A 3* hotel that exceeded my expectations. Well placed next to the SMN railway station, and literally next to the SMN bus station for Siena and other Tuscan town. The hotel is also not that far from the Florence historic centre. There is also a supermarket very close by. I stayed in a single room, no 315, for 2 nights. Although a single it was not very small, as so often in Italy. The bed was also not too narrow for a large person like me, and was comfortable. Bathroom was large, with a bathtub. Towels were soft and fluffy, of good quality. Cleanliness was very good, and maintained so throughout my stay. The wardrobe was large enough, and the safe & minibar were useful. Overall, the hotel is not a new one, with rather old furniture that shows its age, but I like old-fashioned hotels so it was fine for me. Breakfast was very good, and the service at breakfast was excellent, which is so rare nowadays, even in high star hotels, kudos to the tall Italian guy running the breakfast room from the bar. Also of great help was the young lady from the reception, always helping efficiently, kindly, with a smile. Walls are paper-thin, you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms. It was not warm enough in my room, the AC showed it was working towards 22 degrees, but in fact in was not, and temperature stayed at 19 degrees, which was uncomfortable for me. TV was very small.

Die Lage ist in erster Linie, die Umgebung ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ist komfortabel, der Service ist absolut, dieses Hotel kann wirklich keinen Ort finden, und ich mag es auch sehr.
Aber die Einrichtungen sind unbehaglich, obwohl der Besitzer sehr ehrlich sein sollte. Das Klimaanlagesystem scheint viel Geld zu kosten, aber die Gäste können nicht selbst kontrollieren. Jedes Mal, wenn Sie die Rezeption anrufen müssen, ist der Start sehr langsam und beunruhigend. Die Wäscheleuchten sind so hell, dass die letzte Wäsche in der Nacht nicht schlafen sollte.
Das Zimmer war insektig, ich sah den Hebel, aber ich fühlte mich nicht wie ein Seil, ich habe zwei Nächte gelebt, glücklicherweise habe ich kein Problem mit dem Körper gefunden.
Der Rezeption-Servicebetreiber nimmt die Aufenthaltsverfahren durch und bringt Sie nach dem Abschluss ins Zimmer. Es fühlt sich seltsam an, wenn das Hotel und die Zimmerausstattung nicht so bedienen müssen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist auch seltsam, die äußere Ebene ist die Hälfte zu ziehen, schwach und präzise. Die Kleider sind auch seltsam.
Das Hotel ist zum ersten Mal so kalt und im Allgemeinen gut, aber es fühlt sich etwas seltsam an vielen Orten. Also kehrte ich die letzte Nacht zurück und wechselte in andere Hotels.

Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof über McDonald’s (Ausgang der Bahnhof von links). Das Hotel ist wieder eingerichtet, so dass man leicht verpassen kann. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei, ein Doppelbett und ein niedriges Campingbett. Zimmer, die täglich zusammengestellt wurden, und Handtücher wurden häufig geändert. Wardrobe mit vielen Hängern, sicheres, komplimentäres Wasser im Kühlschrank. Ich fragte, ob wir eine Kehle haben könnten und das war kein Problem. Badezimmer ziemlich großes, Dusche mit Toiletten. Schön weißes, großes Badhandtücher. Große Lage für viele große Restaurants und nur wenige Minuten von Attraktionen entfernt. Zimmer sind ziemlich warm, aber es gibt Luftkon. Frühstück besteht aus Joghurt, frisches Obst, Brot, Croissants, geschrotet Eier und großartiger Kaffee. Das Hotelpersonal ist so hilfreich, sogar drucken unsere Tickets für eine unserer Reisen. Würde noch einmal dort bleiben, nächstes Mal aus dem Bahnhof von der linken!

Nettes Hotel in guter Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen Queensize Bett waren zwei zusammen geschobene Einzelbetten. Auf unsere Frage hinaus diese zu befestigen wurde nicht eingegangen. Personal sehr überheblich und unfreundlich. Zimmermädchen hat unsere Karte aus dem Slot einfach mitgenommen und diese ist verschwunden. Auch auf unsere Frage ob die deutschen Sender nicht funktionieren und ob man diese einstellen kann wurde nicht richtig reagiert. Wir wurden nur kurz angebunden abgewiesen mit der Aussage das der Fernseher funktioniert. Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht überein.

