Das Hotel liegt 2 Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone Zhongyang Lu entfernt, ist allerdings öffentlich nicht sehr gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig (nicht zur Strasse hin) aber leider etwas beengt. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren, oder gar ausschalten, was der Haustechniker durch Abklemmen der entsprechenden Leitungen löste. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, ebenso der Frühstücksraum. Hier darf man von einem 4-Stern-Hotel sicherlich mehr erwarten.

Der Service ist gut, das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der Central Street, es ist fast da, wenn man ausgeht, es ist sehr praktisch, es dauert nur wenige Minuten zum Flussufer, das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, sehr zufrieden, heiß Wasser auf Abruf 24 Stunden, das Bett ist sehr weich Bequem

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Central Street, die Lage ist besonders gut. Das Servicepersonal ist herzlich und höflich, das Zimmer ist geräumig, vor allem das Bett ist zu bequem und der Schlaf duftet besonders gut. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der Preis ist super hoch. Ich werde das nächste Mal, wenn ich nach Harbin komme, wieder wählen, wirklich super toll!

Great for 1 night stay, closed to sightseeings, cafes and shopping mall

Fantastic location, super close to everything. The room itself was on the smaller end with a above-average sized bathroom. The free unlimited milk tea in the lobby was very tasty and warmed us up in the freezing weather. Main issue was the cleanliness - we had to ask for the sink to be properly wiped and there were stains across the bath tub. Also a piece of plastic wrapping from the previous guest was left on the bed frame (assuming cleaners missed it). Overall solid for the price but be careful of the cleanliness.

The hotel is in a great spot near everything. Can walk to shops and dinning. Clean warm room; tv only has Chinese channels so foreigners might be upset by that.

Location was outstanding - the hotel was great value for where it was. Service was fine, and the room was warm. Nothing special, but did the job just fine!

Loved our stay at Kai Rui! Located just a short walking distance from the famous Zhongyang Street of Harbin where there are lots of stores, restaurants and bars. Also located very close to the metro, very easy and convenient to get to and from the Ice and Snow festival from this location! Great place to stay when visiting harbin.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Harbin! (Foreigners accepted.) The location is truly the perfect starting point for trips to all the main attractions of the city - a block or two blocks away from Central Street, Stalin Park, the Songhu River Cable Car, and Zhaolin Park. It's close enough to all the action, but the small distance from the walking street means you won't get all of the noise. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenient stores just steps away. I was given a free upgrade to a larger queen bedroom and I couldn't be more appreciative. The bathroom was HUGE, with a bathtub, separated toilet and shower areas, and very spacious counter and mirror. Toiletries were provided and replenished throughout my stay. The room was made up daily as well. The heat could also be controlled, and I was never cold from the moment I entered the hotel each time. Staff were friendly and responsive, and while no one spoke English, they were patient with translating and quick to help me when I needed something. Even without my upgrade I feel what I paid for three nights was well worth it. The only suggestion I have would be the decor - if the tacky large images of Harbin were replaced with something more tasteful, the room I stayed it would be unbeatable haha.

Hotel's location is very convenient but the rooms are very cold. Seems like the central heating system doesn't work normally. They gave us a very cold room at first and the air conditioning wasn't working there. Finally after I asked them to return money they finally gave us a normal room
