Absolute Perfection at Summer Duplex - A Private Hot Spring Paradise! My stay at the Summer Duplex villa was nothing short of exceptional, earning a resounding 5 stars! This stunning two-floor villa offered the perfect blend of luxury, space, and privacy. Upstairs, a comfortable bedroom provided restful sleep, while downstairs featured a spacious dining area and sitting room. Stepping outside to my private outdoor hot spring pool** was pure bliss – the cornerstone of the relaxing atmosphere. The villa itself was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious. The thoughtful welcome fruits and snacks were a lovely, warm touch upon arrival. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the outstanding service. The reception staff were consistently extremely helpful and polite. A special mention must go to Ms.廖思雅 , whose patience and prompt assistance whenever requested were truly impressive. The private hot spring itself was **excellent** – clean, perfectly maintained, and stocked with plentiful towels and bathrobes. I loved the privacy and tranquility it offered. A fantastic added luxury was the ability to arrange in-room body massage through reception, with only a very reasonable 16% surcharge. It was so relaxing I drifted straight to sleep afterwards – absolute heaven! The location is incredibly convenient. The adjacent public hot spring park is perfect for families or larger groups wanting more variety. Numerous coffee shops and restaurants are within easy reach. Crucially, being only around 20 minutes drive from Chongqingxei High-Speed Train Station makes this an ideal, relaxing stopover before diving into the bustle of the city. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100/10 Stay! I absolutely loved this place! Everything was beyond perfect from the moment I arrived. The room was beautiful, spotless, cozy, and exactly like the photos — honestly even better in real life. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The view was absolutely stunning, especially at night. From the room, I could see the beautiful bridge and even the cable cars crossing the river, which made the whole experience feel so unique and magical. Waking up to that view every day was unforgettable. The location was also very convenient and easy to get around. Although the shops and restaurants require a short walk, it honestly wasn’t a problem at all and was totally worth it for the peaceful surroundings and amazing scenery. What impressed me the most was how safe and comfortable I felt throughout my stay. The building and area were very secure, which made traveling stress-free. And the host/caretaker deserves 100 stars on their own! They were incredibly kind, responsive, and always available whenever I needed help or had questions. Communication was smooth and fast the entire time, and they truly made me feel welcomed and cared for. This was honestly one of the best stays I’ve ever had. Beautiful place, amazing service, peaceful atmosphere, breathtaking views, and a great overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone! 💖✨

Location is far from the city center, but ******* is available. Breakfast is good but not enough meat meals. Service is excellent. Excellent room, but pretty strange choice of a snack: tomato chips are too strong-flavoured, and the flavour is strange. Hot springs are just like a big bath, nothing really special except for the tub form; it's very comfortable to use though.

Staying at Bolian Resort truly felt luxurious. This was my first time experiencing a high end resort in China, and I chose Bolian over other options in the area, including Banyan Tree Hot Springs, with very high expectations. While it is not perfect, I’m glad to say that it does meet the standards of a luxury resort. The level of service and attention to detail, even with the language barrier, was comparable to what I’ve experienced at other top tier hotels like Park Hyatt. First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for fulfilling my personal request to have berries and chocolate prepared in my room. What really touched me was the towel art and flower petal decorations on the bed, thoughtfully arranged to mark a very personal occasion, which was celebrating my mental health recovery. Seeing the Mandarin character for “happy” placed on the bed felt very endearing. It was a small gesture, but one that felt genuinely kind and thoughtful. Other aspects of the service were just as impressive. While I was away enjoying the Bolian hot spring spa, the staff prepared my room for the evening by lighting all the mini candles, mopping the floor, and creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for my return. That level of attention to detail really stood out. That said, I did notice a small oversight. The tea filter I had used for my pu’er tea was still left in the sink, which suggested that housekeeping may have been rushing, possibly knowing I would be returning sooner than expected. It was minor, but noticeable in an otherwise polished experience. The hot spring amenities, both in the room and around the resort, were amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were at night, especially when guests were walking along the hot spring paths in the dark. The unexpected room upgrade was a lovely surprise as well, so thank you for that. Overall, I had a very pleasant and restorative stay. However, one thing that really affected my experience was the breakfast. The breakfast was honestly disappointing for a resort of this standard. The options were limited, the presentation was not great, and the overall quality fell short of expectations. I have uploaded photos with this review in the hope that management can improve this area. To be frank, breakfast took away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Being served ONE CHICKEN FOOT as part of the spread was highly amusing, but not in a good way. I have had much better Chongqing noodles and dim sum at local eateries for a fraction of the price. For a meal priced at around 200 yuan, it felt hard to justify......This is where people often say not to eat at five star hotels because the better food is usually found on the streets. It was disappointing that Bolian’s breakfast ended up reinforcing this stereotype... In summary, Bolian Resort shines when it comes to service, atmosphere, attentiveness, and hot spring facilities. With a serious improvement to the breakfast, it could easily become a truly excellent luxury experience.

