Die Unterkunft befindet sich nahe der Altstadt von Hoi An etwa 45 min vom Flughafen Da Nang (je nach Verkehr). Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und groß. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf eine 2 Bedroom Villa. Das Wlan funktioniert sehr gut. Steckdosen gibt es auch am Bett inkl Deutschem Anschluss. Es gibt zwei Nachttische. Das Bett ist angenehm. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und gratis Wasser. Einen TV gibt es pro Zimmer. Es gibt einen Tisch mit Stuhl, Ablagetisch und offener Schrank inkl. Safe sowie ein Sofa bzw. Sessel gibt es pro Zimmer. Es gibt etwas genug Platz für Ablage, nur im Bad dürfte es mehr sein. Shampoo, Duschgel & Seife gibt es. Die Dusche ist von der Größe her ok. Ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Das Zimmer lässt sich nicht komplett abdunkeln. Es ist etwas hellhörig aber ok. Es gibt einen Mülleimer im Zimmer und im Bad. Es gibt keinen Ganzkörperspiegel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen um 11:15 Uhr noch Frühstück. Es gab viel Auswahl. Ich hatte Bananenpancake & Banh Mi mit Maracujasaft. Sehr lecker.

A lovely, well priced family run hotel just 2 minutes walk to the river and lantern boats, and to restaurants and places for a cold drink. The rooms are clean and the balcony is sweet overlooking the street below. The staff are really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great - thank you so much Hoa!

The reception staff and owner could not have done more for us for our one night stay. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable with a fridge! I asking distance to the old town with lots of food options on the doorstep. Lovely additions was balcony overlooking the street which was lovely for evening beer and morning coffee! Will come again, and soon!

Of all the places we stayed on our 3 week holiday in Vietnam Square Villa was the absolute best. The staff were kind, helpful and by the end of our 4 night stay we felt like family. The hotel is located a 5 min walk from the main canal area in a lovely quiet street. It was so budget friendly for our Australian family of 4. I wish I could give this hotel 6 stars! Thank you Square Villa!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Very close to the old town but also quiet. We loved going out into the local countryside on the free bikes. The breakfast was delicious and very good value. We would definitely come back here

Everything was good there. The room is really nice and clean. Morning breakfast were very tastefull. The staff is fantastic, they gave me good advices, they provides services like taxi or trip, always with kindness.The hotel is very close to the old city, near everything you need. I won't forget this place.

Staff amiable, consistently helpful and resourceful. Walkable distance to many shops and eateries. Free bike ride. Amenities: impeccable. Tasty styling in the decor, near high tech room niceties… room service every day… a five star bathroom and on and on
It would be a 6 star if there were an elevator in the building

The staff, especially Oanh, are so lovely & helpful! They really want you to enjoy your stay and time in Hoi An and it’s surrounding areas.
The hotel is located in a quiet area just a short walk (5 mins or so) from the old town. It’s such a little gem!
The rooms are nice, clean & comfortable.
The only downside is that there isn’t a lift for guests so if you struggle with steps I would suggest asking for a room on the lower floor levels.
Just a 1 minute walk from the hotel is a good restaurant (Boi Com), so if the weather is poor or if you don’t want to head out, it’s a good option.
