3-Sterne-Hotels in Glasgow

My stay with the ibis hotel was somewhat mixed with both positive and negative. On a positive, the accessible room that I had booked was of a good size and the main bedroom area was clean. The staff on arrival were helpful and provided me with all necessary information upon check in. Sadly, I was disappointed when ordering from the hotel resturant. My son wanted a pizza and the menu provided a list of three types. When ordering, I was told that there was only one type which wasn’t listed on the menu. I found the food to be of substandard which is disappointing given the price. Equally on check out, I advised that the bathroom had a build up of dirt and hair around the shower tray. I was told “apologises, this is a housekeeping issue”. I voiced my disappointment regarding the food to just be told “sorry”. Lastly I expressed my disappointment that I was charged £12.99 per person for a breakfast buffet. I felt this was a bit steep considering my under 5 ate half a croissant. The front desk only advised that usually they did not charge for under 5’s and would need to take this up with the app I booked to is stay through. No solution or refund were offered.

I arrived pretty late in the evening but the check-in steps were smooth though. The room is sufficient for one person and the bed sheet and pillow cover was clean. However, the sofa has little stain on it which should be cleaned properly. The bathroom is a bit small. I barely can turn when I show. There is no bottle water provided when I arrived late and a bit thirsty... A bit shocked with a fan (which was on when I entered the room) by the bed for ventilation purpose. Th breakfast is a bit disappointed... the smashed egg was not up to standard...the hash brow was not crispy at all...the mixed berries are as cold as ice and the sausage and bacon were too salty... (in a cold weather I woke up) the food choices were so little... I think provide a banana or yogurt would be much better than the soft hash brown and icy mix berries...

Ultimately, a perfect stay transforms a simple lodging choice into a relaxing, unforgettable highlight of the journey.

I stay here for two nights, the bed was clean but the table and bed is quite cramped I couldn’t really sit and relax and the toilet area need to be refurbished but shower was nice with the water pressure and last it’s not a bad thing but this is the first time I stay in hotel where my room it’s underground but other than that it’s nice and comfortable stay. And I saw this spot it’s nice to take photo 5 minutes walk.

Mind-blowing! The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the shops and restaurants. The room was tidy and fresh, and the staff are polite and offer a warm smile