Schon beim ersten Kontakt mit Frau Pim Pim und Frau Zhen an der Rezeption waren wir einfach großartig! Sie sprachen zwar nur wenig Englisch, aber mit einer Übersetzungs-App verlief der Check-in reibungslos. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gegenüber ausländischen Gästen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an den heißen Quellen und ist daher ideal, um nach einer anstrengenden Tour durch Chongqing zu entspannen und die über 40 verschiedenen Thermalbecken zu genießen. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt von mindestens zwei Nächten. Reisende aus den Niederlanden 😊

Dies ist das beste Hotel mit dem besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, in dem ich je übernachtet habe, und der Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Nach der Renovierung sind die Zimmerausstattung und die Einrichtungen fast mit denen internationaler Fünf-Sterne-Hotels vergleichbar. Da ich mich gerade von einer Operation erholte, war die Luft hier frisch und reich an negativen Ionen. Die ruhige Atmosphäre inmitten der Berge, die wunderschöne Landschaft und der prompte Service haben mir sehr gutgetan. Ich habe sogar ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten. Jeder Tag war angenehm, was meine Genesung enorm gefördert hat. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sofort verlängert und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, sobald ich Zeit habe.

Die warme Chongqing-Kleine ist am Morgen aufgewacht und schmeckt, die Speisen sind zufrieden, und ein weiteres Kaffee, seit dem Tag voller Luft geöffnet ist. Von hier aus kann ich 20 Minuten bis zum Konzertplatz erreichen und am nächsten Tag wieder die grünen Wünsche des Berges besuchen. Die Zimmer sind äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und jedes Detail zeugt von großer Sorgfalt und Liebe. Der Service war herzlich und unglaublich aufmerksam – man fühlte sich, als würde eine unsichtbare Geborgenheit die müde Seele sanft umschließen. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster verschmilzt harmonisch mit dem Spiel von Licht und Schatten im Raum. Man hatte das Gefühl, selbst der Atem würde hier zu Kunst. Ein wirklich einzigartiges und stilvolles Hotel! Einfach nur WOW!

Es ist das beste Hotel der Stadt. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe einer U-Bahn-Station. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben dreimal dort übernachtet. Die Zimmer beim ersten Aufenthalt waren ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer, die uns beim zweiten Aufenthalt zugewiesen wurden, waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Böden waren beschädigt. Für den dritten Aufenthalt baten wir um eines der Zimmer, die wir beim ersten Aufenthalt hatten. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Service des Hotels zufrieden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Mir hat das Hotel gefallen! Die Lage ist super – nur 5 Gehminuten von den heißen Quellen entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Klimaanlage funktionierte und die Aussicht aus dem Fenster war schön. Die Bettwäsche und die Badezimmerausstattung waren gut. Mir gefiel besonders, dass Bad und WC kombiniert waren und sich das Waschbecken im Bad befand, nicht wie in vielen anderen Hotels im Zimmer neben der Tür.
