The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

Das Hotel ist schön und sehr komfortabel. Ich wurde ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf die ruhigen und ruhigen Hügeln zugewiesen. Dieses Hotel hat jedoch keinen normalen Parkplatz, so dass die Gäste in jedem anderen Parkplatz frei zu parken mit einem Höchstpreis von RM11 (Wochentage; ich bin nicht sicher, obwohl über Wochenenden). Wenn Sie sich entscheiden, Ihre Taschen nicht zuerst im Lobby zu entfernen, müssen Sie für eine lange Reise bereit sein, die Ihre Gepäck vom Park zum Hotel transportiert (Ich parkierte im Resort Hotel Park, da es eine Brücke mit SkyWorlds Hotel hat). Außerdem wurde mir ein Zimmer im Valley Wing, das das Flügel über dem Lobbygebäude ist, so dass die Layout des Hotels etwas kompliziert ist, vor allem vom Lobby bis zum Zimmer. Von der Lobby (Ebene 1) muss ich daher auf Ebene 3 hochsteigen und dann eine ”offset-Verbindung” überqueren, um Valley Wing (Ebene 7) zu erreichen. In jedem Fall ist das Personal unglaublich willkommen und wünschenswert, Besucher zu unterstützen, insbesondere bei der Eincheckung. Dieses Hotel ist das Geld wert, weil es ziemlich komfortabel ist. Ohne Zweifel werde ich zurückkommen.

I haven't been to Genting in 15 years, and this trip to Genting left me with a rare experience. To be honest, although it is troublesome to wait for the room, it cannot be used if you encounter a 1st world member card. It cannot be automatically checked in, there must be a long line. Fortunately, the waiters there were very friendly. The room is older, but it's still clean. Decorated leisure area, personal feel very stewed, not as comfortable as before cool. You'll get lost in there. Fortunately, there are more restaurants there, and the price will certainly be a little more expensive than normal. It is also suitable for people who like to shop. These are all personal opinions.

Good stay. Near to Muslim restaurant, convenient store, etc. 20-30mins to get to top of Genting. Have to checkin at Maple then head to designated parking lot at the back. Room is easily accessible directly from parking, no need to change lift. Clean and complete facilities. It is like a 2 bedroom house with kitchen, microwave, fridge. Pool is big but its freezing cold. There is playground for kids. We book room with 3 breakfast and it was handwritten on our breakfast voucher. Unfortunately the cafe’s manager said it is designed for 2 pax breakfast only but he half heartedly allow us for 3 pax breakfast since it was written for 3 on the voucher. Menu not variety, only have nasi lemak, fried maggi, sausage, nugget and vege popia. But it is okay for quick breakfast. Nasi lemak and sambal is delicious. Overall a good stay.

The last time I visited Genting Highlands Tesort was ＞ 20 years ago. There are lots of changes and improvement. Service was good. Staff was polite and helpful. Environment is clean. Overall we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Wir hatten ein Studio-Apartment gebucht, bekamen aber ein Upgrade auf ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, groß und erschwinglich. Einige Geschäfte und Cafés sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Genting Resort/Casino ist etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Insgesamt war es für uns in Ordnung, da wir die Grundbedürfnisse erfüllten. Ein Problem war, dass wir nicht vorher darüber informiert wurden, dass die Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort abzuholen sind. Daher war das Ein- und Auschecken etwas umständlich, da wir zu einem anderen Ort/einer anderen Rezeption fahren mussten, die ein paar Kilometer vom Apartment entfernt ist.

My second time stayed in this suites, but using different platform.. this time i was booked thru trip.com, the rooms cleanliness are much more better than the rooms that i booked with other travel platform.. highly recommended to book thru trip.com 👍👍👍👍👍

I booked two different types of apartments, but the hotel kindly upgraded one, allowing us to stay on the same floor, directly across from each other. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views. Families are very satisfied :)

Mixed experience. Cleanliness can improve a lot. Toilet was left unclean, not flushed after previous use. Service staff probably didn't pay attention to that. Bed sheets maybe clean but had Bed Bugs Crawling underneath. Large TV with Netflix. Amenities provided were good. Air-conditioning remote fixed to the wall. Check in-out smooth.