Am dritten Tag aktualisieren Sie uns auf die größere Familienflossen Suite 405 nebenan, mit sechs Personen Restaurant, zwei Toiletten, besser 👍🏻 Das Frühstück im Hotel ist auch sehr reichhaltig. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novella entfernt. Sie können auch mit einer Straßenbahn vom Busbahnhof kommen. Das Zimmer ist wirklich sauber und ich schätze es, dass auch Gäste im Schlafsaal Annehmlichkeiten wie Seife, Handtücher und Handtücher kostenlos nutzen können. Das erste Zimmer im Hotel (Zimmer 105), das wir abends erhielten war eine herbe Enttäuschung. Es war mehr ein Loch als ein Zimmer (più un buco che una camera), schmutzig, die Wände fleckig und verwohnt, das Bad vergammelt, die Duschtür schloss nicht und man setzte das Bad beim duschen unter Wasser. So sollte man ein Hotel neuen Gästen nicht vorstellen (müssen?). Am zweiten Tag erhielten wir - allerdings erst nach unserem Protest - ein anderes Zimmer im 5. Stock des Hotels, Zimmer 516. Dieses Zimmer war in Ordnung, sauber, und auch sonst fast wie man es erwarten darf. Aber auch in diesem Zimmer läuft das Wasser beim duschen teilweise ins Bad, weil die geschlossenen gläsernen Duschwände einander nicht genug überlappen. Das Frühstück ist gut, das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig, sowohl was die Entfernung zum Flughafen, als auch die nahegelegene Strassenbahn (Linie T2) zum Stadtzentrum angeht. Die Übernachtungskosten sind für ein drei Sterne Hotel viel zu hoch; wegen eines ausgefallenen Fluges mussten wir für eine (1) Verlängerungsnacht sage und schreibe 160 € (!) auf den Tisch legen (ohne Frühstück). Vergleichbare B&B Hotels, auch 3 Sterne, in Düsseldorf (einer bekanntermaßen teuren Stadt in Deutschland) kosten um die 70 € pro Nacht, und zwar inklusive Steuern. Zusammenfassung: Das Hotel ist gerade noch o.k., aber vermeiden Sie das o.e. Zimmer 105.

Wir kamen ziemlich spät im Hotel an, da wir von Rom aus anreisten. Gabriele war ziemlich schnell und schickte uns vor unserer Ankunft alle notwendigen Informationen, da die Rezeption am Sonntag bis 15 Uhr besetzt war.
Das Zimmer war überraschend schön und sauber und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Obwohl ich es nur für eine Nacht für ziemlich gut hielt.
Das nahegelegene Hotel hat ein schönes Pasta-Restaurant Al Peposo, man muss nur etwa 10 Minuten laufen. Tagsüber können Sie einfach zu Fuß in Richtung der Stadtgebiete laufen, sodass Ihnen die Umgebung nicht langweilig wird.

Der Grund, warum ich 3 Sterne stimme, ist, weil ich nicht in der Lage war, eine anständige Dusche zu nehmen, weil das Wasser blockiert wurde und es nach 5/6 Minuten zu überflüssig an den Boden. Sie müssen einen Piloten anrufen, da alles im Toilette blockiert ist. Ich ging zum Spa, auf den ich wirklich wartete, und ging dann in ein ”Hot Tub”, das kalt frischen! Das Salzzimmer war kalt in sich und das Dampfzimmer war nicht einmal dampfend. Das war enttäuschend. Ich habe dem Empfangsmann darüber gesprochen und er sagte, er würde jemanden anrufen, morgen früh zu kommen, um es zu reparieren. Angesichts meiner Erfahrung im Spa war es schrecklich, dass die anständige Sache, die das Personal mir hätte geben können, als Dank ist eine kostenlose Sitzung. Aber ich habe nichts davon. Insgesamt gut ist keine schlechte Lage, da es Busse in der Nähe von dem führt Sie direkt zum Stadtzentrum, aber Bitte kann der Manager einen Piloten rufen und reparieren diese blockierten Duschen.

GGuest UserWe spent 3 night in 3 different cities on our trip. This was our favorite hotel on our trip. Beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for us as we asked for recommendations for restaurants and they made reservations for us and sent us text messages once they were confirmed. The best part about this place is the courtyard. Gorgeous. We would grab a drink at the bar and then go out to the courtyard to enjoy it. There is a hot tub out there as well but we did not use it. Bartenders were all very friendly. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but more than close enough to walk to everything, which we did. No need for public transportation to get to and from the hotel. High recommend!

GGuest UserWir blieben 3 Nächte im April, das Hotel war sauber, komfortabel, ruhig und komfortabel. Das Personal war wunderschön ohne Ausnahme. Jeder von der Frontdesk bis zum Frühstückspersonal und Zimmerservice war freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass wir sehr willkommen fühlen. Unser Zimmer war hinter dem Hotel (204) mit einem Balkon, der eine angenehme Überraschung war. Die Aussicht war nichts Besonderes, da es die Hintertür anderer Eigenschaften übersehen, aber es war schön und komfortabel und sehr schön. Es gibt einen Spa, der Sie für Ihren exklusiven Gebrauch buchen können. Dies ist manchmal in Ihrem Deal enthalten, sonst ist es jeweils 25 Euro für 50 Minuten und gut wert. Die Aussicht vom Dach oben ist großartig und Sie können einen Drink aus der Rezeption und nehmen Sie es dort oder sogar Ihre eigene Flasche Wein! Frühstückszentren hauptsächlich auf Gewürze, Obst und Fleisch. Es gibt eine “hot” Option von Eiern und Bacon, aber ist nur immer warm am besten. Allerdings sind die Herden sehr schön und mehr als genug verfügbar. Es muss auch die bequemste Reise, die ich je von Flughafen zu Hotel erlebt habe! Aus dem Flughafen wechseln links und gehen zum Zugstopp etwa eine Minute entfernt. Nehmen Sie den T2 Zug nach UNITA und gehen Sie ab bei Rosselli. Das ist es! , es dauert etwa 20 Minuten und wenn die t4am verlässt Sie werden dem Hotel gegenüberstehen. Es kostet 1.50 Euro jedes. Sie können die Tickets auf der Tramplattform kaufen, aber ich würde den Hudson-Shop besuchen, wie andere hier erwähnt haben und sie dort zu bekommen, da es eine Warteschlange gibt, um Ihre Ticket auf der Plattform zu bekommen. Vergessen Sie nicht, es in die Maschine zu schleifen, um es zu validieren, wenn Sie an Bord. Das Hotel ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß für die “Dome” im Zentrum und ca. 25 Minuten bis zu den Brücken am Fluss. Es gibt einige hervorragende Restaurants wie Casa Ciabattini und Osteria Vecchio Cancellous innerhalb von 6/7 Minuten zu Fuß, von denen ich beide sehr empfehlen würde. Ich würde nicht zögern, zurückzukehren.

