kaffee und sogar Eis angeboten. Man kann sogar ein richtiges Onsen genießen! Der perfekte Ort, um nach einem langen Tag voller Stadterkundungen zu entspannen. Das Zimmer ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels geräumig, und es gibt sogar ein Sofa am Fenster. Pyjamas und Yukata, Socken und Hausschuhe werden bereitgestellt, sodass man sie auch in der Stadt tragen kann. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel ist neu eröffnet und hat ein sehr elegantes Design. Es setzt die üblichen Holzelemente des Banyan Tree fort, um den Menschen ein frisches und natürliches Gefühl zu vermitteln. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Am besten gefällt mir das private Holzbad im Zimmer. Das Thermalbad kann nicht ignoriert werden. Das Hotel bietet exquisites Abendessen und Frühstück. Es ist sehr wohltuend, am frühen Morgen einen Spaziergang durch den kleinen Garten des Hotels zu machen und den dichten Bambuswald zu betrachten. Das Personal ist herzlich und aufmerksam, höflich und gewissenhaft, und der Service ist erstklassig

The room we stayed in had more of a western fee to it (a chaise lounge and a single seat instead of the traditional Japanese table). Regardless, the room was very pretty with traditional Japanese wall paper, blinds and bathroom. The blinds were a tiny bit spotted with stains especially near the furniture which we overlooked, but the amenities were plentiful and offered in the room. The beds were extremely comfortable and chargers for phones were made readily available. Very nice to melt away in bed after a long day without needing to unpack chargers. The shared baths were also beautiful, large frosted glass surrounded the bath with an outdoor section that offered more of a nature environment. Since this is exclusive to guests there were times where I was there all by myself for a few minutes which brought deep appreciation. I did not indulge in the hotels food offerings, and nearby places closed around 11pm so nothing to eat until the morning when we stayed. We found delicious bites and a fair at a nearby temple/park in the morning and indulged in fresh sushi quick bites before heading to our next destination.

We loved our stay at Hotel the Mitsui. Super nice and zen design . Absolutely adore their lobby area, which I think is designed by Andre Fu. Always drawn into his work somehow. Breakfast food was okay, but the view really made up everything l. Super relaxing & beautiful Service was great. Most of them were able to speak English proficiently. There’s a thermal spring at their basement, which you have to call the reception before you go to ensure there’s enough space. Everything was well prepared, including swimwear, disposable underpants, towels, water, etc. Since they control the # of people, everyone has their own space and it still feels very private. Room is nice with many details. Love their huge selection of pillows available for guests. It’s not huge, but the space is well used. Location wise, I wouldn’t say it’s the most convenient, but if you take a cab, everything is reachable in 20 mins max, so it’s not too bad. There are still good restaurants and touristy places to go that are in walkable distance, so it’s not middle of nowhere. Overall, fantastic experience which I will recommend for others!
