Das Zimmer ist relativ klein und nichts Besonderes. Alles in der Minibar kostet Geld und die Tassen fühlten sich nicht sauber an... Ich blieb zwei Nächte und in der ersten Nacht tauchten Kakerlaken auf... Aber nach dem Aufräumen am nächsten Tag waren die Gliedmaßen der Kakerlake immer noch auf der Toilette Tür... Diese Hygiene ist sehr besorgniserregend! Ich bin auch sprachlos! Das Zimmer hat auch ein schimmeliges Gefühl...

Happy with the crew service and hotel room is cosy. The down side is that the breakfast buffet spread was very limited and order thru menu card was limited to few items only. Quite disappointed on this given that it is a 5 star hotel.

The hotel was very clean and of excellent quality throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we missed breakfast one morning, which was a shame because the food was brilliant. The location is a long taxi ride from the grand palace and other touristy spots but we really enjoyed our two night stay.

My overall stay at the hotel was excellent, but the check-in process was frustrating. I arrived at 1:30 PM and understood the room might not be ready, so I went to the restaurant to have lunch and work while waiting. When I returned to check on the room, the staff took the envelope they had given me earlier, but I ended up waiting another 20 minutes without an update. After I followed up again, they asked me to wait “a while” longer. When I was finally called, I assumed the room was ready since I had already checked in and paid the deposit earlier. To my surprise, they asked for my passport again and couldn’t locate my booking, even though I provided my booking details and proof of deposit. It was only after a good 45 mins that I finally received my room card. While the rest of my stay was great, the inefficiency and lack of communication among staffs perhaps during check-in left a negative impression & hopefully there are Inproevemnet for this

I booked my stay at the Intercontinental Sukhumvit without realizing it was specifically located at Sukhumvit 59, Thong Lor. However, this turned out to be a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly received by Khun Bank, who I assumed was the manager. His genuine warmth made us feel immediately welcome. We only interacted with him during check-in and check-out, but the entire stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Our daily requests were consistently met, and we're extremely grateful. On check-out day, an earthquake struck, but Khun Bank and his team handled the situation with care and confidence. Despite likely being concerned about their own loved ones, they maintained their professionalism. Khun Bank kindly assisted us in contacting our AOT chartered limousine, which was uncertain due to the massive traffic jam. Thankfully, Khun Bank had arranged for our chartered car earlier, ensuring we arrived at the airport on time. We'd like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Khun Bank for his exceptional service and sincerity. His dedication to assisting not only us but also other guests was truly appreciated.

Everything about this property is perfect. The service and checkin was fast and personalized. Super comfortable bed, excellent location to bts, superb pool. If you’re looking for a wonderful 5-star experience I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

Serious water leakage problem from the shower room was very frustrating. The overall experience was not that up to the standard of "Intercontinental" brand.

The extra bed was one of the hardest mattresses I have ever slept in. It was absolutely ridiculous! As a 5 star that required an extra charge for the bed, you would expect at least a proper, comfortable bed. It was not only extremely small and narrow but it also had no mattress or padding. It completely hurt my back and made me lose sleep for days. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Location is convenient at thonglor, 5 minutes walk from bts. All the staff are well trained and attentive. Room is not very spacious and too close to nearby buildings, bed is comfortable. Gym on 32th floor is relatively small, can only accomodate around 5 persons but have a good view of the city. Swimming pool outside is relaxing and size is okay. Breakfast has cook to order eggs, noodles and drinks. Food quality is generally of high standard but cakes and pastries are a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the heater worked perfectly, making it a comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, with the hotel being very close to Phrom Phong station, which makes getting around a breeze. However, if you're planning to travel with transport like grab/bolt car, be prepared for a bit of a hassle. The alley leading to the hotel can take up to 20 minutes to navigate from the street end to the entrance, which can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. Aside from that, it's a solid option for anyone using public transport!

Clean and beautiful hotel in thonglor. 3 minutes walk to the BTS station. Across from mark wiens restaurant

Good service, breakfast is nothing exciting. Swimming pool is great. Gym is small.

The room is not clean properly, we have to asked the staff to come and clean it for us. The TV is not working properly, end up we have to change the room in the mid-night.
