Ein altes Hotel mit dem besten Serviceerlebnis. Englisch ist auch das beste, das ich dieses Mal im Hotel gefunden habe. Der Standort liegt schräg gegenüber dem JR-Bahnhof und in der Nähe der Tür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus Sie bequem nach Tenjin und Nakashu gelangen. Die Lage und der Service sind sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist etwas veraltet, vor allem die Dusche in der Badewanne ist besonders umständlich. Unabhängig von den Mängeln kann es dennoch in Betracht gezogen werden.

Tolles Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt gegenüber dem JR-Bahnhof Hakata und neben der U-Bahn China Unicom und der unterirdischen Geschäftsstraße von JR. Es ist sehr praktisch zum Essen, Einkaufen und Transportieren. Auch die Ausstattung ist sehr gut! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Fukuoka reise.

Service is very good. The staff is kindly with my children. We have rent a car and the bellman is kindly also.

The bed was very small and was put against the wall, but it's tidy though.

Spent the first night of my family trip in this hotel in early April. We were well greeted by the staffs of the hotel, check in was quick and the staff would do everything to ensure you feel like home. However, once we entered the room, we were “well greeted” by the odd smell of the room. We turned up the air conditioning and it was a bit better. Later when I had to tie my shoes, the strong smell came again so I suspect the odd smells comes from the room’s mattress. Anyhow, the other furniture of the room was clean in general, despite they look a bit old (especially the bathroom design). Our booking came with breakfast and it was amazing. There are two restaurants to choose from, one being set breakfast and another one being buffet. We chose the buffet, each food taste good with a good variety option, we checked out later with a satisfied tummy! In short, software (hotel staffs and food) of this hotel was enjoyable, but do not have too high expectations on the hardware (mattress, bathroom design).

Close to Hakata Station, and could get there through subway. The staff are all very friendly and can speak English well. Both the hotel room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The shower head is particularly impressive. The water flow gives extraordinary comfort to user. Would recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends without any reservation.

Nice location. Just across the road from Hataka station. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Only drawback is that you will have to pay extra for gym visits.

Room Is spacious and clean. Super convenient location. Next to the station and big malls.

Superb service. They were very accommodating to our request for early check in for our elderly parents.

Excellent location and service

Excellent location with underground access to Hakata station. However, the hotel charges for use of facilities like gym n pool, which is usually free for guests in other hotels. And the price is not cheap. Consider the price paid for the room, the hotel should allow free access for use of gym n pool. At least consider giving guests a few free usage coupons.

We are a family of three (daddy, mummy, and 10 years old princess). This was by far one of the nicest hotels we had stayed at in Japan. The bed sheets were clean and not crumpled, and the bed was really comfy and good to sleep in. The room we stayed in was big and spacious, and at the same time, it was neat and tidy. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and with all the supplies you need in the bathroom. The location was also great as it was near the Hakata station for JR line and Subway. To top it off, the staff were friendly and polite. We strongly recommend Hotel Nikko Fukuoka. It was indeed a good hotel to stay in!!
