Lovely hotel, warm and friendly reception on arrival. Staff all very friendly and courteous. Rooms spacious, clean and a great service provided. Lovely pool area with snack bar. 5 mins walk to beach with lovely boardwalk. Hotel spa is nice but unfortunately Sauna, Steam Room and Turkish bath were not available for the whole week we were there - rather disappointing as we chose a spa hotel for that reason. However, I availed of 2 of the 15% discounted treatments. Elena was the best therapist ever - she is so zen and professional and brought me to a whole new level of relaxation - definitely recommend a visit there. Thank you Elena.

What a fabulous week I have just had with my family! The villas and the surrounding area is stunning and myself, husband and three children loved it. The villa is beautiful and is absolutely huge and has everything you need for your stay - Iron, hair dryer etc. Upon arrival your villa is stocked with shampoo, shower gel, enough toilet roll for the week etc and in the kitchen, some dishwasher tablets and cloths. We was in a three bed, three bathroom villa and when I say massive, they are! Each room had a modern feel to it and the glass walkway across the top floor and floating staircase added to that. It did seem clean when we arrived but I will say we found odd dummies etc around the villa during our stay so it can’t have been as thoroughly cleaned as we thought. You do get bath and pool towels provided and these was changed by a cleaner who came in once during our stay and cleaned around. The pool area was lovely, albeit a bit cold but this can’t be helped. You did feel safe in the villa as to get on the complex you have to pass security but all the locks are by an electric keycard, I would of felt much safer if I had a chain lock or a physical lock so I knew 100% it was locked. This was the same for the basement door which led to the underground car park and front door, you never felt like they was locked. Only thing I would consider with these villas is if you have young children you can not relax, or I felt I couldn’t. The staircase would of been better with a retractable gate as you could just walk around the staircase from coming in the front door and if you have a toddler whose wanting to run round etc they would fall the two flights down to the basement. It’s hard to explain - sorry should of took pictures. The area is really nice and quiet and the complete opposite to the centre of albufeira we visited one day and I’m so glad we chose to stay in this area. The beach is a 5/10 walk away and the waters clean and the sand clean. You can hire beds and umbrellas and if you walk further down the beach there’s a couple of snack bars open. There is a grocery shop 5/10 min walk away the other way from the villas that stocks almost anything you would need for your holiday. We ended up using Ubers all week to get to zoomarine, the marina and central Albufeira to name a few. We needed an XL Uber but the most we paid was about €18 each way, they was super quick and every time came to the villa entrance in a couple of minutes. We did eat out every night but our favourite was Scenarium, we also tried Primadonna (which was in the nearby hotel), Bellavita and Ramires. Ramires was about a 20 min drive away but is a real authentic peri chicken restaurant. You don’t get a menu just plates of chicken, fries and salad. Lots of locals in, definitely should go there to try. We also ordered 2 meals on Uber eats as we got in late but they took hours to arrive and wasn’t that good. Wir waren im Oktober für eine Woche in dieser Anlage und hatten unsere Bedenken aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen. Ich kann nur sagen, dass wir nichts von den schlechten Bewertungen nachvollziehen können. Sowohl der Service als auch die Qualität der Speisen waren mehr als zufriedenstellend. Das Personal war uns gegenüber aufmerksam, höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und die Präsentation der Speisen war ansprechend. Natürlich wird ein Fischfilet heiß vom Grill kalt, wenn ich durch den Speisesaal cruise, um nach Beilagen zu suchen, um dann im Freien zu essen. Es gab vorgewärmte Teller und auf dem direkten Weg zum Tisch blieb auf mein Fisch heiß. Die Kellner agierten umsichtig und schnell, es wurde flink abgeräumt. Es ist eine unglaublich weitläufige Anlage, mit ausreichenden Liegen am Pool. Niemand hat eine Liege reservieren müssen, und ja, es gibt Kunstrasen, aber wo ist das Problem ??? Will ich über kaputte Steinplatten latschen ? Die Zimmer sind groß mit einem tollen Badbereich und einer gut funktionierenden Dusche. Der Zimmerservice hat einen guten Job gemacht, es gab für uns keinerlei Kritikpunkte, außer, dass mir persönlich der offene Kleiderschrank nicht gut gefiel. Die Nähe zum endlosen Strand mit einer kleiner Strandbude und einem Restaurant gewährleisten einen tollen Strandurlaub. Lediglich der Ort Salgados bietet nicht viel und ist eher unattraktiv, aber mit dem Mietauto kann man die Gegend wunderbar erkunden.

