Die beste Entscheidung meiner Chongqing-Reise war die Übernachtung im „Sushan 1949“. Versteckt in den alten Straßen der Shengli Lane im Bezirk Yuzhong, befindet sich diese umgebaute Villa. Sobald man durch die Tür tritt, taucht man ein in eine Oase der Ruhe und lässt den Trubel der Stadt hinter sich. Von der freundlichen Wegbeschreibung über den kostenlosen Wäsche- und Bügelservice bis hin zur wärmenden süßen Suppe am Abend – jeder Service war zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und perfekt getimt. Auch das kulinarische Erlebnis war hervorragend: Begrüßungsfrüchte, eine kostenlose Minibar, ein optisch ansprechender Nachmittagstee und ein raffiniertes, individuell zubereitetes Frühstück – jedes Detail zeugte von höchster Qualität. Kurz gesagt: Wenn Sie genug von standardisierten Hotels haben und sich nach einem Aufenthalt sehnen, der historischen Charme, schönes Design und herzliche Gastfreundschaft vereint, ist das „Sushan 1949“ definitiv eine Reise wert. Ich werde es all meinen Freunden empfehlen und ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Absolute Perfection at Summer Duplex - A Private Hot Spring Paradise! My stay at the Summer Duplex villa was nothing short of exceptional, earning a resounding 5 stars! This stunning two-floor villa offered the perfect blend of luxury, space, and privacy. Upstairs, a comfortable bedroom provided restful sleep, while downstairs featured a spacious dining area and sitting room. Stepping outside to my private outdoor hot spring pool** was pure bliss – the cornerstone of the relaxing atmosphere. The villa itself was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious. The thoughtful welcome fruits and snacks were a lovely, warm touch upon arrival. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the outstanding service. The reception staff were consistently extremely helpful and polite. A special mention must go to Ms.廖思雅 , whose patience and prompt assistance whenever requested were truly impressive. The private hot spring itself was **excellent** – clean, perfectly maintained, and stocked with plentiful towels and bathrobes. I loved the privacy and tranquility it offered. A fantastic added luxury was the ability to arrange in-room body massage through reception, with only a very reasonable 16% surcharge. It was so relaxing I drifted straight to sleep afterwards – absolute heaven! The location is incredibly convenient. The adjacent public hot spring park is perfect for families or larger groups wanting more variety. Numerous coffee shops and restaurants are within easy reach. Crucially, being only around 20 minutes drive from Chongqingxei High-Speed Train Station makes this an ideal, relaxing stopover before diving into the bustle of the city. Highly, highly recommend!Whether for a romantic getaway, a tranquil solo retreat, or a family stopover, Summer Duplex delivers an unforgettable, serene, and luxurious hot spring experience with top-notch service. I will absolutely be returning!

Wir, eine dreiköpfige Familie, hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Chongqing! Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Es liegt im malerischen Ciqikou-Nationalpark, die Umgebung ist traumhaft und der Service war exzellent, insbesondere die netten Damen Hong Yu und Jingjing, die uns bedient haben – wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön im Gartenstil gestaltet und bietet von der Dachterrasse aus einen malerischen Ausblick. Es ist außerdem unglaublich praktisch zum Einkaufen, da sich direkt vor der Tür eine Fußgängerzone befindet und alle nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu erreichen sind. Es war wirklich ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Chongqing sind!

Ich habe meine Mutter extra für eine Reise nach Chongqing mitgebracht und die Erfahrung im Hotel war top, ich muss eine positive Bewertung abgeben! Vor meiner Ankunft hat sich das Hotel proaktiv mit mir über meinen Reiseplan ausgetauscht. Ich kam erst nach 23 Uhr an, aber die Rezeption hatte das Zimmer bereits im Voraus für mich reserviert, sodass der Check-in effizient und reibungslos verlief. Der Service war jederzeit hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation sehr angenehm, und sie fragten mich sogar nach meiner Abreisezeit und informierten mich, dass ich mein Gepäck aufbewahren lassen könnte. Das hat mir die Sorge genommen, wohin mit meinem Gepäck, während ich unterwegs war. Der Service war aufmerksam und herzlich, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alles ist leicht zu erreichen.

This is my first time staying at this hotel chain based on a recommendation from my sister in law. My experience was definitely top notch. First the hotel and dinning staff were great, especially with one of the hotel managers, Yunfei Zheng. While our room was great but we shared with him about our wish to have more shelf space for clothing. He went out of his way and find us a room with more shelf space. We didn’t end up changing the room but the gesture was definitely appreciated. Also our relatives came to visit us at the hotel and he was very accommodating with parkings for them at the hotel since we didn’t have a car ourselves. The staff at breakfast and the Cantonese restaurant were really nice. They even remember my breakfast coffee of choice and brought that to me. We reserved a banquet room at the Cantonese restaurant and the staff there were marvellous with their service and professionalism. The only minor improvements I would suggest is the air ventilation in the room. It was muggy and when I inquired, they said the central air doesn’t work properly in the winter and then bought us a portable fan to rectify the situation and suggested us to open the window. I was surprised a resort this nice doesn’t have this situation fixed or at least communicated with us when checked in. The other improvement is the coffee bar at the lobby. They were fine but just not as friendly as the rest of the hotel staff. I noticed they didn’t greet anyone until we come up and have no smiles. I found that to be surprised since the rest of staff were so great and they didn’t have the same standard. Otherwise, everything was great!  Will definitely stay here again! 

