Es entspricht einem B&B in China. Der Eigentümer kauft die Villa, verwandelt sie in Zimmer und nutzt sie als Hotel. Die Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind denen eines Hotels weit unterlegen. Die Lage ist nicht so günstig wie die Einführung. Der Fußweg vom Bahnhof war wirklich lange, später haben wir einfach ein Taxi genommen. Es gibt keine Rezeption und kein Servicepersonal. Die einzige Vietnamesin ist Ruoying Ruoxian. Es hängt vom Glück ab, sie am ersten Tag unseres Eincheckens zu treffen. Da es keine Rezeption gibt, können wir nicht einmal an der Tür anrufen und klingeln Die Türklingel zu Beginn, als wir die Villa betreten. Am Ende funktionierte es nicht. Sie waren einfach draußen und wir gingen sehr passiv hinein. Das Zimmer ist nicht so gut wie auf den Fotos. Die Einrichtungen sind alt und der Toilettenraum ist relativ groß. Der einzige Lichtblick ist Die Sicherheit der Villa ist gut, aber wenn man Hilfe braucht, bekommt man überhaupt keine Antwort. Alles in allem kann ich einen Aufenthalt hier wirklich nicht empfehlen

Ich habe Ihnen vor dem Einchecken die genaue Adresse und das Passwort für die Hoteltür nicht mitgeteilt, daher hat es lange gedauert, bis ich es gefunden habe. Die Telefonanrufe waren sehr aggressiv und die Zimmeraufteilung war falsch.

1- No reception be careful about getting the entry codes The description says 24h reception so I was relaxed thinking all would go smoothly when we arrived around 22h in the evening. THERE IS NO RECEPTION! It is all online and you receive a code supposedly, but I checked my email multiple times and didn't receive any code. No signage about where the entrance was, I called the numbers provided on trip.com...no reply. Finally the number on the official website allowed me to message someone through WhatsApp and get the entry codes. The whole ordeal took 30-45min at 22h in the evening. 2-The staff is super nice The next morning there was a lady preparing breakfast and doing the check out and she was super great and very kind. the staff is great 3-breakfast No words can describe how beautiful and tasty this breakfast selection is. It's worth it to stay here just for the breakfast really. 4-room Big and clean shower room, very large and comfy bed. I couldn't however open the closed to use the hangers (old furniture) and the available drawers were dusty, so impossible to put clothes inside

Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

Ottima scelta per posizione e comodità per il parcheggio. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.

服務員態度有善，客房設備齊全，乾淨清潔，周圍環境優美。距離火車站及景點都算近，可以走路就到，很滿意的體驗。

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und super freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer.war geräumig und sauber. Ein Problem mit der Dusche wurde prompt behoben! Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig gut und schnell erreichbar, zur Not ist eine Busstation in der Nebenstraße. Von der Dachterrasse auf jeden Fall den Ausblick genießen😉

Park in der Stadt Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Oase in der Stadt. Zugang automatisiert. Frühstücksservice sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig im Garten möglich. Dachterasse ideal in der Abendstimmung!
