Hotels mit Fitnessstudio in Glasgow

Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von einem netten Mann an der Rezeption begrüßt. Er war freundlich, informativ und ließ uns schnell und effizient einchecken. Unser Zimmer war frisch, hell, sauber, hatte ein sehr bequemes Super-Kingsize-Bett und ein großes Badezimmer mit einer fantastischen Dusche. Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit Mineralwasser, Keksen und einer Kaffeemaschine mit einer großen Auswahl an Tees und Kaffee. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem schönen Zimmer zufrieden und freuen uns auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt im Hotel Indigo, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Glasgow sind.

My stay started very well but ended up being quite disappointing. On the first day, we were assigned an excellent room. The layout was well designed, with the kitchen located near the entrance, while the bedroom and bathroom were separated further inside. The room also featured a large floor-to-ceiling window facing outside, providing plenty of natural light. At first glance, everything seemed perfect. Unfortunately, when we tried to take a shower, we discovered that the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. It was so poor that even the toilet could not flush properly. We waited for maintenance staff for more than 30 minutes, but the issue was not resolved. A room change was only arranged after we repeatedly requested it. The replacement room was a major downgrade. Unlike the original room, it had no outward-facing window and instead overlooked an internal courtyard. For privacy reasons, we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time. Even on sunny days, very little natural light entered the room, making the space feel dark and depressing. The apartment is located close to the railway line, and being on a lower floor made the situation worse. Train vibrations and noise were clearly noticeable, while constant water-flow noise from upper floors could be heard throughout the day and night. The overall experience became quite uncomfortable. The location itself is convenient, with easy access to the city centre and shopping streets. However, there were frequently groups of unemployed or suspicious-looking individuals around the building entrance. On several occasions, we also noticed people wearing face coverings and individuals who appeared to be targeting passers-by, which raised concerns about personal safety. Overall, the first room showed that the property has the potential to provide an excellent stay. However, the severe plumbing issue, the poor replacement room, the noise problems, and the surrounding security concerns significantly affected our experience.

The room is nice, clean and cozy. Good for solo traveler cuz I’m afraid of staying in massive room just by myself. Breakfast is alright continental breakfast you can expect. Gym you cannot expect too much. But being able to watch live football in the lobby is a vibe during World Cup period.

What a warm welcome we always receive at this hotel hundred percent welcome and excellent members of staff . Good food.set up is very accommodating. Pool facilities so relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Maldron and felt it was great value overall. The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance but also slightly away from the main high street so it was nice and peaceful at night. There were also loads of excellent restaurants and coffee shops within a few hundred meters of the hotel, offering loads of cuisine choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we arrived, I realised I had accidentally booked one of our rooms as a double room when we needed a twin. After just a quick call to reception the staff found us a twin room within minutes, and were even mindful of keeping our families on the same floor for convenience which we hugely appreciated. The rooms themselves were very clean, modern and spacious enough for the two of us and our suitcases. The sound proofing was pretty decent too, and there was minimal noise from the corridor/outside apart from a few doors banging in the morning as guests left. Other highlights include: a very good shower where you can switch between a rainfall + handheld head, plugs on both sides of the bed (an essential these days!) and a comfortable bed. The TV system is a little dated in my opinion, however it does allow casting which was a bonus. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a mid-low budget stay.

Das Marriott Hotel hat die Zimmer auf einen guten Standard aktualisiert. Das Bad wurde jedoch nicht aktualisiert und war sehr arm mit verschiedenen Bereichen schmutzig. (Siehe Fotos). Auch der Dusche Bildschirm bedeutete nicht nahe, dass viel Wasser auf den Boden gegossen wurde, wenn eine Dusche. Eine der Badehandtücher im Zimmer hatte ein Loch in ihm. Andere kleine Dinge waren, dass es nur einen Stuhl im Zimmer bedeutet, dass meine Frau auf dem Bett sitzen musste. Auch nur eine Teeschlange im Zimmer. Das ist nicht das, was ich von einem Marriott Hotel erwarten würde!

I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow SEC on 13 February for a gig over at the OVO Hydro. From the moment I stepped into the hotel I was impressed. A special mention has to go to Sarah in Reception who made my stay extra special with a drink voucher and upgrade to a corner room which I was delighted about. The hotel is ideally located for those attending events at the OVO Hydro and SEC venues - it’s literally across the road and a 2-5 minute walk! The room overlooked both the OVO Hydro and the world-famous crane, a Glasgow icon. It was clean, well-presented and I liked the extra touch of having a hairdryer in-room as well as an ice bucket for bubbles, and the obligatory tea/coffee. The bed was comfortable and I had a rested sleep in it, and the shower works really well. I will 100% return to this hotel and hopefully will be treated like a well-valued guest again!

Did us well when we wanted to go into town and meet family for dinner. Worth the money for a short stay. Parking was nice too which can be paid at reception for anyone reading and wondering

Ich war kürzlich in diesem Hotel und eines der Highlights meines Besuchs war die wunderschöne Flussblick. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war ich beeindruckt von der sauberen und komfortablen Dinge, aber der wahre Stand war die Landschaft. Mein Zimmer sah den Fluss über, und aufwachen bis zum ruhigen Wasser und weiches Morgenlicht war unglaublich entspannend. Am Abend wurde die Aussicht noch schöner, mit Reflexionen des Sonnenunterganges, die eine friedliche Atmosphäre schuf. Es machte den gesamten Aufenthalt zu fühlen, besonders und erinnerlich. Das Zimmer selbst war gut gepflegt, geräumig und gezielt konzipiert, mit großen Fenstern, die die meisten der Ansicht machten. Ich habe auch geschätzt, wie ruhig es war perfekt für die Entspannung nach einem langen Tag. Das Hotel ist eine gute Unterkunft, die Sie in der Nähe von der Stadt beherbergen können.

Lovely experience at the hotel! Great staff very clean and nice room. Only query I have is there is no staircase to the carpark and the sign postage of said carpark could be better! Otherwise lovely stay
