Wow amazing stay in arna residency , supportive staff and every staff of hotel is friendly, complimentary breakfast is simple but superb for vegetarians , daily house keeping is fantastic I really recommend this budget hotel

It's a good value for money hotel. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. It's very near to nearest Ghat for u***anda temple. Location is not the best but not a big ISSUE. GOOD EXPERIENCE

Very basic but near n clean facility. Nice n spacious room. Clean toilet. Easy approach from Main road. Diglipokhri , an evening outing for snacks n walk around the park is just 1.5 km and quit walkable. Very basic cafeteria serving home like food but little expensive.

This was my first experience and it was a great journey. Whats i like - very nice and big clean room,🥰 parking space is huge,😃 The staff are very polite and friendly,😀 The beds are very comfortable,😪 TV channels also get almost everything,🤗 everything clean bathroom, room,😃 the food is also tasty (must try momo and chicken noodle🤤yummy).😌 Whats i dont like - food is very expensive😐, There is a very big parking but the bike has to stay in the sun and rain. There is no roof, It would have been better if you had made at least a roof, a little too far from main town. Otherwise everything is fine ❤️ I have spent two nights here very nice i will come again❤️

Positives - helpfully personel - friendly people - good breakfast - clean lobby - safe feeling negatives - besides the lobby very very dirty (under bed, wardrobe, beside building, sink, mirror, ...) - bathroom window broken resulting in lots of bugs inside - bed sheets to small to stay put at night, just lay loose on top

It's nice experience, room is clean, service is very good. We enjoy the food as well, just love it. Staffs are very helpful. They arrange cab as well on request at last minute. They load and unload baggage and send to room as well, santize bags, that's very good in this time

Food was excellent and great services at all steps of staff. Improvent needed in basic utilities of washroom. Bed was also needed to improve. All the staff members was young and dynamic. Kitchen services was also great.
