Apartments in Genting Highlands

Gut:- Schlanke Ein-/Auscheckung. Rummes Zimmer, sauber und frisch Auch in der Zimmer-Essen bestellt, 25-30 Mins wartezeit, die mir gut ist. GT nasi goreng Campung ist auch nett. Bad:- Oh Mann, der Korridor riecht. Das ist nicht, auch der Geruch kommt aus meinem Bad drainage. Es ist so schlecht. Zimmer stickig, wenn Sie Allergien/Sinus pls überdenken. Es ist nicht das Ende, ich ging zum Frühstück und es gibt eine Warteschlange, die während der Feiertage verständlich ist, aber ... Auf einmal kommt ein sehr starker Geruch von der Tür (siehe als Bild) gerade aus der Vibe. Die Kontrolle der Leute ist schlecht, sie merkten nicht, dass einige Leute die Warteschlange einfach schneiden und sie ins Haus lassen.

Das Resort sieht schön und schön aus, wo umgeben von Vegetation. Als wir zum ersten Mal in dieses Resort fahren, waren wir Angst, wo es ziemlich eine entlegene Lage ist. Aber nicht zu schlecht ist nicht so tief in die Auto-in ist nur etwa 5 Minuten von der kleinen Stadt. In der Tat ist es eine wirklich bequeme Lage, die in der Nähe der Geschäfte aus der kleinen Stadt Sie nehmen die SOP ernst, wo sie die soziale Entfernung, scannen unsere My Sejahtera Apps, und bieten uns den Handsanitär. Wir wurden von der Wächter begrüßt, die sehr freundlich und gewidmet sind. Das Zimmer in GRV war das große, sehr riesige wie ein Suitezimmer mit breiter Raum, schöner Aussicht und der Duscheheizer funktionierte perfekt mit hohem Druck. Die Empfängerin unter dem Namen Fazila (die für 3 Jahre in diesem Gebäude arbeitet) die unser Ein- und Auscheckverfahren verwaltet, war effizient und hilfreich. Wir werden nie vergessen, dass Fazila Gastfreundschaft, die sie gezeigt hat. Halten Sie die gute Arbeit von Fazila und ihr Team.

This is a new building (M3) under Ion Majestic. The rooms are clean and spacious but not yet fully furnished. However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each trip. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.

Pros: A relatively newer hotel compared to the other hotels in Genting. Quite friendly hotel staff. Luggage can be opened up and stored under the beds Cons: The actual room seems smaller than what they appear on the photos. Need to walk around 10 mins from hotel rooms (even further for those staying at valley wings) to sky avenue for dining, shopping etc as the location is a bit far. Just a curtain separating the room from the bathroom area, though there are individual glass doors that can be locked in the shower and toilet cubicles so might be an issue if travelling with friends. Housekeeping needs to ensure equipment such as hair dryer etc in good condition as the one in our room has melted plastic part.

Misleading! Be careful with their packages. We booked a package stay which is over RM100 more than room only as it included breakfast for two. In the details section it clearly stated ”breakfast for two” under dining and ALSO INCLUDED ”grab and go at cheeky grind”. when we arrived the hotel told us we are only entitled to grab and go NOT buffet breakfast. The grab and go is a set meal with limited choices for drinks and a pastry or a sandwich (which was bland btw). SO NOT WORTH IT. Other people staying who took the package was mislead too. The manager was not helpful. He told us to contact trip. No compensation whatsoever, didn't try to help us except send an email. Customer service won't help you. Trip customer service will go around in circles but won't help either. Overall customer service sucks. Location is ok. One of the nicer hotels in genting. We got level 24, we were surrounded by clouds which is nice. Superior deluxe gets us two huge double beds. Suitable for couples with toddlers. If not for the breakfast issue everything else was ok. I would recommend getting room only then paying for breakfast when u get there.

A Promising Stay at the New Wyndham Ion Majestic Recently had the opportunity to stay at the newly developing Wyndham Ion Majestic, and it was a delightful experience. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a modern bathroom with an excellent shower. The water pressure is strong, making for a refreshing and enjoyable experience. One of the highlights is the breathtaking view—you can see the entire Genting Highlands from the property, which is especially magical at sunrise or sunset. The hotel offers impressive facilities, including a well-equipped gym, a heated pool, and a children’s theme pool, perfect for families. For those seeking relaxation, the Areoma spa provides excellent massages that are worth trying. Dining options are fantastic. The breakfast spread is extensive, catering to a variety of tastes. There’s also a pizza restaurant on-site, where pizzas are freshly made to order—a must-try for food lovers. For a fun evening, the lobby features a drinking place where guests can enjoy drinks and karaoke. Additionally, a paid shuttle bus service is available to the First World Bus Terminal, making transportation convenient. Overall, Wyndham Ion Majestic shows great potential with its excellent facilities and stunning location. It’s shaping up to be a top-notch destination in Genting Highlands. Looking forward to the full functionality of the hotel with the highest Hard Rock Cafe in the region.

The unit was really good. Some noise pollution due to ongoing construction nearby. Very clean and comfy. Check in process can take up to half an hour and starts on at 3pm. Checkout is at 11am (should consider changing to 12 noon) Short drive to many restaurants and convenient stores. Really good stay. Will return again soon.

One of my most visited hotels in Genting, definitely is Scapes Hotel. I love the environment and lovely pool side dining area. The only thing that needs to be highlighted is the sound proof system.

Very nice customer service and reception in the hotel. At first there was a booking ID confirmation issue when we check in the hotel, but the staff has solved it quickly and effectively. Nice work and highly recommended. Nice morning view from hotel room☺️
