Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Sky Avenue. In Bezug auf den Service gab es einen Fehler und der Rest war ein Volltreffer. Das Personal beim Einchecken/bei der Schlüsselübergabe kann geschult werden, um einen besseren Service zu bieten. Das Reinigungspersonal war großartig. Sie haben uns immer begrüßt und uns mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Es gab auch einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der uns beim Auschecken mit unserem Gepäck half.

I'm happy with the room just that it will be better if they can put up a curtain or a glass door in the shower area, as it's quite uncomfortable when the hot water suddenly turns cold multiple times during shower. Repeated customer here. Been here for 5 times i think. The best deal we had at Trip.com. Room was spacious and clean, washroom was spotless. Wifi was smooth. Everything was perfect. Only for the cold water in the swimming pool this time. Last time was warm. Thanks for the great accomodation. Will definitely come again.

The unit is spacious which comes with two rooms two bathrooms and a balcony, view facing the mountain. Both rooms are also equpped with air-conditioning. The only downside is the check in counter which is a bit confusing as there are two different management for the same building and this one is located at the Swiss garden hotel reception while there is another counter located at the back.

Ich liebe das Apartment. Die Aussicht vom Apartment ist schön. Das Fitnessstudio ist auf der obersten Etage und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Es gibt auch ein paar Pools auf der oberen Etage und die Aussicht ist unglaublich. Die Lage ist auch großartig, da das Gebäude von Geschäften und Restaurants umgeben ist.
