Ich hatte ursprünglich ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht gebucht. Der Check-in ist um 15:00 Uhr und ich kam etwa 10 Minuten vorher an. Man sagte mir, die Zimmer mit Blick auf die Bucht seien noch nicht fertig, also werteten sie mein Zimmer zu einer Suite im Sky Tower auf. Das Zimmer war groß, aber der Blick ging auf eine Baustelle und ich konnte die Bucht nur aus einem kleinen Winkel sehen. Obwohl sie sagten, es sei ein Upgrade gewesen, war die Aussicht nicht wirklich angenehm und ich konnte kaum meinen Vorhang öffnen. Ich blieb nur eine Nacht, also war es für mich in Ordnung. Aber wenn Sie die Bucht sehen möchten, ist dies keine Alternative.

Schade, dass ich aus Angst vor Verbrennungen das Schwimmbad nicht benutzen konnte, aber ich habe mich gut erholt. Ich empfehle, sich während der Nutzung der Hoteleinrichtungen gut auszuruhen. Wenn Sie ein Taxi nehmen und Ersatz holen müssen, wird es Ihnen schwer fallen.

Ich bin um die ganze Welt gereist und war zum ersten Mal im Hyatt Regency Manila, der Stadt der Träume. Als Gäste des Hyatt Manila werden wir jedes Mal, wenn wir das Hotel verlassen und wieder zurückkommen, immer wieder gescannt und durchleuchtet, wie am Flughafen, was für Hotelgäste wie uns sehr unpraktisch ist, weil ******-Spieler denselben Eingang haben wie Hotelgäste. Es ist auch nicht erlaubt, Essen ins Hotel mitzubringen. Sobald Essen im Scanner ist, wird es Ihnen weggenommen. Essen im Hotel ist sehr, sehr teuer. Hotelgäste sollten einen anderen Eingang haben als ******-Spieler. So viele Sicherheitsleute, als wären sie Polizisten, und es sieht sehr sicher aus, aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass es nicht sicher ist, auf dem Gelände herumzulaufen, selbst wenn viele Sicherheitsleute da sind. BGC ist sicherer zum Übernachten und das Okada Hotel, wenn Sie einen luxuriösen Aufenthalt möchten.

Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt im Sapphire Seaview Park. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und entspannt, und einige Highlights haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Zimmer und Ausstattung: Die Zimmer waren geräumig, makellos sauber und modern ausgestattet, unter anderem mit privaten Balkonen und Küchenzeilen mit Blick auf die Manila Bay. Annehmlichkeiten wie Fitnessstudio, Pool und Minimarkt sorgten für zusätzlichen Komfort, ohne dass wir das Hotel verlassen mussten. Der tägliche Reinigungsservice gewährleistete stets ein angenehmes und frisches Ambiente. Service: Die Mitarbeiter waren höflich, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Sie unterstützten uns beispielsweise beim Bestellen von Mietwagen oder beim reibungslosen Check-in. Ihre freundliche Art trug maßgeblich zur positiven Atmosphäre bei. Lage und Sicherheit: Die Lage in der Nähe von Okada, Solaire, Mall of Asia (MOA) und dem Flughafen Ninoy Aquino (NAIA) ermöglichte einen einfachen Zugang zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in einem sicheren, gehobenen Wohngebiet mit hohen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen. Der Blick auf die Bucht und die Stadt von den oberen Etagen war atemberaubend, besonders nachts. Verbesserungspotenzial: Einige Möbelstücke wirkten etwas wackelig, und der Fußweg zu nahegelegenen Orten wie Okada war trotz der angegebenen Nähe etwas eingeschränkt. Insgesamt waren dies jedoch Kleinigkeiten im Vergleich zum hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und dem gebotenen Komfort.

The room was not only spacious and elegant but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for our family. Here's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

Ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Aufenthaltserlebnis! Von dem Moment, als wir gebucht haben, war der Gastgeber, Guodong, freundlich und gab klare, hilfsbereite Anweisungen. Die Wohnung selbst war ein havenstil, ruhig und so komfortable. Es fühlte sich wie ein Haus weg von zu Hause. Wir haben großes Schlafen und liebte das Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer 'das natürliches Licht gibt. Sehr empfohlen, wenn Sie nach Qualität und großer Gastfreundschaft suchen! Wir werden hier auf unserer nächsten Reise wieder bleiben.

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

We strongly recommend this place. Location is perfect. We find all we need Around. They have very easy check in policy. Friendly guard and reception. Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
