Room service and every staff is cooperative and humble. I will give everyone suggestion it is perfect place to book. check for television bcz of there recharge otherwise their staff and everything is good and perfect and cooperative.

Great stay at Sinclairs.. good food, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Karan was very helpful, and the rest of the staff there too! The view from the rooms is especially beautiful. The food was also fantastic. We had a great time. Hoping to come back again.

Excellent service,food was yummy and the location is wonderful. The behavior of the staffs are extremely good and helpful. It's a must visit if you are in Gangtok. Locations is also excellent. This place will definitely make a special place in your trip

Rooms are maintained clean and hygiene…Service was excellent.staff were very co operative and the only missing was fans or Air conditioning other than that nothing was missing as such we felt….we would love to visit again…Thank you for such a wonderful services

Really good experience with hotel and Mr Amit took care of us really well in every ***ner.. Definitely recommended.. Really good Breakfast Buffet and kitchen has some great chefs

Good property clean and well behaved staff, Food is good , the lunch starts after 1 pm so in case you want before you need to wait. Breakfast has a good spread One thing to add is rooms should be equipped with Fan as at night the rooms get stuffy and also you might feel hot as Gangtok was not as cold as we expected But overall a good place to stay

Satya and Sonam were very prompt in their service ! Especially we loved the cute rabbit made by them with a towel ! They attended our calls immediately when we called them and we extremely thoughtful in their service ! We had a very smooth and convenient stay hence .