AAnuradhaBreakfast can be much better. It is an expensive hotel but their breakfast buffet doesn't have fresh fruit, poor cheese selection and they also don't serve multi grain bread.
For some reason, i felt like the staff were serving the Europeans faster.
Also, at the hotel reception, the staff will give you incorrect information regarding the city tours and hotels. Please be careful

GGuest UserThe hotel couldn’t be better. Participants have their own apartment which comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Even if you are on your own, pop for a one bedroom for a extra room. This is especially nice for a long stay. I had a room on the ground level. It opened up to the patio which has a nice sitting area and tables and chairs. I often took my lunch out there, or a drink after a hard day touring in historic Florence. People do smoke out there, but not very much. The rooms are clean, clean, clean and there is housekeeping service every three days. Linens are bright white. The property is located a block away from the T2 Tram Line which gets to the historic area in about 10 minutes. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserDer Aufenthalt war okay, wir würden aber nicht wiederkommen. Schon zum Check-in mussten wir 45 Minuten anstehen und warten. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und man kann die Klimaanlage gut selbst einstellen, leider hat ein Föhn gefehlt. Außerdem war in 4 Tagen kein einziges Mal der Zimmerservice in unserem Zimmer, um sauberzumachen. Das größte Manko ist der Pool! Er ist leider viel zu klein für alle Gäste des Hotels. Darum muss man einen Tag vorher einen Zeitslot buchen, an dem man für 2 Stunden einen Platz am Pool hat. Doch auch dann macht es leider nicht wirklich Spaß, auf der rooftop bar zu sein, weil es trotzdem viel zu voll ist. Äußerst schade, da das Hotel stark mit dem schönen Pool wirbt und man ihn kaum nutzen kann. Auch enttäuschend, dass für den Preis dann nicht einmal das Frühstück inklusive ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man ist in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt.

It is old fashioned in the best possible sense; very well situated close to the train station, the Duomo and the centre of Florence - so a perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. The rooms could do with some refurbishment but are air conditioned, kept very clean, and everything works. Doubles are generous in size, single rooms are small. Breakfast is continental with cheese, ham, muesli, croissants, cake, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and detox water. Most importantly, the staff here were unfailingly courteous and helpful. They really could not do enough for us, from letting me borrow an adapter, to recommending excursions, booking taxis, and accommodating a late check out. There are trendier, more modern hotels in the area, but that is reflected in the price - you get what you pay for.

GGuest UserDie Zimmer sind ziemlich anständig, sauber und natürlich renoviert. Die Lage scheint zunächst nicht sehr schön, aber es ist so nah an das Zentrum und die Kathedrale, dass es nicht wichtig ist, dass der genaue Ort, an dem das Hotel liegt, nicht so schön ist. Sicherlich ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

There was no briefing on the breakfast arrangements at check in, they assume bay you know.
My room is an end unit with a single bed, which is good for me, the bathroom is pleasantly big, and I do enjoyed the bath. Shower is good too with good water pressure.
I found a pair of slippers inside the drawer of the bedside table instead of in the closet, they are comfortable.
The whole 3 nights I stayed without Wi-Fi, they couldn’t fix it!
The electric outlet has three holes so you need to bring the specific adapter as there no usb port to charge gadgets. I changed mine in the bathroom as my two pint adapters worked there.
No kettle in the room but they kindly delivered some hot water to my room when I requested. The second night they told me to go downstairs to get it.
TV has international news channels except CNN but that’s ok for me.
Lifts are efficient.

When I got to the room, I was a little negative as felt a little worn for the price I paid, but when I woke up, with the nice high ceilings, and the artistic vibe, and the warm coloured sunlight coming through the big tall window I felt good and happy. I liked the natural feeling, and the shower room felt... Authentic .Probably not what you want if you are looking for a posh place, but if you can afford it, and looking for a cool place, it's great! I'd strongly suggest getting some wine and nice ham and cheese and sit out on the terrace in the evening, (especially if you have a friend!) - that's what you are paying for! I could charge my phone by my bed, but just had to reach down a bit to unplug a side light. I didn't have time for breakfast, but the breakfast area also looked good with a nice Mediterranean vibe.
