Our second stay in Harrogate as we Love these apartments, they are modern, spacious, homely, spotlessly clean, comfortable and conveniently sited for a good choice of pubs, restaurants and shops. Well equipped kitchen that makes it home from home, it was a wrench to leave. It rained heavily on our trip, so it was lovely to head back to this welcoming apartment to relax for the afternoon. Excellently maintained to a very high standard throughout, with friendly service and very accommodating, I cannot praise highly enough.

Excellent location. Efficient communication for accessing the apartment. Every amenity you could want in an apartment. Spacious warm and spotlessly clean . Highly recommend. We will definitely return here when we are next in Harrogate. Seamless check out with warm friendly staff

Perfect little apartment right across the road from the convention centre. Easy to get to there - 2mins walk to the main entrance and 10 mins walk max to the station. Had everything needed for a 2 night stay, and would’ve been perfect for longer.

Professional, organised and most importantly willing to accommodate all requests . Lovely apartment and perfect location. Highly recommended. Parking not a problem . Highly recommend the lower floors . A very old building with its unique characteristics.

The apartments are excellent, well equipped and spotless. We have been here 4 or 5 times. We received email in January and decided to book 2nights executive apartment for the 8th April, at the end of April we received the codes for apt 13. We are pensioners mid 70s and not in the best of health so after travelling 4 hours from Edinburgh we arrived at the apt at 1600 we entered with code and entered code in lock box 13 and found it to be empty. We called the number for apartments 3 times leaving message we then called emergency number multiple times which just rang out. My wife then went to apt 13 to find it occupied the gentlemen had been there since Sunday and was offered the apt as an upgrade the day before. He said he would email Sarah for us and 45mins of stress and nowhere to sit she suddenly came running down the stairs. She then said we should have had an email for another apt and on checking her emails found there was no email. I said we had been at least 4 times before and she asked me if I had read the wrong email. DAH we were then offered apt with spiral staircase which was not suitable she then gave us a 2 bedroom apt but we only needed 1 which we had been looking forward to. It spoilt our night as I was going to chill out after a long drive and get ready to go out for the evening.

Stayed here for 3 nights over Easter weekend, as we visited Harrogate for the first time. The apartments are well appointed, spotlessly clean and very central for accessing all that Harrogate has to offer. Visitors should be aware that they are opposite the Convention Centre and as such on a busy road, the triple glazing eliminates any road noise but does mean sleeping with the windows shut (although ear plugs are supplied if you need them open). Also be aware that parking is either the nearby multi-story on free on street parking a short walk away. Overall we enjoyed these apartments and would return.

We have stayed here several times now and would not think of going anywhere else in Harrogate.Stylish,immaculate,well equipped and comfortable with an array of very good eateries within a five minute walk(M & S is 10 minutes).Well done,Jessica and your team for providing excellent hospitality.
