As always, Dormy inn is always good with reasonable prices with free late night ramen and onsen.

Great beeakfast and nice onsen! Like their laundry facility as well but need to oay for it.

Great location beside sakura machi, near shopping street and kumamoto castle. Easy to get to kumamoto jr station via bus or tram. Onsen was clean and reasonably sized with outdoor onsen and sauna. Service was responsive and helpful. Only thing was cleanliness which was average. Room had a funny odour, and I noticed it especially when using the heater or AC. Thankful for windows which can be opened to air the room.

Location is very convenient, mall, parks, bus interchange just opposite, hot spring also nice, hotel even provide free drink & ice cream outside of the hot spring resting area, also the free ramen during 930pm-11pm.

Great onsen hotel with full facilities, the onsite parking make it convenient as well.. there are free ramen every night 9.3pm.

I was in fukuoka for a 7 days trip. This hotel is the greatest hotel out of all of the others that I had stayed in. Room was clean, and well separated from the wet areas with sliding doors. Well equipped but you are required to get extra towels from the front desk which is slightly inconvenient. It is not a big deal. Public Onsen at the top floor with complementary ice cream is just great. Also, the laundry (except the dryer) is free of charge. I would just say, worth the money. Recommend anyone that is visiting Kumamoto. The bus terminal is just right in front of the hotel you could just ride the bus back to the Kumamoto station if you are travelling with Shinkansen.

Hotel  breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes, including fresh seafood and tempura. The counter staff were very patient and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. The location is also fantastic—close to a shopping mall and within walking distance of Kumamoto Castle.

The location is excellent and value for money. I like dormy Inn due to their hot spring and breakfast & supper.

Checked into a wonderful Kumamoto hotel right across from the transit station. The highlight is definitely the natural hot springs—perfect for soaking away travel fatigue. Though the rooms are on the cozier side, the relaxing indoor and outdoor baths, friendly service, and complimentary nightly ramen made for an absolutely fantastic stay.
