Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber, aber die Schalldämmung ist schlecht. Jemand hat am Samstagabend spät eingecheckt, daher war es laut. Der Service ist gut. Sie können an der Rezeption nach einem Wasserkocher zum Kochen von Wasser fragen. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, in der Nähe befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum.

Ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens gibt es eine U-Bahn, sodass Sie bequem in die Stadt gelangen.

Mein Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Badezimmer hatte gute Toilettenartikel. Es ist leicht, zum Flughafen zu gelangen, allerdings außerhalb des Hauptbereichs zum Einkaufen und für Besichtigungen. Allerdings gibt es eine U-Bahn in etwa 20 Gehminuten Entfernung und ein Einkaufszentrum in etwa 15 Gehminuten Entfernung. Ich habe die Unterstützung des Personals mit guten Englischkenntnissen bei der Organisation von Tagesausflügen und lokalen Wegbeschreibungen sehr geschätzt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und wurde bei der drückenden Hitze sehr geschätzt.

Das Hotel ist so schön, aber die Lage ist nicht wirklich gut, man braucht ungefähr 50 Minuten, um die Innenstadt von Rom oder die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Shangri-La Roma by Omnia Hotels. The location is absolutely perfect – close to the EUR district and well connected to the rest of Rome, making it easy to reach both the historic center and business areas. The rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very relaxing after long days out exploring the city. The breakfast was another highlight: rich, varied, and delicious, offering both sweet and savory options to satisfy every taste. A great way to start the day! Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome!

It's a serviceable hotel in a good location. Not much more to say about it. Service was average to bad at best. A couple of actively rude staff. Only reason it's not a 1/5 is because the bar staff were friendly. Other staff made mistakes, like saying we hadn't paid tax on the room when we had. Perfectly understandable, mistakes happen, but it was said in a rude tone and they became argumentative when I corrected them. When they realized they were wrong, there was no apology. If you need a hotel that's close to the airport, it's perfectly fine.

We were happy but then later in the morning while I was brushing my teeth, the water was not running …. I could not shower for 3 hours till we claim for a new room …first they refuse to give us a new room till we said we will tell in the public…then they changed to worse rooms… no phone connected, no hot coffee, no hot tea, no water….and old room till we

Great Stay with Helpful and Patient Staff I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and patient throughout my stay, always willing to assist with anything I needed. Despite my limited language skills, communication was smooth and there was hardly any language barrier. Their professionalism and friendliness made the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!
