Vielen Dank für die kostenlose Upgrade zu Wyndham Ion majestizi. Es ist sehr neues Hotel. Zimmer ist sauber, komfortabel. Parkplatz ist auch einfacher Zugang zum Boden. Ganz cool.

The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature – truly a serene escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four guests per room. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bellboy service for luggage had restricted timings, which was inconvenient at times. There was also an oversight in placing the mandatory toiletries in two of our rooms, something that could easily be addressed with better preparation in the future. Overall, it's a great place to stay for the views and comfort, with just a few service enhancements needed.

Pros: It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free! Cons: It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

Good: Locations: Hotel is around First World, walking distances around 10min+- Children playground at L1. Suitable for young kids. Friendly staff: Staff are helpful and approachable , helping on check in and gave us instructions towards location we need. Need improvement: Cleanliness is a big no no. The bed sheets are smear with large surfaces of yellowish stain. Gotten bedbugs bites over a night stay. Noisy: We can hear clear door bell ringing, singing, children crying, footsteps, door knocking, speaking from along the corridor and surrounding rooms same level as us. No peace of sleep at all. My family check out at 9am as we all didn’t get any sleep throughout the night! Space: We booked a Family room that can fit up to 6 person with 3 queen bed. But the room are very small and the toilet is just one walk path😓. To be honest this is not the worst stay. However, i won’t recommend neither return for a stay after this experience.

Best location as it’s close to theme park. Check in process is easy and breezy as they provide many self check in service kiosk. However downsides are the room is too small for the price, not too clean, no drinking water provided, no ac only fan. When the weather is hot, the fan is not sufficient. They have many charging plugs which was good. Check out process was very efficient though. U just insert cards into the machine and done.

From start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special. Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night. The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

Der Eincheckprozess ist Selbstbedienung über eine Maschine, die bequem war, aber bedeutete, dass Zimmeraufgaben zufällig waren leider, unsere überhaupt keine Ansicht. Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und umfasste eine kleine Küche, die ein schöner Kontakt ist. Es gab jedoch keine Werkzeuge, Platten oder Kegel, die die Küche etwas unbrauchbar machten. Die Sauberkeit war auch enttäuschend. Der Boden war sichtbar schmutzig, mit vielen toten Insekten verstreut. Ich habe um 3:06 Uhr eine Beschwerde eingereicht, aber Hausaufsicht kam erst um 9:30 Uhr nachdem ich ein zweites Mal aufspürte. Ein weiteres wichtiges Problem war das Toilette, das während unseres Aufenthalts einen starken und unbehaglichen Geruch hatte. Vor der Ankunft rief ich das Hotel an, um zu bestätigen, dass sowohl die Erwachsenen als auch die Kinder’ Pools offen sein würden. Allerdings wurde mir bei der Ankunft die Kinder’ Pool unter Wartung informiert und würde in einer Stunde wieder öffnen. Wir prüften am nächsten Tag wieder, und es war noch geschlossen. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter sagte uns dann, dass es die ganze Zeit unter Wartung war. Diese Unstimmigkeit war ziemlich enttäuschend, vor allem, weil wir vorab geprüft hatten. Auf einer positiven Anmerkung, die Lage ist hervorragend in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionen und bequem für Familien. Ich habe auch die Qualität des Shampoo und Körperwasch geliefert. Insgesamt, während das Hotel Potenzial und eine große Lage hat, müssen die Reinigung, Kommunikation und Wartungsfragen ernsthaft verbessert werden. Ich hoffe, das Management nimmt die Rückmeldungen ernst, um die Erfahrungen der zukünftigen Gäste zu verbessern.

I recently stayed and I was genuinely impressed by every aspect of my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated — a perfect blend of comfort and modern elegance. I especially appreciated the little touches, like the high-quality linens, complimentary refreshments, and the stunning view from the balcony.

The L8 triple room has many good points, and I enjoyed my stay overall. To help improve the experience further, I’d like to share a few suggestions. Raising the shower curb or adjusting its height could help prevent water from spilling out. It would also be helpful to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes while showering. Adding a lock to the toilet door would provide more privacy, especially since not all guests may be family or close friends. In terms of housekeeping, I noticed that the bin in the coffee-making area wasn’t emptied. Overall, I’d rate the cleanliness as 7 out of 10. Lastly, it would be great if the buffet breakfast menu changed daily. One day of breakfast was enough as only the coffee and omelette appealed to me, and I wouldn’t have opted for it again on the second or checkout day. Thank you for considering these suggestions!

Das Hotel ist bequem mit den Malls und dem Themenpark verbunden. Zimmer sind gut gepflegt, Check-in und Check-out sind automatisiert ...Minimum menschliche Interaktion. Frühstück ist off-site, aber nicht zu weit, obwohl ein wenig belastet.
