Overall good hotel, although it’s starting to show its age. The pool area and locker rooms needs to be updated so is the carpet. The room are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

We stay here quite often mainly because of the excellent location on Qingshanhu. The room standard (Superior) is good - spacious, comfortable, nice view (floor 5). However, it was disappointing that the dinner buffet was closed. The hotel Chinese restaurant was good. Bar service was poor.

This hotel is perfect for a getaway from the city!The environment is green, so tranquil & relaxing 🌿I booked a room with mountain view and upgraded with a view on the lake. The room was clean and spacious. The bath tub is huge and they also provide bath salt. The TV also offers English channels and TVOD. The bed was comfy and bed sheets felt fresh :) The breakfast buffet is nice. It has many options. You can also order room service for meals. The menu is available in the room in English and Chinese. Prices are quite reasonable. There’s also a cycling trail around the lake which is accessible from the hotel. One of the receptionists also speaks English and she’s very friendly & helpful! I had a great experience at this hotel and defo recommend it! 👍🏼

The hotel was lovely, service was excellent. The room is very big and comfortable. Lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast has lots of choice and is delicious. Hotel facilities are great; swimming pool and activities are fun. It’s a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends. Really enjoyed my stay and the manager was very very helpful

The hotel is set in an amazing location next to Qingshan Lake and the scenery is beautiful. Every thing about the hotel was great apart from one incident in the evening that we stayed there. It was my first time meeting my girlfriend's mum so I decided to take them to this hotel as it has great reviews online and Qingshan Lake is an amzing place. My girlfriend's mum loves to play cards so after dinner we played in the hotel bar which was empty like most hotel bars in China. After buying a bottle of beer that was 4 times more expensive than a supermarket, we played about 3 or 4 hands but then one of the ladies who worked there came over and said we needed to stop playing. I asked why but she had no answer other we couldn't play and should go back to our rooms. Shortly after this her superior arrived and had the same message but again no reason why. I agreed we would leave because it was quite awkward but I asked to be refunded for the beer I had just bought. The manager gave me 38yuan on cash is difficult to spend these days in China, she didn't even make eye contact with me as she slammed it down on the table where we were sat. It was a little bit disappointing because this hotel is definately worth a visit.

Good room, excellent location, good buffet breakfast, excellent helpful service.

十年前去臨安，路過中都青山湖畔大酒店，被該酒店吸引。近日帶家屬前往臨安度假，選擇中都。酒店前台的小姐姐很熱情，耐心介紹酒店的相關情況，職業素養高。酒店還為我們免費升級了湖景房，超讚。房間安排在六樓，面積大，有一大陽台，正對青山湖，景色無敵，酒店周邊1公里內有多家餐館，酒店餐飲味道也不錯。衹是酒店有些年份了，除A座（以大床和套房為主）外，B座和C座都未曾裝修，且價格偏高，影響入住客源，期待裝修後再次前往。另，離店還送了小禮物，很温馨。

房間乾淨整潔，寬敞又大又明亮，登記了湖景房，還可以看外面景色，非常賞心悦目，一直以來都喜歡住海景湖景河景的房間，衹要有就不錯過，早餐種類多很精緻，也是特別喜歡的一個，棒棒噠

缺點：老牌酒店，設施設備較老 優點：出酒店就是青山湖，馬上可以租到自行車，電動車（120元每小事），環境很好；服務員很熱情直和我小寶打招呼；自助餐餐廳歪風景很好，早去早享受

酒店的地理位置很好，訂的全湖景套房，前台還給升級了中都套房，房間很大景色很美，早上可以在房間看日出，環湖的步道很長很長，適合騎行、徒步，非常養眼，休閑度假的勝地，中餐廳的味道很不錯，價格也合理，服務非常熱情，下次會考慮再去

出行後評論很少。但這次要評一評，因為酒店首頁訊息（攜程把關也有問題）誤導了這次出行選擇。選擇酒店的時候主要是看了中都青山湖首頁訊息顯示是2021年裝修的，估計應該很新，所以就選了他。一家春節出行定了5間標房，是先買599的預訂券，再電話預訂春節期間的湖景高級標準間房間的。到了以後被安排在了B座，樓層和房間地毯很臟很臟，房間和衞生間設施很舊，估計20年前的設施一直沒改造過吧，還有黴的味道。但自己想訂好了也沒辦法就沒找酒店理論，真以為2021到現在老化如此嚴重。可在偶然間和服務員問話時才知道衹有A座的豪華大床房和行政房是2021年新改造的，其他B座、C座都是幾十年前老舊設施未改變過，房價差距在幾十元，含早差距在200不到。攜程的把關不到位，訊息應該標明什麼樓什麼房間是哪年裝修的，乃至誤導了本次消費。 寫這些出來，希望後面選擇這個酒店出行的朋友不要再被誤導。事先做好和酒店確認是A、B、C哪一座？如果是A座的房間，還是條件不錯的，B座和C座的真的不推薦。酒店外部的環境臨湖還是不錯的，環湖步道也都已貫通，可以走走，但這個價格比杭州蕭山那邊貴了幾百塊。我們是從蕭山轉場到臨安度假的，青山湖比蕭山湘湖的景觀和環境差了很遠了，性價比不高，供大家參考。發幾張房間外面的湖景給大家，破舊的房間內部忘記拍了，也不給酒店丟臉了。

酒店很安靜，門口有很多停車位，前台服務態度很好，雖然是老們星級酒店，但環境還不錯，比想象中的要好很多。酒店自助早餐很豐富。退房時前台還送了小寶伴手禮，非常開心。離青山湖很近，酒店後花園彩虹橋綠色長廊，很適合散步消食😋下次再來臨安還會入住。

酒店服務熱情，設施保養的不錯，空調系統非常好，我們是春節期間入住，氣温比較低，但酒店內部整體的温度很適宜。酒店大堂頂雖然很高，整體温度也非常温暖舒服。酒店背靠青山湖（附圖），環境一流，空氣質量極好。餐飲方面，早餐不錯，供選擇的品種很多，總體偏中式一些。附近餐飲，有一些農家菜，如果去城區吃飯，開車也就十幾分鍾，非常方便。總體值的推薦，挺適合度假2、3天，放鬆一下。

酒店服務很好，很貼心。春節期間的客房很緊張，定單下的晚了，到酒店後對原來自己定的房間不滿意，正好有看風景視角更好的房型，就補差價換掉了，酒店貼心的把加床費給免了！山景湖景全都能看到了，第二天下雨，正好躺在客房的大沙發上看着煙波浩渺的山湖美景，享受愜意假期。自助早餐不錯，中西式都有，味道很好！下午在咖啡廳一邊欣賞風景一邊圍爐煮茶！中餐廳的飯菜味道可口價格實惠，份量足！打掃房間的阿姨，餐廳服務員，遇到的每一位工作人員服務都很好！