Das geschmackvolle und moderne Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von Albufeira, in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es alles vom Frühstücks Café über Restaurants bis hin zum Intermarché Supermarkt. Dank lockerer Bebauung war es ruhig, den schönen Sandstrand in einer kleinen Bucht erreicht man in fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, schönes großes Bad und bei uns schöner seitlicher Meerblick über einen kleinen Wald. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, am leckeren Frühstücksbuffet wird man bedient. Zum Geburtstag gab es sogar einen kleinen Kuchen aufs Zimmer, sehr aufmerksam. Überhaupt war man überall sehr bemüht, die Covid-19 Hygienemassnahmen einzuhalten. Wir haben uns überall wohlgefühlt, mit etwas eigener Aufmerksamkeit konnte man auch in den Innenstädten den notwendigen Abstand halten. Mit unserem Mietwagen haben wir in der direkten Umgebung immer einen (kostenlosen) Parkplatz gefunden. Hotel is lovely when you walk in the door but the rest of the hotel is dated. In need of a total revamp. Room is clean, and well equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and a dishwasher and all utensils but no condiments. A lot of noise from crowds of men banging on doors late at night and loud voices. There is a total of 5 plugs in the room, only one that worked and this was the one for the kettle the rest was hidden by furniture and likely the reason they are hidden they don’t work, so was a nightmare if you needed electric for any more than 1 plug. With a teenager it was torture. We were half board but food wasn’t great, selection was poor of 4 hot choices. Meatballs, chicken legs, pasta with sauce separate and a cod pie. Tried the restaurant twice and was the same options both times. So don’t waste your money on half board. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Clay oven which is Indian before you get to the ***** and Golden garden Chinese at the bottom of the *****. Both meals were fantastic. Pool has lots of sun loungers but pool was freezing, there is a shed with a vending machine as the bar. We tried the indoor pool which was pleasant as it is slightly warmer, but you are made to wear a shower cap that they supply costing 4 euros, don’t understand why as it isn’t waterproof and the hat supplied is far from flattering. ***** is 5 mins away and old town is a 25 min walk both pleasant walks. We made the best of our holiday and used the hotel as a base, I’ve been to Albuferia 6 times now and will come back but to a different hotel

Really enjoyed our stay here! Fantastic location, lovely staff and had everything you need for a great stay. Around 1 min walk to the marina where there are plenty of bars/restaurants and a 25 min drive from the airport. We had breakfast included which was also nice and the staff couldn’t do enough. Wouldn’t think twice about returning if we ever came back the area.

Posizione ottima per l’accesso al mare (spiaggia di Albufeira ) e alle scogliere . Centro raggiungibile in 15m attraverso la spiaggia ma anche con un bus navetta gratuito fornito dall’hotel. Bella piscina ( freddina per la stagione ) .Ottima colazione e buffet abbastanza variabile con orari prolungati.Struttura un po’ datata in particolare la camera ( climatizzatore dei vicini un po’rumoroso e necessità di qualche revisione)

Sehr schöne Lage. Kein Lärm. Nettes Personal (Paulo Bento). Gutes Frühstück. Ich empfehle den Meerblick zu buchen. Viel Platz um auf dem Rasen zu lesen. Zu dieser Zeit kein Problem beim kostenfreien parken. Zwei Strände in zehn Minuten Entfernung.
