Hotel Balkan Centar

When I was making a reservation, I specifically asked if the hotel rooms are noise free and they assured me they were. When I got into my room at 7PM, the music was blasting in the bar beneath the rooms and was almost as loud in my room as it was in the bar. I went to complain to the bar staff, since they have no receptionist on staff, they laughed at me and said they wouldn't know why anybody would tell me it was not noisy. Music was blasting until 11PM. In the morning I could not take a shower, since there was no hot water. I did not realize I had to heat my own water in the bathroom boiler, since nobody bothered to mention that! Once water was finally warm, the shower leaked and pretty much flooded half of the bathroom, and my son's room had all those same issues. The reception is handled by anybody that works in the bar, which is also one big ashtray! I did not even bother trying their breakfast, just checked out and ran out of the place very next morning.
