The Bay Apartments are a good value but simple place to stay in Hobart. We stayed here for 1 night this week, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean but small. It had an overpowering smell of cleaning products when we arrived but this dispersed during our stay. The bathroom is a traditional shower-over-bath, and there is a small living area and flat screen TV. There is a small cooktop and sink, and a bar fridge. The apartments are a short walk to a large range of restaurants, a Woolworths and a Cole. There is also a pub (almost) next door. It is a short drive to Hobart CBD and there are public buses out the front. We were apprehensive at first as it was quite noisy (noise from other guests and from the road), but this didn’t affect our sleep quality. There is parking outside the unit and one reverse cycle aircon unit in the living area. Don’t expect a fancy property- this is a basic but well presented unit at an affordable price point, not a $300/nt property. If you set your expectations correctly this is a very good property. The stairways to the upstairs appartments are very narrow and it is difficult to carry large cases up and down. I’d stay here again if looking for a basic stay in Hobart, but probably not for multiple nights.

Viel Handtücherwaschmaschine usw. Die Körperwasch und Shampoo-Flaschen sind schütteln, klingt einfach nicht? Mattress sehr komfortable. Pick ein kleines Unternehmen für mich, aber ich hatte die Wahl von 5! Sie erhalten eine Kehle und das ist es. Kühlschrank öffnet einen Weg, Tafeltür öffnet sich umgekehrt. Nicht benutzerfreundlich. Mist Maske von Tassen. Kein Messer oder Fork. Ich musste für ein paar Nächte in der nächsten Woche buchen, aber es war eine zusätzliche 50 pro Nacht. Ich dachte, das war etwas unnötig für einen zurückkehrenden Kunden, der das gleiche Zimmer bucht. Wir hatten zwei windige Nächte und die Schleiftür Witween rattling war genug, um Sie wach zu halten. Need to be weeded. Lage in der Stadt. Ausgezeichnete, Spazierweite.

Wir blieben im 5. Stock vor der Hauptstraße, aber das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, ohne irgendwelche Lärm von dem Verkehr oder angrenzenden Zimmern. Das Personal war extra hilfreich. Wenn Sie für das Frühstück bezahlt, umfasste es sowohl kontinentale als auch heiße Lebensmittel mit einer sehr breiten Auswahl, um alle Ernährungsbedürfnisse zu passen. Das Restaurant spezialisiert sich auf asiatische Mahlzeiten. Die Captain's Chicken und Potato Curry waren ein Favorit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und 100% funktional, da eine Wartungsfeedback-Form in jedem Zimmer verbleibt. Die Schalter stoppen das Licht für diejenigen, die gerne schlafen oder über Jet-Langsam. Sicherheit wurde durch den Zugang zu den Aufzügen durch Zimmerkarte verbessert. Es war eine 10-minütige Spazierfahrt zu allem, eine 3-minütige Spazierfahrt zum Skybus-Stop und 5-minütige Spazierfahrt zum Hop-on-hop-off-Stop. Guter Wert und empfohlen.

Große 2 Schlafzimmereinheit, die wir als Basis für 5 Nächte, um die untere Hälfte von Tassie zu erkunden. Wohnbereich ist nicht riesig und die Küche ist klein, aber es ist alles sehr funktional und funktioniert gut. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind mit komfortablen Betten und Badezimmern im oberen Stockwerk großartig - fantastische Dusche. Waschmaschine sind gut mit 5 Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, und Sie können auch jederzeit zusätzliche Kaffee, Zucker, Handtücher hier. Nicht den Pool, aber es sieht toll aus. Parkplatz ist einfach mit Parks direkt außerhalb Ihrer Einheitstür. Insgesamt, toller Ort zu bleiben, aber ziemlich Hilly, wenn Sie in die Stadt gehen wollen.

Had a recent stay for 3 nights and found it really enjoyable. After a little confusion with parking the car due to street it is located on being a bus thoroughfare, valet parking was prompt and we found we didn't need to get car out again. Great location in the centre of town and easy walking to everything Hobart has to offer. Rooms were very clean, although a little small, bathroom was a generous size although water did flood floor when showering. Did have to order another pillow as ones in room were rock hard. Breakfast was very yummy and buffet option that was offered had more than enough to satisfy. Gym was small with just enough equipment to do a workout. The Chocolate Hour was a bit of a letdown, not what we expected, but still another point of difference. All in all, a really nice stay and we'll certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Grundzimmer aber sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr nahe an allen Einrichtungen der CBD, Uber Essen konnte uns schnell und ohne Mühe finden, auch die Einrichtung ist sehr ruhig von einer Nacht. Das Bett war komfortabel und es gab kostenloses WLAN, für $85 pro Nacht, so nahe zu allem und so präsentiert, würde ich glücklich empfehlen, jemandem, den ich kenne, und wird wieder bleiben, wenn wir wieder da sind. Die einzige Empfehlung, die ich für die Eigentümer/Manager habe, ist, dass die Dusche selbst sehr klein ist und ich bin auch ein hocher Mann und ein großer Bau, so dass die Umwandlung in die Dusche ein bisschen hart war, aber sonst ist es das. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt, mein Partner und ich sehe Sie wieder auf unserem nächsten Aufenthalt. 👍

