The host was very friendly. They have help us on the in n out luggages. Even Tour and transit are available and provide quite a number of recommendations. Not to mention, free bicycles for daily use!

We stayed at Hoi An VI Khoa Villa for one night to explore the Hoi An Old Town. We felt at home. The owners are extremely professional, friendly, and nice. The room is large, tidy, and stocked with toiletries for guests. The bed sheet is so soft. The restroom is clean, spacious with rain shower head. The hotel is a one-minute walk from the night market, where you may ride a boat around the canal in the evening. The check-in and check-out process is simple and speedy. We arrived early and were able to deposit our stuff at the counter, go for a walk, and return. They do provide laundry service (50,000 VND per kg). The exchange money service offers competitive rates. They give a taxi to Da Nang for 300,000 VND. Motorcycle and bike rental are available at the hotel. Please note that there is no elevator so you may need to walk up and down the stairs. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time when I visit Hoi An. Dr. Niwech

Nice location. Near to the Hoi An town. The lady boss is nice and friendly.

Walking distance to Hoi An night market. Safe place no flood. Sadly, the villa doesn’t have elevator, have to climb up to level 3 with our luggage of 20kg. Surrounding area cafe and restaurant 

The location is great and the owners are very friendly. Bed is decently comfortable except the water heater is not hot enough and drainage is not very good

Overall, everything is good, the location is convenient, and the landlady is very polite. The only drawback is the presence of mosquitoes, but after informing the landlady, they took action.

It was second time to visit Hoi An, but first time to stay at this hotel, everything is ok, room is fine. The location was great, easy to walk to ancient maeket.

Hotel is in a very strategic location, walking distance to Hoi An Ancient Town. Run by a family. Hotel is quite old but decent.

The owner Can speak English well with good hospitality. Love this hotel very much.

Great place to stay, we contacted them easily though Google Maps then WhatsApp for airport transfer arrangements that was so efficient. They do day trip bookings, exchange money on property and have bicycles available. Room and hotel in general was pretty good only negative was that the inroom Aircon couldn't heat up. Highly recommend staying here!

Got a lot of ants around the door to the television wall. Overall service great and location is not bad.

It's good to be there. Very warm welcome from the owner. You can leave your luggage here before check in time
