We enjoyed a lot here at Udaan Woodberry loved the food, stay and the services provided by the staff. Everything was nice and perfect since from the check-in to check-out Mr.Dawa has helped us with all our queries and the tips of places to interest. Wonderful experience in Udaan Woodberry Hotel And Spa. We were very upset when we found out that there is no view in the premium room,Ms. Suparna was able to resolve it and provide us with a partial view room. It sounds like we had an enjoyable tour overall, and the service made a positive impact on our experience.And Ms. Chung Chung from the housekeeping team took great care of our requests, On time .so we are happy with the Udaan Woodbury whole team.

The rooms at udaan Woodberry are spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. All staff were friendly and helpful Especially thanks to reception team Eden, Dawa,Suparna,ayush and Amin .

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Gangtok. Mr. Dawa, Ms. Suparna, Sarita and Amit from their staff have been amazing hosts. Thank you for your services. I travelled solo and for me, this was a perfect place to stay. Until next time I am in Gangtok again!!!

It's a nice 3 star property. The staff is extremely courteous. All in all a pleasant stay. Reducing one star as one of the premium room we were staying in had a musty odour. We had a early check out the staff were kind enough to pack sandwiches and fruits for us.

Udaan staff is always polite and warm They are quick to attend to your needs However the facility itself does not live to the expectation and premium pricing It is not in great surroundings When you open the window all that you can see of gangtok is a dingy cement wall Some of the rooms that we received were smelly and we had to request hotel staff to shift us to another room

The quality of service and amenities justified the cost. Great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations. Smoothie check in.
