Our first impression was how clean and well-maintained everything was—from the front desk to the small lounge area, the room, and the bathroom. The bed deserves a special mention—it was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a truly restful sleep. The bathroom, while compact, was dry, hygienic, and well-kept. The shower had strong water pressure and consistently hot water, which we really appreciated. The room also had a heating function in the air conditioner, making our stay warm and pleasant. We were also warmly welcomed by the staff. Although the lady who helped us with check-in and the gentleman at check-out didn’t speak much English, they were both very kind and had such friendly smiles. It made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

Dies ist unsere erste Zeit, um einen solchen schlechten Aufenthalt zu haben. Wir wurden über WhatsApp gebeten, unsere persönlichen Pass-Informationen zu liefern und die Hotelsteuer über eine Zahlungsverbindung in der WhatsApp zu zahlen, es wurde gut vorzeitig vor unserem Einchecken erhalten. Wir fanden, dass diese Art sehr ungewöhnlich ist, und aufgrund der Unsicherheit, ob die Nachricht von dem Grundstück stammt, wir weigerten uns, die Steuer zu zahlen. Dann behaupteten die sogenannten Immobilienpersonal, wir würden sie nicht respektieren. Ich fand absurd, da wir unsere Unterkunft vollständig bezahlt haben und ihnen gesagt, dass sie die Steuer bei der Eincheckung vollständig bezahlen, von der es ein kleiner Betrag im Vergleich zu der Gesamtzahl der 3 Nächte Aufenthalt. Nach der Eincheckung fanden wir nur eine Toilettenrolle ohne Gewebe gegeben. So forderten wir eine zusätzliche, und da das Wetter warm war, forderten wir eine dünne Bettwäsche statt eine bestimmte Duvet. Das Immobilienpersonal sagte, uns zu zahlen £50 einfach für einen dünnen PC von Bettwäsche!! Wir fanden das lächerlich und geben uns eine zusätzliche Toilettenrolle, sie waren unzufrieden. Was ist der Preis für eine Toiletteroll im Vergleich zum hohen Aufenthalt dieser Immobilie im Vergleich zu der nahe gelegenen Unterkunft? Sie gab uns eine unter Erwartungsbedingungen, ohne Aussicht (siehe Foto) , was so viel Unterschied von dem angekündigten Foto ist. Sie haben sich gegen eine Umstellung des Zimmers für uns ausgesprochen, obwohl wir ihnen gesagt haben, dass die Sicherheitsschachtel am Tag nach dem Einchecken zerstört wird. Gut war, dass sie uns wollten, die Müllbänke zu räumen, um es auf den Boden zu bringen am letzten Tag ! Ich habe das überhaupt nicht in Dome AirBnB-Einheiten getroffen. Wir haben um Müllbeutel gefragt, da ihre Bin keine Tasche hat, die Immobilienpersonal sagte, sie bieten keine Müllbeutel! Also wie sollen wir ihnen helfen, die Müllbeutel zu löschen, wenn keine Taschen geliefert werden? U erwarten wir, dass wir Mülltasche kaufen und ihnen helfen, zu reinigen? Ganz lächerlich! HOCH NICHT ANBETRACHT, da die Einheit klein ist, seltsames Zimmer-Layout

El hotel estuvo bien, la puerta es un poco confusa porque no hay una señalización, llamé y el chico de recepción atentamente me dio la instrucción por donde entrar, el baño y habitación limpios eso es algo fundamental, lo único malo fue el olor a cigarrillo en la habitación de resto un 10

Another great point is the cleanliness of the hotel. Common areas and rooms are kept very clean, which gives a sense of care and professionalism. A very kind and welcoming woman at the reception who explained everything in detail; city maps and guides are also available on site. The room fully matches the photos and includes towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, and an air conditioner with adjustable temperature. Sound insulation is not perfect, but during our stay there were no noisy guests, so it did not affect our sleep. There is a shared fridge and microwave near the reception, which is very convenient. The location is excellent: a quiet and safe area with shops, cafés, and public transport nearby, and about a 35–40 minute walk to Sagrada Família at a relaxed pace. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for convenient, comfortable, and safe accommodation close to the city center.

Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Obwohl es sich um eine einfache Unterkunft mit Gemeinschaftsbädern handelt, war das Zimmer größer als erwartet, alles war äußerst sauber und komfortabel, mit frisch renovierten Bädern und bequemen Betten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer wurde sogar täglich gereinigt, was ich sehr positiv empfand! Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, was in den heißen Sommernächten Barcelonas etwas unangenehm sein kann, aber ein sehr guter, moderner und leiser Deckenventilator war eine willkommene Abkühlung. Der Preis mag für das Gebotene etwas hoch erscheinen, aber wir sind in Barcelona … es ist schwierig, etwas Anständiges und gut Gelegenes zu einem günstigeren Preis zu finden. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt!

Staff doesn’t speak English so if you don’t speak Spanish, you can use Google translate in your phone to communicate with them. There are two shared bathrooms. They have a pantry (free to use anytime but limited space) with free cold drinking water from water dispenser, hot water in an electric kettle, instant coffee and tea. Plates and mugs can be used too. They will knock on your door if you are making noises after midnight. Tax to be collected at the property can be paid using card. They are located in 1st floor and there is also small lift just for the luggages. Reception is 24/7 so we were able to check out early and leave our luggages which were stored in a closed room near the reception. Location is walking distance near Poble Sec metro station. The street of the hotel is being reconstructed so you can only walk on the sidewalks. Our room was just right outside the shared bathroom so it was really accessible. Felt safe as the receptionist is just there 24/7. Need to press Elkano doorbell to enter the building. Room was spacious for us 3 compared to the other Triple Room we booked during our Europe trip. This was the cheapest stay available during our dates and have mixed reviews. This was a good deal.

Meine Freundin und ich haben sehr gerne in dieser Unterkunft bleiben, da es fast alles, was Sie für einen guten Aufenthalt brauchen! Es hat eine relativ gute Lage mit leichtem Zugang zum U-Bahnhof und ist nicht zu weit vom Zentrum von Barcelona entfernt. Es ist auch von guten und sehr erschwinglichen Cafés und Restaurants umgeben. Eines, was wir während unseres Aufenthalts wünschten, war, dass es keine Kehle gab, so dass wir nicht unsere eigene Tee/Kaffee oder nur warmes Wasser machen konnten. Und ich verstehe nicht, ob es täglich Reinigung geben sollte, weil wir dort 3 Nächte geblieben und während des gesamten Aufenthalts keine hatten.

Unsere Zimmer sind sehr schlecht, die Straße in der Nähe ist besonders schwach. Das Zimmer neben uns ist jeden Morgen um 8 Uhr in zeitlicher Abstände dekoriert. Ich bin froh, dass wir später ein neues Zimmer wechseln. Die Isolierung ist nicht so gut, dass sie jeden Tag Schreien hört. Aber das Lieblingshotel versteht es.

Excellent séjour, Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant, aimable et toujours prêt à aider. Leur professionnalisme a rendu notre séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est très confortable, propre et idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les principales attractions et des transports. Je le recommande sans hésitation et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir
