JJohnny B GoodWir mögen dieses Hotel. Die Lage ist großartig! Wirklich praktisch zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof (fast genau dazwischen). Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und ein netter Kerl. Die Zimmer waren ruhig und komfortabel, bequeme Betten, keine Beanstandungen. Gute Badezimmer/Duschen. Der Empfang der Fernsehkanäle war nicht immer der beste, aber wir haben nicht viel ferngesehen. Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt, können also dazu nichts sagen. Die Minibar hatte kostenlose Getränke. Dieses Hotel hat unseren Besuch in Florenz noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir denken, es ist ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in einer großartigen Stadt.

XXDLiuEinrichtungen: Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber sehr komfortabel. Das Hotelgebäude und die Büffel sind nichts miteinander zu tun. Das Innengestaltung ist sehr komfortabel. Das Hotel hat zwei Restaurants, Michelin 2 Sternen! Eine Mahlzeit bestellt ist sicherlich nicht fett.
Gesundheit: sauber
Umgebung: Bequem. Im Altstadtzentrum von Florenz, zwischen der Kirche und dem Stadthalle. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Auch ruhiger.

The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

Номера: Очень чистые. Главный плюс для меня это удобный матрас и качественная шумоизоляция. Несмотря на центральное расположение, в отеле очень тихо.
Завтрак: Хороший выбор блюд, всё свежее. Маленький совет будущим гостям: бронируйте завтрак заранее через Trip.com, это реально выгоднее.
Услуги: Порадовал тренажерный зал. Также удобно решен вопрос с парковкой. Она платная, находится в соседнем здании, так что за машину можно не переживать.
Идеальный вариант для тех, кто ценит уют и комфорт.

GGastnutzerThe apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear.
The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much.
And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.

Sie brachten uns in einem Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk unter, dessen Bodenbelag sich vom Rest des Gebäudes unterschied, dessen Möbel schlecht gepflegt waren und dessen Boden nicht instand gehalten wurde. Es regnete, und auf dem Weg zum Aufzug regnete es in Strömen. Wir gingen im strömenden Regen frühstücken, und es war Winter. Der Boden im Restaurant war überschwemmt. Auf den Fotos auf der Website sah es aus wie ein schönes Hotel.

GGastnutzerI booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not?
Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments!
I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!

GGastnutzerHallo! Ich habe dieses Hotel erst zwei Stunden vor meiner Ankunft gebucht, nachdem ich die Preise geprüft hatte. Ich hatte keine großen Erwartungen an meinen letzten Abend vor der Heimreise, da ich einfach nicht mehr selbst fahren wollte. Doch es hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen und ich war sehr zufrieden, als ich den Tag ausklingen ließ. Am nächsten Tag, nach Besichtigungen wie dem Dom von Florenz, kam ich sicher am Flughafen Rom-Fiumicino an und trat die Heimreise an. Der Parkplatz bot ausreichend Platz, was sehr angenehm war, und die direkte Lage neben dem Flughafen Florenz machte es sehr einfach, das Hotel von der Autobahn aus zu finden. Es war auch toll, nach einer kurzen Pause IKEA besuchen zu können, das nur neun Autominuten entfernt liegt. Am besten war jedoch der freundliche und zuvorkommende Service des Personals an der Rezeption. Vielen Dank und einen schönen Tag!

MManaf SalmanI was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated.
Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands).
The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast.
The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway).
The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.
