Absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend the Harrison Hotel downtown Hollywood to anyone. Cleanliness for this organization was definitely not a priority. The doors the walls, the hallway the reception area was filthy. The odor as you walk through the mess to get to your hotel room was suffocating. I understand there is some renovation, but they did a poor job in separating that mess from the guests. The room looked ok, However, the floor was not mopped or swept the rugs and curtains were dirty. I could not stay at this hotel I decided to leave, The very rude receptionist refused to refund me for the night, but I just couldn’t stay. Last as I walked to the parking lot to go to my car, there were two unsavory individuals on my car, I literally felt afraid for my life, I quickly got into my car and left. I was shaking as I left the area, needless to say, I would never visit the Harrison hotel downtown Hollywood again, nor would I recommend it to anyone … be warned!

MISREPRESENTATION!!! Do not go here if you’re disabled or have limited mobility, because it’s not very accessible. This is a place where people live, not stay. The whole place is torn up and under construction, which wasn’t on the website, nor was the mandatory $15 parking fee. They gave me keys to a room that was the furthest away from the elevator, and when I got there, the keys didn’t work. I’m disabled., so this was a huge issue for me to make the trek back. I saw a couple on the floor below me, they rode up the elevator with me, and they were also standing outside their room with keys that didn’t work.

The cleaning and maintenance staff are extremely nice and friendly. The property is under construction, the construction starts at 8am and finishes around 5pm, it is extremely loud. There is no pool, Tiki hunt or dining area that is advertised online. There are a lot of people living in this hotel long term that are involved in illicit businesses. You cannot leave your room during the evening without being in danger. Management is rude and disrespectful towards their guests. I would not recommend this hotel.

Awful. I got a room that was “newly renovated” and it was in such poor condition I’d hate to see what a non renovated room looks like. Dirty. Unkept. Towels were musty. Tissues were soaking wet. Floor had not been mopped properly. Checked out the next day and found another place. This is a motel and not a hotel.

It is under construction. The room itself was nice however the exterior is rundown and its more of a motel. We were on the 4th floor and doors are on the outside.

The buildings are very old, scary, and in poor condition. Charged $15 for Parking. I did not like the parking charge. It is not at all worth staying in this hotel. The online pictures are very beautiful, however, the hotel is very old.
