Nice location but not good breakfast

Great hotel.. Location is good nearby shopping mall with just around 10 minutes walking distance. Room space is just nice for 2 adults. This hotel had smoking room option and suitable for smokers. Will come back again ya. Bye.

I will not stay in this hotel if I have a chance to visit Karawan in upcoming trips. Got some mosquitos in Japanese restaurant and in my room. The bar service is nice. They offer us free three pots of hot teas while we were making an internal meeting. The food served in the morning was too local. No real coffee. Eating places and food serving place are too far away.

Booked one night stay since we were so exhausted back from Bandung. Checked in at 8.30 p.m. and the room was ready. I got 2nd floor bedroom it I was concerned that the low floor will be noisy. The receptionist assured me that it will not be noisy at night since the room will be facing the opposite of the road. 15 mins inside the room we heard a very loud music from the floor below, turns out there was party at the 1st floor. I complained and luckily they moved me to 6th floor. They even give me a complimentary chocolate. Overall the service is good, and the room is clean. Cleanliness and service is the most important thing. Unfotunately the onsen is under maintanance for 1 month, so you should check first before book the hotel.

Good location and service

Hotel gave very noisy room which is already staff knowing this room is noisy room due to air circulation ducts. Finally I have to change room again.

Always a good stay in Mercure Karawang, to visit the nearby outlet mall, The Grand Outlet. Eateries nearby makes this a very convenient hotel.

Positive : Good location, near 3 malls Negative : No elevator from/to the basement. The floor under bed needs to be cleaned on regular basis.

It’s an old Hotel that needs to change room linens. Towels were smelly and stained

Great service and friendly staffs however was disappointed with the fact the spa only open from 7pm to 10pm for men plus the staffs in the spa was a little rude and not helpful at all.

Delicious food

Been staying in Mercure Hotel many times. I like to stay this hotel walk 5minit to Karawang Mall, And 15 minit To Johar Market. Breakfast food Very Nice , for Dinner fish and Chip very tasty I love.

Best place to stay in karawang

Nice hotel to stay, city view is good, mountain view is better. gym+sauna+Ofuro sauna was a good combination for stress release .