When you arrive at the Grand Chancellor you will find a tiny front drive that can fit about 4 cars, where you are supposed to be able to park, check in, and then move your car to their underground parking. However, this front drive is not monitored so when we arrived the driveway was completely full with no one there to direct us anywhere. We drove around the block to enter the underground parking and unloaded our bags which we had to carry up the stairs from the parking garage as there was no guest lift that we could easily find (good luck if you have trouble with stairs). At the bottom of the stairs there is a button that you can supposedly use to call someone to assist with your bags. We tried to use this and though we could hear the bell upstairs, it was not answered (even just to let us know that someone would come), so we gave up and carried our bags up the stairs. Upon arrival to the room, we noticed it was clearly very dated. We could see some effort had been made to update the rooms visually but the installations felt very half-****d. For instance instead of a shower curtain for the bath tub there was a half glass pane that is delightfully too short and instead bounces water off its side and onto the floor. A rainfall showerhead had also been installed but it seemed like an afterthought as it was crooked and had poor water pressure. We then tried to use the pool. Upon entry, I felt like I was taken back in time to the days of dark and damp fitness centers and unmaintained pool floors & furniture. There were no staff nearby and the entire area was a mess. Walking into the locker rooms was a shock with horrible banged up smelly lockers (many of which were open but had no key to lock it!) and awful grey blue shiny tiles that bounce the cold flickering white light around. The shared sauna between male and female locker rooms was also a joke. We left without even bothering to get changed or use the pool. We then attempted to dine at the restaurant in the hotel lobby. The host at the front asked if we had a reservation which we did not. He then looked around at the many empty tables as if he was not sure what to do and then asked us to ”wait outside” as he checked availability. We have never been asked to exit any restaurant whilst they searched for a table (even in much busier restaurants) and we were very frustrated by this request. We waited outside over 5 minutes and then decided to leave and ask the front desk staff for other local restaurant recommendations. As we were on our way out, we noticed the restaurant host was hovering nearby as if he had found us a table and was waiting for us to be done but we left without another look. Upon arriving back in our room after dinner and turning off the lights to sleep, we were graced with the hallway light streaming through the large cracks in the poorly fitted door. We had to stuff the cracks with towels, and then cover the strong blue light from the thermostat (which had no function to tur

Ich blieb hier kurz (Plumbing Problem zu Hause) so kann ich nicht zu Schlafqualität kommentieren. Ich hatte Zimmer 23, das klein war (es wurde als klein angekündigt) und hatte ein Doppelbett. Bettwäsche war sauber und schien gut zu sein. Die Handtücher auf dem Bett waren in einer seltsamsten Weise gefolgt, und sie scheinen abzuwischt und gebrochen zu sein, aber sie waren eigentlich so aussehen (wie mir ein Meeresbewohner erinnert.) Das Zimmer war sauber, wie das Bad war, Mit Ausnahme des ganzen Bodens der Dusche Bay, die eine gelbe/tanfarbe war. Vielleicht war es sauber, aber wenn es war, dann war es offensichtlich verfärbt und braucht wirklich Ersatz. Es war extrem absetzend. Die Wände sind dünn und ich habe die Person im nächsten Zimmer duschen hören. Der Mann an der Rezeption war ziemlich dunkel. Ich musste nicht die Nacht bleiben, da mein Wasserproblem korrigiert wurde, so ging ich nach Hause. Guter Wert, aber ich würde nicht wieder hier bleiben. Das Zimmer schmeckt von Zigarettenrauch, obwohl das Eigentum nicht rauchen.

Das Hotelzimmer ist zu schwach, sehr klein, nur ein bis zwei Personengewicht, ein Essen schütteln, viel Zeit verbringen, im Zimmer 515 zu leben, die Trockenmaschine hält oft automatisch auf, zunächst nicht betrieben, dann an die Schachtel, den Mitarbeitern die Kontrolle über die Tür zu übermitteln, der Mitarbeiter griff die Tür mit der Hand, Nachdem ich automatisch arbeite, aber mehr als zehn Mal in der Nacht, um die Tür zu schlagen, nach dem Trockenkleid zerkleinern, um die Farbe der Kleidung zu verändern, ist die Trockenmaschine sehr schlecht, nur die Lage bequem, ohne diesen Preis zu nehmen, online ist gut, der Name ist zu wahr, nicht das nächste Mal denken.
