Tokyu Stay Hakata Bewertungen

Ich sah Online-Bewertungen, die besagten, dass der Eisenbahnlärm nicht schlimm sei und meinen Schlaf nicht beeinträchtigen würde, also habe ich eine Reservierung vorgenommen. Unser Zimmer befand sich im 8. Stock und es fuhren praktisch jede Minute Züge vorbei. Das Hotel war nicht sehr schallisoliert, sodass wir bis nach Mitternacht warten mussten, bis der Zug abfuhr, bevor wir einen Moment der Ruhe genießen konnten. Aber um Gegen 5 Uhr morgens ertönte erneut ein Gebrüll. Darüber hinaus stellt das Hotel kein Trinkwasser in Flaschen zur Verfügung und das Bett ist zur Seite geneigt, was beim Schlafen zu Rückenschmerzen führt. Abgesehen von der guten Lage kann ich nichts Gutes darüber sagen. Für diesen Preis sollte es bessere Alternativen geben. Ich werde nie wieder kommen.

10 minitues away by walk from the Hakata station. There is korean employee. The hotel is pretty new one and clean. There is a railway beside the hotel so little bit noisy

The location of the hotel is convenient to travelers.  Staff are helpful and polite, they are keen to answer customer’s request.

Tokyu Stay Hakata is located around 5-10mins walk from the Hakata Station, making it in a convenient location. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The room is also of a decent size for Japan’s standard. The service at the reception is also very good and they can communicate very well in english and helpful. No drinking water was provided in the room and apparently you can drink from the tap if you are ok with that. There is a Family Mart nearby anyway, if you want to get bottled drinking water. The main problem we had was that there is a train track next to it, so everytime the train passed by, there’s the noise. Definitely going to be an issue for light sleepers. The train is from 5am-midnight. They can provide ear plug when requested.  The breakfast was very basic and the same for the 2 days we were there.

Well equipped hotel and with mini kitchen which can enjoy the Japanese food in room.

10-12 mins walk from Hakata station in a straight line, keep a look out at building rooftop to spot Tokyu Hakata Stay. Has ice and coffee vending machine at Lobby and 3 convenience stores a stone's throw away. Washing machine with dryer and UVC sterilising was a bonus!

I had a fantastic stay at Tokyu Stay Hakata! The hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station and just a short distance from the international airport, making it incredibly accessible for travellers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious by Japanese standards, very clean, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the inclusion of a washing machine in the room, which was so convenient for longer stays. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fukuoka!

Guests can store luggage before check-in and enjoy free coffee in the lobby. The hotel also has eco-friendly self-service amenities like razors and bath sponges available at the lobby. When booking, note that it's about a 10-minute walk from the station, which could take longer with luggage or in groups. It's located next to train tracks, so some noise may be heard, but it’s manageable for most guests. Booked two rooms but found a little roach in one of the rooms :(

The staff was incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities that enhanced our comfort. Just an 8-minute walk from the massive Hakata Station with so many restaurants and shops to choose from.

Hotel is quite convenient. Within 10 minutes walk from station. Room size is average. However, there is train noise since the hotel is located just next to the tracks.
