Bellu Suites

We were there around end of December, 2022. The owners started this business 6 months before our stay. They are so nice to accommodate all our requests, like gave us a microwave oven while our stay, so we could have take out food. The breakfast had eggs, cheese, yogurt, cold cuts and great coffee. Good food, service, and clean. 3 things to notice: —It’s not 24 hours hotel, so be sure your get code from order website to get in, and remember the owner phone number. The owner showed up in several minutes. —It’s 7 -10 walking minutes from train station with slopes . Not difficult for us, but if your physical ability do not allow, call Uber around 4-6 euros. —There is no elevator , only stairs to 2nd floor. Ask for downstairs if you can’t handle luggage. There is only one room downstairs, with a small yard. It’s an extension attachment, so we heard the rain dancing on top, or imagine it was a symphony, it didn’t bother us. The owners knew it, we suggested build a V roof , instead of the current flat one. The environment is so convenient, 2 grocery stores almost next door, bus stops in front , many restaurants. 15 minutes walk to castle/palace, a must go. We like the place very much, a good offer for the money.

Spotless clean rooms with all amenities of an international hotel. Good shower space, bathrobe was appreciated. Very close to the city center. Entry code sent by phone. Young receptionist was very friendly. Superb breakfast!

Great location and a very friendly host

We had a good experience in this small hotel. Extremely kind and friendly staff, good location, decent breakfast, comfortable room, free parking near by. Our only complaint is that it was a bit loud at times because of the thin doors and, we assume, the type of construction of the building? (Our upstairs neighbors sounded like a pack of elephants). But an overall good experience

ADVICE: Never try to stay here ! This lady Joana is a scammer. -She states that our cc details are not valid when they are. -says she is overbooked, tried to scam people with a worse reservation at a budget hotel (and tells that we can have breakfast at pr suites...1km away), then she puts the vacancy from our reservation more expensive in booking. -cancels without further warning. -insults me... Little did she know that I am well aware how *********** works and how correct they are with the customer. -the lack of customer service is too strong,please stay away from pr suites. -GOOD THING: BOOKING SAVED THE HOLIDAYS AND GAVE ME A REFUND OF THE DIFFERENCE OF THE STAY WE HAD IN HOTEL DE GUIMARÃES!(HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOTEL DE GUIMARÃES)

Nefasto, sin cuidar, sin mantenimiento, humedades, puerta baño no cierra, Al final vamos a echar de menos la profesionalidad de un hotel. Nadie recepción Una lástima que el exceso de turismo provoque dejadez

Habitaciones modernas con clave de acceso para entrar. Muy limpias y con varios enchufes. Tiene secador, tetera y cafetera con cafés. Además de 2 botellines de agua de cortesía. Tiene también una mini nevera. El acceso al wifi era nefasto. No funcionaba. Por eso mis 4* Ubicación perfecta. No tiene parking, pero puedes aparcar cerca, en zona azul (gratis de sábado a las 12:30, domingos y festivos) Zona tranquila. Desayuno muy rico. Te ponen yogur, zumo, croissant, jamón de York, queso, palmeritas, pan... Además de tu café. 100% recomendable. Personal muy amable.

O ar condicionado precisa de manutenção, pois está fazendo barulho. Mas o hotel é SUPER bem localizado e fomos muitos bem recebidos, assim como tivemos todo apoio e atenção durante a estada. RECOMENDO!!!

Aconchegante. Moderno. Atendimento muito simpático. Lindo. Atenção aos detalhes. Excelente localização. Bem no centro da cidade. Estacionamento a 50metros. Na próxima visita a Guimarães de certeza que ficaremos novamente na PR Suits.
