We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in the carnival season. The years before we stayed in Lido di Jesolo, but this hotel in Mira was nicer and more importantly, cleaner. The staff was very nice and helpful in everything. We want to thank the nice girl from reception for helping us with the TV inconvenience. There are a few restaurants in the area, so you can go out for diner. The breakfast included one sweet pastry, bread, butter, jam, honey, salami, cereals, milk, juice and coffee. It is a nice, quiet area, we liked it.

Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Stadt. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Busverbindung, kostet aber 2,5 Euro, sodass wir etwa 20+ Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt gelaufen sind. Die Lage ist relativ abgelegen, daher ist es am besten, nicht zu spät zu kommen. Wir stieg gegen 22:00 Uhr aus. Von den Zügen fahren nur wenige Busse in die Stadt, aber es ist derzeit nicht möglich, Fahrkarten zu kaufen, daher kostet die Fahrt 0 Yuan. Nach dem Aussteigen aus dem Bus dauert es dann mehr als 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hotel.

Insgesamt ist alles sehr gut. Das Zimmer im ersten Stock riecht etwas. Es wäre viel besser, wenn die Fenster geöffnet wären. Ich bin aber mit der Lage und dem Preis sehr zufrieden. Im ersten Stock gibt es einen Kinderspielplatz

freundlicher Service gutes Frühstück und moderne saubere Zimmer, alles perfekt. Tiefgarage für Auto zusätzlich Buchbar für zehn Euro am Tag. Ins Stadtzentrum circa zu Fuß 15-20 Minuten. die Klimaanlage war sehr leise musste aber auch nicht angeschaltet werden weil das Zimmer sehr kühl war. Badezimmer sehr groß und geräumig.

Wenn Sie nur eine Nacht zum Schlafen im Zentrum von Venedig brauchen, kann ich Ihnen ANDA HOSTEL empfehlen, nur für 1€ mehr bekommen Sie eine gut ausgestattete Küche und hygienische Zimmer. Ich hatte dieses Hostel versehentlich gebucht und bin mehr als froh, zum dritten Mal wieder im ANDA Hostel zu übernachten. Aufgrund der Lage würde ich ihm immer noch zwei Sterne geben. Das Personal an der Rezeption, Mark, war sehr freundlich und half mir, in mein Zimmer zu kommen, sobald ein Bett frei war (da ich nach einer 11-stündigen Reise gestrandet war und es dazwischen verspätete Anschlussverbindungen gab). Ich erklärte ihm, dass ich mein Bett wirklich brauche Bett zum Schlafen und schließlich, sobald ein Bett frei ist, hat mir Mark um 13 Uhr das Zimmer zugewiesen. Wenn Sie etwas mehr Buch übrig haben und nur zwei Nächte brauchen, würde ich Ihnen ein Hotel am Kanal von Venedig empfehlen. Dort gibt es ein Zimmer mit Frühstück (weniger als 50 €).

Ein großartiger 1 wöchiger Aufenthalt mit meiner 5 köpfigen Familie. Wir buchten ein Familien-Arrangement (zwei nebeneinander liegende und voll ausgestattete Hotelzimmer mit absperrbaren Verbindungstüren, eines mit großer begehbarer Dusche und eines mit toller Badewanne) mit Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Betten sind ein Traum. Man liegt sehr angenehm und sie bescheren einem tollen Schlaf. In diesem Hotel besitzt das Wort „Service“ einen großen Stellenwert. Ein spezieller Dank an das Service-Team am Abend, rund um Stefano und Daniele und an das Frühstücksteam rund um Lucia. Gerade in Zeiten von Covid-19 und der dadurch höheren Belastung des Personals, wurde sogar noch mehr auf die Gäste eingegangen, Chapeau ! Das Essen war einfach hervorragend und vielfältig. Wenn wir wieder nach Padua kommen sollten, dann werden wir 100%ig unseren Aufenthalt im Crown Plaza verbringen. A great stay for 1 week with my family of five. We booked a family apartment consisting of two adjacent and fully equipped hotel rooms with lockable connecting doors (one with walk-in shower and the other one with bathtub). Beds are very comfortable and guarantee good sleep. SERVICE is written in capital letters in this hotel. My special thanks goes to the evening service team around Stefano and Daniele and around to the breakfast service team around Lucia. Especially in times of Covid-19 they worked harder all the more to satisfy their guests, Chapeau ! Food and drinks are excellent and diverse. In case we will visit Padua again, we will stay 100% at Crown Plaza.

When we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there
