Sehr gutes Hotel. Der Service und die Zimmerausstattung sind sehr gut, es gibt einen Gastschrank und einen Minibar Gesundheitszubehör oder Nachtbettservice, TV gibt es auch viele Plattformen und kostenlose Filme. Das Gefühl des Raums ist sehr gut, das Bett ist sehr gut und schlafen. Alle Servicepersonal sind freundlich und freundlich, unabhängig von der Rezeption oder dem Restaurant oder sogar den Rettungspersonal. Ich danke ihnen für das Gespräch und den Service. Aber es muss gesagt werden, dass das Hotel derzeit in einem soft run-Status ist, dass es täglich und überall immer noch repariert und geräuschlos ist, und dass das Spa-Gebiet noch nicht fertig ist. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist begrenzt (obwohl ich jeden Abend gut gegessen habe), und das Zimmer hat intelligente Stromspeicherung. Niemand schließt die Stromversorgung automatisch aus, wenn es im Zimmer ist, einschließlich kleiner Kühlschrank. Daher kann die Aufgabe, dass Getränke nicht regelmäßig Eis aufbewahren und Handys in dem Zimmer laden, nicht ordnungsgemäß abgeschlossen werden. Aber ich empfehle diesen Ort sehr, die Atmosphäre zu entspannen und mich frei zu machen, um am Meer zu gehen, das ist wirklich schön.

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff in Carpe diem especially to Donald! ;) the guy at the reception i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment he gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Donald im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Carpe diem! Wir verbrachten eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, bevor wir zu einer anderen Insel weiterflogen. Das Hotel erfüllte all unsere Erwartungen: gutes Essen im Restaurant, ein Swimmingpool und eine gute, preiswerte Massage. Morgens gab es einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Flughafen. Negativ fielen das Frühstück auf, das praktisch keine für Europäer geeigneten Speisen bot, und das Badezimmer, das dringend renovierungsbedürftig ist.

Wir haben kostenlos ein Upgrade auf eine höhere Zimmerkategorie bekommen und konnten kostenlos eine Stunde später auschecken. Das war super und die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich. Die Zimmer sind auch ausreichend ausgestattet, jedoch hat unseres sehr stark nach abgestandener Luft gerochen, dies ging auch nach unseren 2 Nächten nur bedingt weg. Der TV ist kein Smart TV und veraltet. Da erwartet man etwas mehr in Resorts wie diesem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr bedürftig was die Auswahl angeht. Auch wirkte hier das Personal leicht überfordert mit dem bedienen der Gäste und auffüllen des Büffets. Das Transfersangebot des Hotels ist super, ein kostenloses Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen. Die Lage des Hotels ist aber auch schlecht, man hat eigentlich nichts wirklich in der Nähe. Das Meer liegt zwar direkt vorm Hotel, durch die Gezeiten und die starken Winde kann man hier eher nicht baden. Einen Strand gibt es auch nicht. Das Reservieren eines Rollers ging problemlos über die Rezeption, jedoch wurde die abgemachte Uhrzeit wegen internen Kommunikationsproblemen nicht eingehalten und wir konnten erst 2 Stunden später los. Alles in allem nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt wert, es wirkte alles ein wenig trist.

Das Personal hier ist überaus höflich und zuvorkommend. Da wir am nächsten Tag um 6 Uhr morgens fliegen, wurde uns ein frühes Frühstück vorbereitet, das bereits ab 5:30 Uhr verfügbar war. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Außerdem bot das Hotel einen kostenlosen Flughafentransfer an, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Insgesamt war alles hervorragend. Einzig der Lärm draußen war etwas störend. Es war schwierig einzuschlafen, da ständig Motorräder herumfuhren und die Leute draußen Lärm machten. Dafür kann man dem Hotel aber keine Schuld geben. Wenn möglich, empfehle ich, ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels zu buchen, da es etwas weiter von der Straße entfernt ist.

Mein Bett war so groß, dass es passen würde 4 Personen 😅 Das Zimmer war sauber und alle Einrichtungen funktionierten. Hatte am letzten Abend ein Schwimmbad und ich hatte den Pool alle für mich 😍 Die Gäste waren sehr freundlich und hielten mir bei meinem Reisen um die Stadt. Die Mitarbeiter im Essensbereich, wo ich Frühstück hatte, waren auch schön und hilfreich. Lage weise, vor einem Mall(wo ich persönliche Dinge gekauft und Abendessen hatte), in der Nähe eines Spa(wo ich eine Sauna und Massage hatte), und 5-10mins Fuß von unserem Seminarplatz. Es war auch in der Nähe des Flughafens, 5-10mins Multicab-Reise. So war es ein sehr bequemer Ort. Alles in allem hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Danke.

Das Hotelzimmer war sauber, komfortabel und warm. Frühstück mit einer Vielzahl von Speisen. Das Personal war freundlich zu unterhalten und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist nur perfekt für einen Spaziergang um das Stadtzentrum.. Viele elektrische Socken, um meine Geräte und Arbeit zu belasten. Großer TV und wirklich hervorragende Wärmedusche, so einfach zu benutzen.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

Citadel (the name of one of the owners) is probably the ”best for the money” mini-resort in Puerto Princesa! My room had a king bed, was comfortable and included satellite TV, a fridge and sink area. The grounds a pool are clean, neat and look great. The pool is amazing for a property size. Even though the Citadel is located 1.5km away from one of the main roads and the Robinson's Mall there are small food stores nearby for basic needs. It's easy to get a tricycle from the road near the property to just about anywhere in the Puerto area. Do ask one of the locals what the fare should be to the placey you want to go. Francois and Citadel, the owners are very nice and helpful. You will enjoy your at the Citadel! BONUS TIP: Just up the road (north) to the left is a food store and cafe on the right side of the road. Inside is a dental office run by Dr Joy Zapanta. She offers a full range of dental services. I got my teeth cleaned for about US$20. I could see dental tourism as a future business for Dr Joy. Enjoy your stay at the Citaldel and get all your dental work done!
