The hotel is located on a leg of the ski area. There is no night life other than in the hotel, a fact I missed when booking. They have the same male singer every night, while his voice is good the volume is loud enough to put a stop to any conversation in the bar area. By the end of the week we had enough of hearing him. There is plenty of food but of an average quality. The hotel is large but the twin room we had was small, I have had much better at other hotels. The hotel is advertised as ski in ski out, the path out is too steep for beginners and no effort is made to prepare it in any way. To ski back it is either a walk up the slope making sure no one is coming down to collide with you or a unofficial off piste cut through. No effort was made to clear the path to reception for 3 days making it difficult for guest to get their suitcases through. Not impressed with ski hire, took my skis back after the first run. Staff not willing to change them, stated the only better ones would be 25 Euros extra which I paid to get a pair worth skiing on. Even after paying the extra the selection was limited. Would I stay there again? NO!

Beds and pillows far to hard. Mattress you can feel the springs. Barely slept. Every night they have the same karaoke guys on and it’s so loud you can’t hear yourself think. It’s painful You are limited to one space to socialise and you can’t get away. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone around you. They don’t listen to feedback and we’re asked to turn the karaoke down and they don’t. I’d be happy just listening to the music they are playing but why SING. EVERY NIGHT!!!!!

The bathroom had used sanitary towels in bin and used toiletries in shower. The room was not swept and there was severe black mould on the window frame in the bedroom. An electrical socket was dangerously falling out the wall. The corridor stank of cigarette smoke permanently and the first few nights guests were shouting in the corridor and buzzing repeatedly on the room door buzzers. Saturday is changeover day so none of the normal facilities were open in the morning such as the playroom and swimming pool. The dining room and bar area furniture was tired and some places filthy stained seats. The restaurant manager was amazing and super helpful and welcoming and friendly. His wife was also very kind and helpful in the spa. You have to pay for swimming caps in the pool. The pool water was murky. Reception staff were mostly unsympathetic and unhelpful and rude apart from one lady who treated us as individuals and was kind and helpful upon checking out. Breakfast choice was good although the coffee was not great which was surprising for it being Italy. One of the shuttle buses to the gondola was filthy and has greasy oil on the floor and the seats were grimey. Not a good representation for the hotel. The play room had young girls who were on their phones all day long and were merely there as a check for sign in sheet. Some poor kids who were dumped there all day everyday for over a week were quite traumatised by the lack of any adult or human attention. Disappointing as you would expect the staff to be engaging with the children and caring. Would not recommend this hotel until some significant staffing changes and an update and better cleaning but the Folgarida area and ski resort was lovely apart from this and we enjoyed our family holiday.

A fantastic base for a family ski trip in the Dolomites. Location is perfect with easy ski in and ski out. Food is excellent with a wide range of choice and excellent service. Health club and spa is very well-equipped and family friendly. Staff very helpful and friendly and good entertainment. Will definitely be back in the future.

A comfortable friendly and ski convenient hotel. We, a party of ten seniors were made very welcome. The Park hotel is good for all except absolute beginners. The hotel has an integral ski shop and ski storage as well as a busy pool. A good family hotel with direct access to a red/blue run.

Ski service excellent Reception staff always smiling and eager to help The main bar area for us in the evening was too noisy (entertainment and customers shouting, not talking) Our room was small, but comfortable and always very clean and tidy

The hotel was booked through Crystal Ski. The location is amazing for skiing. Ski to and from the boot room onto a red run. It's around 30 seconds down to the gondola. The boot room contains a ski hire shop as well. The room was cleaned every day. It had a mini-bar, safe and a tv. For 3 adult males sharing a room, only having a double bed and a sofa-bed was not a great sleeping experience and the reception staff didn't want to fix that problem. Breakfast was a rather poor affair with un-steamed milk in the cappuccino and luke--warm water for tea. Im sure the scrambled "egg" had never seen actual egg. The pastries and cereal were good. Evening meals were a much better affair - buffet every night and 3 courses. Each night served something different. Note: the water put on the tables is not free and I was hit with a 33 Euro bill for water! Even though I had been told by a waiter that the water was free. There is a well equiped gym - treadmill, 2 bikes, elliptic trainer, large set of dumbells and several weight machines. Also has a pool, sauna and steam room. You will need a swim hat or have to pay the 3Euro to buy one in the pool area. There is a well laid out, spacious bar area with a very loud karaoke singer who drowns out all conversations in the bar when singing. The wifi is free but really struggled with anything other than static pages - streaming such as YouTube lead to constant buffering.

Even though the location is quite good (for someone who likes skiing), and the hotel has a nice spa centre all the rest is absolutely below standard: -They don't have enough parking space to accommodate the necessary cars to reach the hotel, and on the streets in the surrounding area is a 0-24 no-stop / no-parking. -Our room was right above the loading/unloading and trash disposal area, very noisy since very early in the morning -Rooms doesn't have aircon, only heating -Breakfast starts at 07:30 when the ski slopes opens at 08:10, too late for someone who wants to start skiing early in the morning -Breakfast quality is pretty low, a lot of food but of quite low standard, and they don't serve espresso coffee (we are in Italy for God's sake!), and the bar doesn't open until after 08:30 -Restaurant doesn't' have enough seats to accommodate all the guests so if not reserved in time you are forced to go out for dinner. -Shuttle service for the ski slopes lifts starts at 08:30, when the lifts opens at 08:10 -Wi-Fi quality is very low -Most of the staff doesn't speak english ....absolutely no value for the VERY pricey rooms, totally not recommendable in a busy period like Chris**as!!
