Vielen Dank für die kostenlose Upgrade zu Wyndham Ion majestizi. Es ist sehr neues Hotel. Zimmer ist sauber, komfortabel. Parkplatz ist auch einfacher Zugang zum Boden. Ganz cool.

The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature – truly a serene escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four guests per room. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bellboy service for luggage had restricted timings, which was inconvenient at times. There was also an oversight in placing the mandatory toiletries in two of our rooms, something that could easily be addressed with better preparation in the future. Overall, it's a great place to stay for the views and comfort, with just a few service enhancements needed.

Pros: It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free! Cons: It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

Ich habe um 3:06 Uhr eine Beschwerde eingereicht, aber Hausaufsicht kam erst um 9:30 Uhr nachdem ich ein zweites Mal aufspürte. Ein weiteres wichtiges Problem war das Toilette, das während unseres Aufenthalts einen starken und unbehaglichen Geruch hatte. Vor der Ankunft rief ich das Hotel an, um zu bestätigen, dass sowohl die Erwachsenen als auch die Kinder’ Pools offen sein würden. Allerdings wurde mir bei der Ankunft die Kinder’ Pool unter Wartung informiert und würde in einer Stunde wieder öffnen. Wir prüften am nächsten Tag wieder, und es war noch geschlossen. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter sagte uns dann, dass es die ganze Zeit unter Wartung war. Diese Unstimmigkeit war ziemlich enttäuschend, vor allem, weil wir vorab geprüft hatten. Auf einer positiven Anmerkung, die Lage ist hervorragend in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionen und bequem für Familien. Ich habe auch die Qualität des Shampoo und Körperwasch geliefert. Insgesamt, während das Hotel Potenzial und eine große Lage hat, müssen die Reinigung, Kommunikation und Wartungsfragen ernsthaft verbessert werden. Ich hoffe, das Management nimmt die Rückmeldungen ernst, um die Erfahrungen der zukünftigen Gäste zu verbessern.

I recently stayed and I was genuinely impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated — a perfect blend of comfort and modern elegance. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the high-quality linens, complimentary refreshments, and the stunning view from the balcony.

The L8 triple room has many good points, and I enjoyed my stay overall. To help improve the experience further, I’d like to share a few suggestions. Raising the shower curb or adjusting its height could help prevent water from spilling out. It would also be helpful to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes while showering. Adding a lock to the toilet door would provide more privacy, especially since not all guests may be family or close friends. In terms of housekeeping, I noticed that the bin in the coffee-making area wasn’t emptied. Overall, I’d rate the cleanliness as 7 out of 10. Lastly, it would be great if the buffet breakfast menu changed daily. One day of breakfast was enough as only the coffee and omelette appealed to me, and I wouldn’t have opted for it again on the second or checkout day. Thank you for considering these suggestions!

We booked 3 units with 2 bedrooms and they gave us 3 rooms in the same tower, tower 1. I have friends who booked at the same time on their own and they were given rooms in tower 2 and tower 5. The room is maintained by maple home and they were able to keep the rooms well. Rooms are very spacious and well lit. The master room has a bath tub but only downside is the glass panel that covers the tub is only 1/4 size so whenever we shower, water comes out that we always need to request for a bathroom mat. We were here 2 yrs ago, and stayed in a different tower maintained by a different company, sky d’mont. They used to have a hotel lobby before but now, they replaced it with convenience store and coffee place. We noticed that the outside facade of the building is not maintained as it looks old, needs repainting. Overall experience is good with a value for money. The price for our 3 night stay is equal to the 1 night stay to the new wyndham hotel.

Nice spacious room and very clean as well. Beds and pillows comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom got nice shower and spacious. Only comment is not enough noise barrier can hear noise outside like cars on the road and people walking in the hallway or corridor outside the room. Thank you.

The condominium was in a good location in Gothong Jaya, under Swiss Garden Resort. The room was quite clean and looked new. I booked the room with breakfast included. On the first day, the breakfast was not bad and there was a coffee machine for freshly brewed coffee. However, on the second day, there was no coffee machine—only instant coffee was available.

Ich liebe das Apartment. Die Aussicht vom Apartment ist schön. Das Fitnessstudio ist auf der obersten Etage und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Es gibt auch ein paar Pools auf der oberen Etage und die Aussicht ist unglaublich. Die Lage ist auch großartig, da das Gebäude von Geschäften und Restaurants umgeben ist. Beachten Sie nur, dass die Schlüssel- und Ausweisabholung im Gebäude GEO38 gegenüber erfolgt. Das Apartment ist außerdem sauber und geräumig für 2 Personen.
