房間距離火車站步行5分鐘，是臨街的很有歷史的老房子改建，衹有幾個房間，房間很安靜安全，設施完備。樓下有超市，補給非常方便。老闆人很好，推薦了吃T骨排的餐廳，而且教會我們用當地的預訂軟件提前訂位，因此打了7折，省下了近30歐，我們後來去了意大利也用這個軟件預訂，大部分餐廳都可以打骨折。老闆還介紹了家當地特色香水店，我推薦大家去看看，店裡很漂亮，超預期。當地酒店價格都偏貴，如果無需太多酒店服務的，非常推薦這家。

A Hidden Gem in Tuscany – Truly Special We absolutely loved our stay at I Parigi Corbinelli Residenze. This place is truly something special. The residence itself is a charming historic property that has been passed down through generations since the 1500s, and you can feel that beautiful sense of heritage the moment you arrive. The entire compound is incredibly gorgeous, peaceful, and full of character — it feels like a private Tuscan retreat. We arrived later than the official check-in time, but the owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He even called his son to come and help check us in despite the late hour. That level of hospitality really touched us. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The hot water was excellent, the heating system worked perfectly, and we had a beautiful terrace to enjoy the surroundings. Everything felt cozy yet elegant. One of the highlights is the garden and breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but perfect — everything you need for a wonderful start to the day, and enjoying it while looking out over the peaceful garden made the morning feel magical. Another big plus is the very safe parking inside the property, which gave us great peace of mind while traveling. Honestly, the value for money here is incredible. The price they charge is almost underrated for such a beautiful place — it truly deserves more recognition. We also loved that there is a resident dog who played with our dog, which made the stay even more special for us. If our itinerary hadn’t been so packed, we would absolutely have stayed another night. This place is the perfect Tuscan getaway, and we will definitely return next time we are in the area. The studio is beautiful with a large bedroom, an outdoor veranda and a bathroom including a Jaccuzi bath for two and a sauna. The flat is only 25 minutes walk from the centre of Florence - but away from all the crowds and surrounded by restaurants that are a fraction of the price of the touristy ones in the centre. Also - and this is a huge bonus - there is a space you can leave your luggage safely after you check out of your room if your train or plane is later in the day. Its a lovely romantic room for a couple - after walking around Florence all day you can relax your muscles in the sauna and then soak in the Jaccuzi. The only tiny things missing from the room - there are no instructions for either the Sauna or Jacuzzi and it takes quite a lot of trial and error to work them out, It would also be good if a microwave could be added to the room - meals in Italy are often huge leaving leftovers to take home with you. And the Veranda is perfect for having dinner and a glass of wine on - but there is no way of heating up any food, Other than that the room is perfect and we would definitely come back

Pros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.

We had a very good stay, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing is that it’s not specify on trip.com that the room in not directly a part of the hotel but a room in a building at 4 minutes. The address for the checking is Via delle Ruote, 52, 50129 Firenze FI, Italy (Hotel royal). We could still enjoy all the services as breakfast, pool and luggage storage. I recommend

Sehr schönes Familienhotel, die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, Wein, Kuchen usw. werden auch geliefert. Der Transport ist sehr bequem. Der Bahnhof ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle zum Einkaufszentrum befindet sich zwischen Hotel und dem Bahnhof. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants um. gehen Sie aus und gehen auf der rechten Seite für 10 Minuten zum Einkaufszentrum ...

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.

The hotel is located on a quiet street in the center of Florence, just two steps from the Uffizi Gallery and a ten minute walk from the Duomo. Right next door there's a large Conad supermarket. The hotel building itself is very atmospheric: as you open the antique wooden door, you step into a spacious lobby with a high vaulted ceiling. Beyond the inner glass door lies an incredibly cosy courtyard filled with plants and on the wall by the lift, there are wooden mailboxes with brass nameplates bearing the residents' names. Everything is so aesthetically pleasing that you feel as if you've stepped into the lead role of an Italian film. The room turned out to be even better than the photos – large, bright, beautifully furnished, overlooking the lovely inner courtyard and, most importantly, very clean. And of course, the heart of this place is it`s stuff – very polite, friendly, helpful and careless. Grazie mille for making my stay in Florence so comfortable!

Ottima stanza situata al terzo piano (senza ascensore). Pulita e silenziosa. In centro. Da ritornare.
