The front desk was so helpful with places to eat and they let us check in early. The only problem is that the room was so drenched in smoke, all my clothes and myself smelled so gross.

Although I appreciate the early check-in before the 4pm check-in time I did not think the property was safe. The room was ok but could have been cleaned better. The shower head leakes and water sprays from the top if you move the shower head in a different direction. What really got me and my husband was waking up at 1:30am to use the bathroom and i saw a black bug. I killed the sucker with the bath towel, told him about it so he can look at the bug, then I saw another bug and it was a damn cockroach. We left that second and drove to the airport. I have never stayed at such a location before. Im so disgusted and on top of that as we were leaving there were 2 sheriff vehicles outside with a few people watching. Dont know what was going. Dont go there, we circled the parking lot and it did not feel safe to park the car in the side/back lot.

This place is horrible i im currently at the ER with my two kids because the dust and mildew in there made them sick. They only care about money they dont clean up its horrible.

This was a very unpleasant and unprofessional hotel experience! The front desk staff was i’ll-mannered and not accommodating at all. These women have no business being in hospitality. It’s as if we were inconveniencing them the multiple amount of times we had to go to the desk to have our room keys reset. Just about every time we left our room for whatever reason our keys wouldn’t work to get back in. The last lady we dealt with acted like it was our fault while giving nothing but attitude because she had to get off her stool to take two steps to her left to reset them. This property only has the one elevator so there was always a wait to get to and from your room. There was a random piece of equipment left in a our room a ozone machine or something. Kids running up and down on our floor as well as the elevator making a slamming noise all night right next to our room.

The mattress was old and uncomfortable also, the sofa bed was old. The hallway carpet was always dirty never vacuum or sweep. At night other guess was loud partying attempts was made to call the front desk but the call just keep returning back to my room without anyone picking up.

This property has deteriorated significantly. I have been usinv the facilities over 10 years.The prices continue to rise and the facilities are consistently deteriorating...no improvements for nothing.there is no srevice for frequent customers.there are no adjus**ents because the stop over persons whi dont know the hotel will spend $140 up for a night starting at 9pm and leave at 8 am the next day...poor service for the dollar
