Hôtel digne d’un 3 étoiles pas plus.
Pas de spa, ni salle de sport intérieur, ni piscine intérieur (sachant que les piscines extérieures ne sont pas accessible(sales)).
Pas de peignoirs, ni chaussons.
Des soucis en arrivant résolu en 2heures pas d électricité ni de douche en pommeau.
Gobelets en plastique pour les cocktails comme pour la table, même la tasse de café au buffet du petit déjeuner est un gobelet en carton.
L’hôtel a du potentiel car l’extérieur est magnifique et plutôt bien situé c’est vraiment dommage.

The hotel is 4 star but it has the bare minimum. There are no slippers or robe, and there’s only hand soap available.
We didn’t have hot water.
We left our phone chargers and a set of earrings and when we call the next day to go get them, the reception said nothing was found which means housekeeping by probably kept them.
The food is buffet which is not hygienic, I saw a customer picking up pizza with their hands from the buffet.
There are 3 restaurants on site which the reception said to book online. We tried but two of them gave an error page. Called reception to book it for us, when we got there the restaurant was closed.
The terraces are the best thing of the rooms.
Overall it was not value for money as it’s not q cheap hotel and the experience as disappointing.

We stopped at Salagardos Palm Village Apartments in early March, as part of a group of 12 ,the weather was the worst I’ve experienced on a golf trip which didn’t help matters, the complex itself is dated with no amenities close by,the rooms are spacious and ok but very dark we looked out on to the pool area which wasn’t very appealing,the staff at the hotel were very helpful, the food in the restaurant is plentiful and decent but it is served on cold plates, you have to put the plates in the microwave to warm them up before putting your food on and this solved the problem, the bar on site is like a works canteen and the drinks are of poor quality but as they say you get what you pay for. If you’re on a budget this is the resort for you, but personally I’d rather pay a bit more, we played golf at Alamos , Margado and Salgardos the later course been the best in my opinion but like I said at the beginning the weather was poor and made the golf every difficult in 25 to 30 mph wind and heavy rain showers.I much prefer Vilamoura as a base and to visit different restaurants on an evening and visit a couple of bars afterwards and the golf courses are close at hand including the Old Course which is always special. Went on a golf trip with friends, I ended up getting food poisoning from one of the restaurant's and having to go to hospital. Staff in formed but not even a manager called to see if I was ok. The plates for the food were always cold, so after you put your food on a plate it went cold very quick. Rooms were comfortable but having to ask to get fresh towels on a regular basis. No hand rails in shower's, one of my friends slipped and hurt his wrist and couldn't play golf most of the week. Trying to get a drink from the bar when busy was an over 20 min wait. As you can probably tell we won't be back unfortunately because golf courses are great

A group of 8 of us travelled for an all inclusive golf break. On a positive note the appartments were comfortable, spacious and the staff kept us well stocked with fresh towels and bottled water. As everyone else points out, the food ranged from luke warm to stone cold, surely given that so many people complain, the management and chefs would address?. The real let down was the bar, understaffed and at some points a 20 minute queue formed only to then be served a beer in a 200ml plastic cup...the end result being that people would order 4 at a time each and further slow down the whole experience. We ended up going to albufeira and villamoura as the holiday went on to avoid the resort. Will definitely go back to Portugal as we love the courses but will avoid this resort and revert to a vilamoura hotel and enjoy the local restaurants, more expensive but worth it.

I stayed with a group of golfers. The location is great as is the all inclusive accommodation. While not luxurious, the serviced apartments are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff are excellent throughout the resort. The food is good for the very reasonable price and, while it could become monotonous after a few days and sometimes the hot food was not quite hot enough, there was a good selection and plenty of it. The pool areas were clean and there were plenty of sun beds. The bar was spacious with a large outdoor area and there was also a pool bar. The beach is a 10 minute walk but check directions as you access through another resort and it can be confusing at first. This is a good three star property and I would recommend it.

This is a fantastic resort with great amenities and friendly service. Food was good and plenty of choice. Pity only one bar open which was always busy. Pool areas clean and tidy but unsure what would be like in mid summer. Overall would definitely come back

The golf aspects of our holiday were fantastic, Golfbreaks ensured everything ran smoothly and that all pick ups were on time. The accommodation was fine, but the food was not. We did not consume any hot food once. The restaurant was exceptionally quiet, which suggests that the other guests swiftly decided to eat elsewhere after using the restaurant once. The bar staff were great but the facilities were poor. I am not sure why beer is served in a plastic cup inside of such a highly rated hotel.

We could not fault the organisation of our golf tour by Golfbreaks. Everything ran smoothly & very efficently. The accommodation was excellent, however the food was not. We did not have a hot meal once. The choice was good, but everything was tepid at best. The Sports bar was shut and the lobby bar was like a school canteen. I will admit that we had less than clement weather, so sitting outside was not an option. The staff were good and very helpful. So, in summary an good resort spoilt by the catering and the bar facilities.
