Begeistertes und freundliches Personal, wunderschöner Meerblick. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch werde ich trotzdem ein Zimmer hier buchen

Es liegt mitten im Stadtzentrum und ist daher sehr bequem zu bewegen. Das Frühstück ist gut und man kann sich tagsüber problemlos auf Englisch verständigen, abends ist jedoch nur ein wenig Englisch möglich. Insgesamt war es ein sauberes und komfortables Hotel. Allerdings ist die Badezimmertür leicht geöffnet, sodass der Schall direkt in den Raum übertragen wird, es riecht leicht und das WLAN verbindet sich nicht im Raum.

Not very clean. The location is good, but that’s the only plus for this hotel. The rooftop is awful, with a green swimming pool and broken chairs. The restaurant downstairs doesn’t serve food, which means it isn’t much of a restaurant anymore.

Had a wonderful complimentary breakfast at Kasbah restaurant. There were a variety of breakfast items available. The staff were professional and especially Mr Raju was exceptionally hospitable. Thoroughly impressed with their service.

Could be a nice place, in a good place, with good views yo the bay area... But it becames obsolete and old. It's very sad to be hosted here. All correct but, more or less confortable rooms, aceptable breakfasft, but... If you can choose another place, better for you.

This was a lovely hotel with helpful staff that have great English. My only (minor) complaint is that the complimentary breakfast is fairly mediocre, especially compared to other hotels you'll find in Vietnam. Overall though, an excellent stay.

We had a lovely room on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the bay. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of Cat Ba town. Reception staff were friendly but when we advised our safe was broken, no one ever came to look at it and it took a few attempts to get towels to take on a cruise. The rooftop bar wasn’t open while we were there but breakfast was great.
