Wir waren nur einige Tage vor einer Kreuzfahrt dort. Dafür war das Hotel optimal. Lage zwischen Flughafen und Cruiseport ist gut.
Hotel ist direkt an einem kleinen Sandstrand, direkter Zugang vom Hotel aus. Liegen und Schirme werden täglich aufgebaut. AI ist praktisch, direkt in der Umgebung gibt es aber auch Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Das Personal ist um die Gäste bemüht.

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hat uns besonders gut gefallen.Das Konzept des All Inklusive Essen und Trinken'swar sehr gut und sehr umfangreich.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wonderful staff. Lots of little little things missing for a four star hotel. No hotel number on the bedside phone. Nothing to tell you how to use the phone. No note pad or pen. TV has multiple channels but no card to tell what’s what.
Bedding and bathroom clean and plentiful.
Nice pool, plenty of beds with mattresses. Lovely bar by the pool with wonderful staff.
Very good dining facilities and good selection of courses makes it something for everyone.

The service and the food were both great. The kitchen is clearly understaffed and food took forever to get to us. It’s an older hotel and really needs some tlc. Water pressure in our room on the third floor was nonexistent and the shower head dripped constantly. The outside bar next to the pool was constantly good. Bar staff were all very attentive and service was fast. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here in spite of all the fairly minor issues.

Perfect to relax and rejuvenate especially if you are non-stop in your daily life. The staff is professional, courteous, and fun. The restaurant staff pay attention to what you like and try to proactively accommodate. The cooks are amazing. I'm Barbadian born and it was great to have a taste like I was sitting at my grandmother's table. Entertainment, shopping, and dining are easily accessible along the coastal *****. I've been recommending to family and friends, and will be back on the next vacation. Thank you Soco team.

This hotel was marketed as an “all inclusive” which was not the case. It was considered “board” which means you have set hours for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The “open bar” was bottom shelf alcohol and besides 3 key people (michelle, veronica, and Stan) the service was very bad. Not accommodating, gave me an attitude about asking for a beach towel, and it felt very sub par. I’m absolutely can not justify the amount of money we paid for this hotel which felt like a motel.

Pros: Location is beautiful, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, room service does a great job.
Cons: Food sometimes takes and hour to be served after ordering, at times some of the dishes can be very salty, burnt coffee.

The food at the hotel overall was great, other than that the hotel was below average. No wi-fi as advertised, very small, old hotel. Had to wait for towels and wash cloths everyday, and front desk woman was not pleasant at all.
