Booked this hotel for business trip since our venue is accross the hotel, very strategic. This is an old hotel but the room facilities are quite complete and the rooms are super large, around the hotel complete with restaurants and supermarkets but one day after our arrival we were unlucky the hotel was under maintenance for water system from morning until night the water didn't flow so we had to wait until midnight to take a shower.

This property at one time was probably very nice, however it has gone down hill. The condition of the walls, carpet and furniture are less than satisfactory. In addition the surrounding area has a fair share of homeless and appears unsafe. Would not recommend for families.

We’re returning guests. Met all of our needs, very convenient location, professional staff, great having adequate parking. Set in a business district that’s busy during the weekday. Some areas near the hotel wouldn’t be advisable to walk about at night. Will definitely stay again in the future.

It was misrepresented as the room my friend and I both requested and booked was the same but neither looked like this as it is not an actual room available. It was dirty and location felt unsafe outside of the hotel. Ocean view was actually harbor view and unless you were a higher floor very little water viewable. It smelled so bad that we couldn’t even stand to hang out in the room. Pool was like an old city pool and the hot tub was closed with caution tape. Hotel restaurant was closed. Ultimately super disappointed in this stay. It really made the last part of our vacation not as enjoyable because due to the smell we couldn’t just relax in our room. We couldn’t even have our friends hang out in our room because it stunk so bad it was unbearable. Big disappoin**ent

Hotel can use a little updating but it was still clean. The shower head was the best. Front desk staff was great. Nothing to do in hotel or around it, must drive out if you want cool bar or food. Area is sad looking with homeless around, and a couple ladies of the night.

Excellent location in downtown Honolulu, major bus lanes run right to any part of the island with ease, for the price you get a lot of sq ft vs a hotel in other areas, quiet at night, bustling during the day, for a real local experience a must stay.