Als InterContinental Resort enttäuscht das Regent Hotel überhaupt nicht. Schon beim Betreten des Hotels wird man von einem herzlichen Service empfangen. Der schnelle Gepäckservice und das zügige Einchecken an der Rezeption ermöglichten es uns, reibungslos unser Zimmer zu beziehen. Die Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer sind ebenfalls bequem und komfortabel. Die Getränke und Snacks in der Minibar lassen einen die Besonderheiten Chongqings genießen, ohne das Zimmer verlassen zu müssen. Nach einem Ausflug zurück im Hotel, kann man in der Two Rivers Bar im 7. Stock einen Cocktail mit starkem Chongqing-Flair bestellen und dabei den nächtlichen Blick auf die Flussstadt genießen, was noch erholsamer und entspannender ist. Mein erster Aufenthalt im Regent Chongqing hat mich diesen Ort lieben lassen. Vielen Dank für Ihren herzlichen Service. Wir hoffen, Sie in naher Zukunft wiederzusehen.

Der Parkplatz, das Einkaufszentrum und die Bürogebäude sind alle zusammen, was es extrem schwierig macht, den Weg zu finden. Es gibt keinerlei Schilder oder deutliche Hinweise. Ich habe mich in der Tiefgarage verirrt und musste einen Mitarbeiter des Concierge-Services bitten, mich abzuholen. Wahrscheinlich bin ich ziemlich spät eingecheckt, denn in der Lobby wurde an mehreren Stellen etwas repariert; es war chaotisch und überall standen Leitern herum. Mit dem Zimmer gab es keine Probleme, ich konnte nur den Schalter für die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer nicht finden. Essenslieferungen aufs Zimmer sind nicht möglich, man muss sie selbst abholen, was sehr unpraktisch ist, und die Mitarbeiter waren etwas gleichgültig. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber der Service war mangelhaft, niemand hat sich gekümmert. Erst als ich fast fertig war, habe ich gemerkt, dass man aus einer Karte bestellen konnte – das hatte mir vorher niemand gesagt. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist insgesamt gut, der Service ist durchschnittlich, aber akzeptabel.

Staying at Bolian Resort truly felt luxurious. This was my first time experiencing a high end resort in China, and I chose Bolian over other options in the area, including Banyan Tree Hot Springs, with very high expectations. While it is not perfect, I’m glad to say that it does meet the standards of a luxury resort. The level of service and attention to detail, even with the language barrier, was comparable to what I’ve experienced at other top tier hotels like Park Hyatt. First of all, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for fulfilling my personal request to have berries and chocolate prepared in my room. What really touched me was the towel art and flower petal decorations on the bed, thoughtfully arranged to mark a very personal occasion, which was celebrating my mental health recovery. Seeing the Mandarin character for “happy” placed on the bed felt very endearing. It was a small gesture, but one that felt genuinely kind and thoughtful. Other aspects of the service were just as impressive. While I was away enjoying the Bolian hot spring spa, the staff prepared my room for the evening by lighting all the mini candles, mopping the floor, and creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere for my return. That level of attention to detail really stood out. That said, I did notice a small oversight. The tea filter I had used for my pu’er tea was still left in the sink, which suggested that housekeeping may have been rushing, possibly knowing I would be returning sooner than expected. It was minor, but noticeable in an otherwise polished experience. The hot spring amenities, both in the room and around the resort, were amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were at night, especially when guests were walking along the hot spring paths in the dark. The unexpected room upgrade was a lovely surprise as well, so thank you for that. Overall, I had a very pleasant and restorative stay. However, one thing that really affected my experience was the breakfast. The breakfast was honestly disappointing for a resort of this standard. The options were limited, the presentation was not great, and the overall quality fell short of expectations. I have uploaded photos with this review in the hope that management can improve this area. To be frank, breakfast took away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Being served ONE CHICKEN FOOT as part of the spread was highly amusing, but not in a good way. I have had much better Chongqing noodles and dim sum at local eateries for a fraction of the price. For a meal priced at around 200 yuan, it felt hard to justify......This is where people often say not to eat at five star hotels because the better food is usually found on the streets. It was disappointing that Bolian’s breakfast ended up reinforcing this stereotype... In summary, Bolian Resort shines when it comes to service, atmosphere, attentiveness, and hot spring facilities. With a serious improvement to the breakfast, it could easily become a truly excellent luxury experience.

Mein Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt, der Service war hervorragend. Das Personal war durchweg aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, der Check-in verlief reibungslos und freundlich. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich, die Bettwäsche war hautfreundlich und weich, und die Pflegeprodukte waren von hoher Qualität. Die hervorragende Schalldämmung sorgte für eine ungestörte Nachtruhe. Die öffentlichen Bereiche waren elegant gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück bot eine reiche Auswahl und war sehr lecker. Das Personal war proaktiv und hilfsbereit, alle Anfragen wurden schnell und kompetent bearbeitet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und bietet eine bequeme Anbindung. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt luxuriös und komfortabel, sowohl für Geschäftsreisende als auch für Urlauber bestens geeignet. Fünf Sterne, meine erste Wahl für den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Ich hatte erwartet, dass das Hotel schon etwas älter sein würde, aber es war viel besser als erwartet. Beim Check-in hat die Rezeption mein Zimmer upgegradet. Ich bin ziemlich geruchsempfindlich, aber die Geruchsneutralisation im Zimmer war gut gemacht und es war auch ziemlich ruhig. Viel besser als das Sheraton der gleichen Marriott-Kette, das ich letztes Jahr gleich nebenan gebucht hatte. Das Zimmer war noch gut in Schuss. Wir waren wegen eines Konzertes hier und die Lage war recht praktisch. Am Ende war ich sogar überrascht zu entdecken, dass ich im selben Hotel wie der Künstler wohnte, was meine positive Einstellung noch einmal steigerte!
