Die Lage des Zentrums von Florenz, alle Attraktionen sind Fußabstand vom Zentrum der Stadt, die zentrale Bahnhof von Florenz kann zu Fuß gehen und alle Attraktionen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Hotellandschaft ist sehr charakteristisch und mag die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters. Das Frühstück ist auch auf der Terrasse. Zum Schluss ist es sehr zufrieden, das nächste Mal werde ich sicher bleiben.

Zuerst bemerkte ich, dass das Zimmer sehr übel roch, als ob jemand darin geraucht hätte, obwohl es ein Nichtraucherzimmer ist. Also fragte ich das Personal, ob ich das Zimmer wechseln könnte, aber an diesem Tag war es ausgebucht, sodass ich nicht konnte. Sie sagte auch, dass am nächsten Tag ein Zimmer frei wäre, sodass ich das Zimmer wechseln könnte, aber letztendlich ging das nicht, weil das Personal die Kommunikation vernachlässigte. Außerdem fragte ich nach einem Wäscheservice, aber als ich ins Hotel zurückkam, war dieser nicht verfügbar, weil das Personal vergessen hatte, dass sonntags geschlossen ist. Zunächst einmal ist der Wäscheservice zu teuer, daher kann ich ihn nicht empfehlen.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central station. But the street is too narrow and noisy when there were traffic. The staff are not friendly nor helpful. The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

Relativ zentrumsnahes Hotel, in ca. 15 Gehminuten ist man beim Dom, hoteleigene Parkplätze gibt es leider keine aber die nächste Parkgarage ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Service ist sehr gut und das Frühstück exzellent, die Preise an der Hotelbar aber Recht hoch. Der Pool am Dach ist herrlich erfrischend und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Florenz, man muss sich allerdings fürs Baden zuvor anmelden (kostenfrei). Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass die Betten eher unbequem sind und die Räume der Zimmer Recht hoch sind, sodass die Klimaanlage nur langsam wirkt.

Die Lage ist günstig, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, und angenehm ruhig. Mein Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass ich als neu eröffnetes Hotel der IHG-Gruppe sehr enttäuscht war. Zuerst fand ich einen gebrauchten Verband an meinem angeblich sauberen Handtuch, und das Badezimmer war schlecht gestaltet. Durch die halbhohe Duschwand spritzte beim Duschen garantiert das Wasser überall hin, egal wie vorsichtig man war. Das Hotel und das Zimmer sind zwar stilvoll, aber für ein erst zwei Jahre altes Hotel (laut Internet wurde es 2023 eröffnet) ist das Badezimmer schlecht instand gehalten: ein kaputter, provisorisch reparierter Wasserhahn, Rost und Flecken überall. Ich vermute, das liegt an der minderwertigen Materialauswahl bei der Gestaltung. Dadurch wirkt das Hotel wie 20 Jahre alt. Am ersten Morgen frühstückte ich sehr früh. Es war angenehm ruhig, und das Angebot war gut, sowohl geschmacklich als auch qualitativ. Am zweiten Morgen, als ich gegen 9 Uhr dort war, waren die Tische nicht abgeräumt und die Rösti steinhart. Wir sahen auch andere Gäste, die Speisen aßen, die nicht im Buffet waren. Deshalb fragte ich das Personal nach Alternativen. Erst dann erfuhren wir, dass jeder Gast kostenlos ein Gericht à la carte bestellen kann. Wir waren darüber nicht informiert worden, und ich finde, Gäste sollten wissen, dass sie Wahlmöglichkeiten haben. Ich vermute, so werden Touristen behandelt … oder eben Asiaten. Wenn Sie also hier übernachten, fragen Sie unbedingt nach der Speisekarte, falls Sie Alternativen zum Frühstück wünschen.

Ich wusste nicht, dass es in Hotels minderwertige Zimmer gibt. Sie brachten uns in einem Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk unter, dessen Bodenbelag sich vom Rest des Gebäudes unterschied, dessen Möbel schlecht gepflegt waren und dessen Boden nicht instand gehalten wurde. Es regnete, und auf dem Weg zum Aufzug regnete es in Strömen. Wir gingen im strömenden Regen frühstücken, und es war Winter. Der Boden im Restaurant war überschwemmt. Auf den Fotos auf der Website sah es aus wie ein schönes Hotel.

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.

The hotel design is very traditional and beautiful. Room is very clean and very comfortable with design ! Breakfast was superb in terms of Europe standard. Staffs are super friendly and helpful during the stay and we hope we will stay at this hotel soon.

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.
